Of the nine contestants on today's show,

only one will take home prize money of up to £10,000.

The rest of the team will leave with nothing,

as, one by one, they're voted off as the weakest link.

Welcome to The Weakest Link.

Any of the nine people in the studio today could win up to £10,000.

They don't know each other,

however, to win the money they'll have to work as a team.

BUT eight of them will leave with nothing,

as, round by round, we lose the player voted the weakest link.

I'm a building surveyor for a major pub company.

to reach your £1,000 target within the time.
