Any of the nine people here today could win up to £10,000.

They don't know each other, but to win money, they must work as a team.

But eight will leave with nothing

as round by round we lose the player voted the weakest link.

In each round, the aim is to answer questions correctly

to reach your £1,000 target.

The fastest way is to create a chain of nine correct answers.

Get your question wrong, you lose the money in that chain.

If you say "bank" before the question is asked,

the money is safe

but you start a new chain from scratch.

Only money that has been banked can be taken forward.
