after their team-mates vote them the weakest link.

Any of the nine people in the studio here today could win up to £10,000.

They don't know each other,

however, if they want to win, they must work as a team.

Eight of them will leave with nothing,

as, round by round, we lose the player voted the weakest link.

I'm Steve, 39, a cab driver from London.

I'm Nigel, 24, a treasury analyst from Glasgow.

The aim is to answer enough questions correctly

to reach your £1,000 target within the time limit.

The fastest way is a chain of nine correct answers.

A wrong answer and you lose the money in the chain.

If you say "bank", before the question is asked,

the money is safe. However, you start a new chain.

Remember, at the end of the round,

only money that has been banked can be taken forward.
