Here comes a tale for us all to enjoy.

One day, Teddington Bear sat dreaming of green

in his favourite chair.

"My ribbon is a gorgeous green. The greeniest green I've ever seen.

"Oh, thank you green, for being there.

"You're the favourite colour of Teddington Bear,

he said, rather loudly and proudly.

"I wish I had a favourite colour, too. Just like you, Teddington",

said Mo Mo. "But I can't decide which one I like the best."

"Green is best, forget the rest!", said Teddington.

"Frogs and grasses and leaves are green.

"And Brussels sprouts and stringy beans."

"I can see that green is the colour for you,

"but I'm still not sure which one to choose", said Mo Mo.

And as she looked around the house,

she bumped into her friend, Miss Mouse.

Miss Mouse was singing a little song

and with pitty-pat feet, she was dancing along.

# "The scarf I wear upon my head is partly white but mainly red

she squeaked.

"I wish I had a favourite colour, too.

"Just like you, Miss Mouse", said Mo Mo,

"but I can't decide which one I like the best."

"Red is fab, the rest are drab", squeaked Miss Mouse.

"Red is the colour of Rudolph's nose

"and strawberries and ripe tomatoes."

"I can see that red is the colour for you,

"but I'm still not sure which one to choose", said Mo Mo.

And off she went to look outside.

"Oh, why can't I decide?", she said to herself.

She looked at the flowers in the flower bed.

A daffodil stood and bowed its head.

"Daffodil yellow is rather nice.

"It's ever so sunny and ever so bright.

"But it's not my favourite", thought Mo Mo.

She looked at the tulips standing tall.

Some were pink and some were purple.

"Purple is bold and pink's delicate.

"But I haven't found a favourite yet", Mo Mo said.

Awww.

She looked at the orange wallflowers, too.

"You're ever so lovely and fiery, aren't you?", said Mo Mo Bot.

"But I just don't know which colour to choose."

So off she skipped. Then suddenly, she saw a flower beneath a tree.

A quiet, bell-shaped little thing that didn't ding-a-ling

but, oh, it was a pretty posy sitting in the woods all cosy.

And straight away, Mo Mo Bot knew she'd found her favourite colour -

blue!

The suddenly she saw a crowd of beautiful bluebells peeping out.

"Oh, beautiful blue, oh, beautiful blue,

"I know my favourite colour is you!", said Mo Mo happily.

Oh, Mo Mo Bot, so you found your favourite colour - blue.

I can see a lot of blue outside.

A perfect blue sky.
