Outside, the rain had started to pour.

So all the toys had stayed indoors.

Reading their books in a calm, quiet way,

except for Stuffy, who wanted to play.

"Wouldn't it be lots of fun, if I tickled everyone?

"With my fluffy orange top,

"I could make them laugh a lot," thought Stuffy.

"Tickle, tickle, here I come!

"I'm going to tickle Teddington!" said Stuffy, cheekily.

Teddington sat in a nook, looking in a cookery book.

He was reading oh-so-slowly, how to make jam roly-poly.

Stuffy crept up quietly and tickled him. "Tee-hee, tee-hee!"

"Now, what a thing to do to me.

"I'm busy reading, can't you see?" chuckled Teddington.

"That's a pity," Stuffy said. "I'll tickle someone else instead.

"Tickle, tickle, one, two, three."

"Little Miss Mouse, watch out for me!" giggled Stuffy.

Little Miss Mouse, being so small, was hard to find first of all.

But Stuffy found her sometime later, reading an enormous paper.

Stuffy crept up quietly

and tickled her. "Tee-hee, tee-hee!"

"Now, what a thing to do to me.

"I'm busy reading, can't you see?" squeaked Miss Mouse.

"That's a pity," Stuffy said.

"I'll tickle someone else instead.

"Tickle tickle, here I come.

"I'm going to tickle Toddler Tom!" said Stuffy, gleefully.

Toddler Tom sat all snug on a cosy little rug.

His feely book was nice and fluffy and he didn't notice Stuffy.

Stuffy crept up quietly and tickled him.

"Tee-hee, tee-hee!"

"Now, what a thing to do to me.

"I'm busy reading, can't you see?" giggled Toddler Tom.

"That's a pity," Stuffy said.

"I'll tickle someone else instead.

"Tickle, tickle, here I come

"and Mo Mo, you're the last one," said Stuffy, playfully.

Mo Mo sat behind a desk, reading from the internet,

when Stuffy crept up quietly and tickled her. "Tee-hee, tee-hee."

"Now, what a thing to do to me.

"I'm busy reading, can't you see?" grinned Mo Mo Bot.

"That's a pity," Stuffy said.

"I'd better go and read instead."

And so he found a book on shapes, and sat down in a comfy place.

And as he read, he didn't see his friends creep up so quietly!

"Tickle, tickle, here we come! It's your turn now," said Teddington.

"Now, what a thing to do to me,

"but please don't stop. Tee-hee, tee-hee," giggled Stuffy.

Oh.

Oh, I think that story has made Stuffy feel a lot better.

Oh, Stuffy. Let's go and tickle Chris.
