-My name is Ynyr Rogers.

-I attend Ysgol Pen Barras.

-I took part in 18 competitions.

-I won first prize in nine of them.

-I enjoy singing because

-I am praised when I sing well.

-It's also a lot of fun.

-I practised hard for four weeks.

-I had rehearsals for the Cerdd Dant

-party and choir on Tuesday night.

-two-voice party on Wednesday night.

-Then the ensemble on the Friday.

-When I'm not performing,

-I like going to the science tent.

-It's fun and very interesting.

-This week, it was a lot of fun.

-I got so much attention!

-but it was nice all the same.

-I don't know if I will be a singer

-in the future.

-Maybe I'll be a footballer.

-I look forward to competing

-next year.

-But not in 18 competitions!
