to go on the stage and you can see Plan B.

It is the first time we have been let out on camera and Gemma and

Greg have been seeing brilliant stuff. Where are you? What's going

on guys? Well, we are the other side of the Pyramid Stage and

people are waiting for Pendulum which you will see on BBC Three

from 9pm. I am going to go to the John Peel Stage. I am not sure

what's going on, but it will be fun. Did you see Jessie yesterday?

What I love about Glastonbury is watching my favourite bands work

Fresh off the Pyramid Stage, it is Mr Plan B

You have just stepped off that stage.

I am still red. I have got mud all over my shoes. I had a wicked time

and I came here in the year 2000 and broke in! Sorry. Don't tell

Eavis that. We thought it was a good idea to camp by the toilets,

but not here, in the morning they pump out the toilets and it is not

a nice odour. I think I worked Cyprus hill on that stage there.

That was like eleven years ago. To be On that stage and perform and

look out from the other side was mental. What a moment.

Definitely. The Pyramid Stage is one thing, but you won yourself

three Ivan know Ivan Novello Awards. I read that you made Rolf Harris

cry. Rolf Harris came up to me in tears.

This is so surreal. Because I have never you before, but I feel like I

know you because I grew up with him. No, he just said, he said that what

I said inspired him to want to go and write some more songs. Wow.

It was something like that. If he releases a single soon you are

responsible for that. Completely. It was like, it meant a

lot to me to win them awards. You know, I would have been happy with

one, and I got three. It has been a long journey.

One of which was Song Writer of the Year.

It has been a long journey. I went from the first album where I was

underrated and underestimated and I felt it. Like now, obviously,

people are giving me credit for what I'm doing and there is no

greater feeling and it being cemented by winning those awards.

And going out to the States. You had a bit of of a tour? I spent six

weeks in America and it was hard and it was long, but I loved it and

I enjoyed it. Especially the part of the tour where I was with Adele

because she is great fun. Things are taking time. Tas bit slow.

It is a big place. It is a big place, but it is like

the gatekeepers, if they don't want to play play your stuff on radio,

you are flogging a dead horse. It is a great record and hopefully it

will be one of those things that spreads through word of mouth.

One of Twitter, "what do you to get psyched up before a gig?"

usually worrying everything. I'm woreying about my -- worrying about

my shoes. Clips. I am usually worrying about that

stuff so much that I'm not thinking about what is going on stage.

Do you listen to any music to get yourself in a zone? It is always a

panic. Where is my comb? Where is had this? You just go on stage and

you are released. I wouldn't say there is anything I do to kind of

get me hyped up. I am hyped up as soon as I see the crowd.

I have got to ask you something on behalf of the crowd. A lot of

people are are wondering what is happening with the Ballard of

Belmarsh? It is another instalment. It covers old ground like the

videos do. It just goes into greater detail what they are and

that's the great thing about hip- hop, it allows you to do that. I

wrote this album the way I write hip-hop which is trying to convey

the story that I need to get out rather than trying to make songs

that the radio will play. I always talk about this album like it is an

underground album and I am not sure how much commercial legs it has,

but it is more what I call a film for the blind so when you put it on

it will be like listening to the auto to the audio of the film

without having the images. It is coming out.

I have got good supplies. I recorded Ray Winston in the studio.

I wrote a John John Cooper- clerkesque. I got Ray to come in

and speak it. It sound amazing. It is like the 2011 Park Life.

Incredible. I'm really, really excited. It is

weird because I was in the studio with him and I was like, "This is

the proudest moment of my musical life." And I have had some great

moments, but it was weird. He is a legend.

I thought that at the time, but to have him there. It is so unexpected.

I never thought he would say yes and he did. So look forward to that.

. One more question from Facebook from Ryan. "Where did Plan B get

the idea for his image, it is very cool?" I make music and I let the

music talk and I heard about Northern Soul music. A lot of the

break dance moves you see in hip- hop actually, dancers were doing

that in Northern Soul in the UK before the whole hip-hop thing came

about. And there was this look, it was a little bit earlier than the

Mods. The Mods are like two button suits. They are like buttoned done

collars. Before that, ten years earlier, in the late 50s and early

60, it was one button suits. So when I made the music I listened

back to it and I thought, "What does this make me feel like?" I

thought Northern Soul and I went on sooUb on YouTube and got old

footage, looking at the moves and what those artist wore and that's

how we styled Banks. We going from hip-hop artist who wore baggy jeans

to wearing tight trousers was an uncomfortable transition.

You are not going to be wearing this down to Waitrose, I take it?

The whole time I was uncome uncomfortable and I got the

pictures out. I thought this is the look. I was able to detach me from

the character, you know. It just grew from there.

Even in this sweaty weather, you are sticking with the suit.

Gemma has been all over this festival all weekend. She can

actually be an official tour guide. She knows every nook and cranny. We

are going to catch up with Gemma. Put your arms up in the air and say

thing you witnessed? When it was really, really muddy like when it

rain on the first days, we just saw people in plastic suits and we

thought thought they were going to run in the mud and they turned

around, "Will you marry me?" This guy got down on one knee and

as well. The first time I saw Laura Marling

was in a pub in West London and I was blown away because she was

about this big and her guitar was so-so much bigger. Her voice is

incredible. I couldn't believe she is as young

as she is. When I heard she was performing on the Pyramid Stage I

was worried because it is so huge. I was worried it would take her in.

She won a BRIT Award as well with her gorgeous acceptance speech and

people are beginning to know what she is about now. She has the most

beautiful voice and she packed out this whole area in front of the

Pyramid Stage. We had a lot of people swaying and hugging. It felt

like a graduation on the Pyramid Stage. Here is Laura Marling

one of the things I love about them when I see them play is the drummer

trying hard to keep up with the time signatures because it changes

and he always gets a sweat on. They are fantastic to watch.

Chiefs. Ricky was excited about hitting Glastonbury today so you

here? I had an awkward moment with Ricky. Because the last time I saw

him was in the changing room. Go to the same gym and I have seen more

of Ricky than I would like to share. But he will be in full health later.
