We will be bringing you more than ever before of what I think is the

best festival on the planet. It is my favourite. What a delight to be

your tour guide. Beneath us there are Wellingtons, face paint, tents,

mud and loads more. Of it is beneath us. We have the main stages, the

tents and wonderful people. In amongst the people should be Jen

Long. Are you there? I'm in the thick of it, Glastonbury

2013. I'm right by the John peel stage. Myles Cane played before.

It's only the first day of the greatest music festival of the

planet. Already I'm having the best time. I went up to see this band

from Sweden called Goat. They have two girls who are

singers/dancers/front women. They are amazing. Now I'm here getting to

grips with what's going on. I'm chatting to the bands as well and

having a brilliant time. Bye! will be our woman on the ground

getting into all the nooks and crannies and bringing you the more

bizarre bits of the festival. rite of passage. You've done it.

your coat. The Pyramid Stage earlier today, this is your first time doing

Glastonbury. I've never been before. Tell us what it's like. Not many of

us will get to walk out in front of everyone on that stage. For the

first time, in a couple of months, I felt like I've never performed

before. I walked onto the stage and I was like - oh, my gosh! I couldn't

see the end of the field. Me being like a fan of music, I know what

this means. Like, it was the pyramid stage, guys, it wasn't like a big

thing. It was a big deal. I was a bit like oh! I'm on a high. I'm

still like buzzing. There is something special about Glasto,

something different. I think being on stage, you can really experience

that. There are people here that just absolutely love it. Due find

that the crowd were like, going for it? They were and it made me want to

go for it. All of a sudden I didn't have to sing any more. They were

singing all the words. I saw kids on people's shoulders. People were

getting thrown into the air. I was like, I hope you catch your

children. Artists are always looking for new things. " Put your hands in

the air." A new one, " Put your babies in the air!" This year has

been crazy. My life has changed in a year. And to be on that stage and to

finish the year off like that, it's just amazing. Do you remember when

Beyonce brought on Tricky, it was a famous moment. Was.Due bring on any

tricky? I brought my amazing guitar player Tom. It was his birthday. He

was like, I can't believe you gave me a sole low -- solo on my

birthday. That's my Tricky. Where do you go from here for the summer?

After this, what I'm going to do, is have a few drinks and I'm going to

say to have a few drinks, maybe, one, two or three and I'm staying

for the weekend. I'm going home and then the next is another festival, a

festival tour. In the meantime I'm doing the second album. I'm having

fun and trying to contain it at the same time. Due feel the festival

magic? A lot of performers go - there's something different about

this place. It's the fact that there's so much talent everywhere.

People literally camp like that. I don't know how they do that. Are you

Winnebago but it's still campy. That's good. Amazing.We're going to

from BBC introducing as well, two years ago playing the Introducing

Stage and now, look at the little chap go. You can see it in his eyes.

He's looking out just like, what is going on? It's kind of emotional.

Also that thing when you think he doesn't care about anything. He's

nonplussed by stuff. He's cool like that. You can see a twinkle.,

Pyramid Stage, next. I tell you who were excitable earlier. I went to

see Hime. They were at the side, I was at the side of the stage, they

were earlier in the day. They were electric. They were having it.

They're going to be coming and chatting to you tomorrow. Happened

with the screen? There was a screen on the side of the stage. If you're

far away you can get a close up of them and check out how hot they

look. All of a sudden, they were so smoking hot that the actual screen

started smoking and we were like, what's going on? It set fire. They

had to cut the screen, bring it down. Was it serious? It was OK. It

was a moment. They are great but we don't need to literally set the

place on fire. That's the stuff you don't get to hear about. We have

Dizzee Rascal popping in for a chat, Professor green as well. We've heard

from loads of people who are sat around, this will make you jealous,

a lot of people at home drinking wine watching in the awarm. Lovely.
