My mind goes back to '92.

1992 was a year that a lot of great things happened in my life.

I got married that year.

And I met, er...

I married the girl of my dreams.

And I also met George Jones, and we became great friends.

And I miss him dearly.

And for whatever reason, it's really hard for me

to sing these song sometimes. I just see his face

and I see him laugh - and he made me laugh a lot - and I love him.

And so I'll honour him as long as I live.

And I want to do this song that I wrote back in 1992 for him.

It was a 1993 CMA Vocal Event Of The Year.
