We are here backstage in Caerphilly just waiting to go on. We have a

wonderful evening of magically themed music ahead and three

fabulous artists. She is Alex Jones. He is Tim Rhys-Evans and in a

moment we will be presenting BBC MUSIC: "Danse Macabre"

Good evening, Caerphilly. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to BBC Proms

In The Park from the Owain Glyndwr Playing Fields in Caerphilly. It is

time for our first special guest performer of the evening. He has

travelled from London especially to be with us tonight before flying to

Italy tomorrow. We have been very lucky to catch him. Here to St

and is already making her name for herself in the world of classical

music. If you followed the Young musician 2012 earlier this year,

you will know that Laura Van der Heijden is a very special talent

indeed. I met her in rehearsals. You have had an amazing year and

this year you won BBC Young Musician 2012. What does that feel

like? Amazing. It is great. Amazing is the right word for it. I try not

to think about it too much because my head explodes. Just keep going,

keep practising, keep focusing. Leading you to lots of performances

with orchestras. That must be quite different for you. It is. I have

really loved doing it, I have to say. You get to play out in the

open air. Is that a new experience? It is indeed and I hope it does not

rain. You have chosen the Elgar Cello Concerto. Yes, because it

fits the occasion because it is patriotic. Land of Hope and Glory?

All that Britishness? Fantastic. I know that the Welsh audience will

love you. I hope so. We are looking If I was to say anyone for

quidditch or Hogwarts forever... Yes, my guess is that you all

immediately know that we are about to step into the magical world of

Harry Potter. Yes, when the books were made into films, the producers

turned to the film music equivalent of Professor Dumbledore. The

legendary composer John Williams delivered one of cinema's most

recognisable scores. To help create this most magical sound track, used

an instrument called the celeste. Please tell us a little bit more

about this caught his instrument. As you can see, it is like a small

upright piano and it plays in exactly the same way. What makes it

different is what happens inside. The keys are attached to a hammer

that strikes metal bars that gives the bell-like quality. It is like

someone has sprinkled fairy dust all over it. Can you give us a
