It's one of the most influential brands in the music scene

and it helped launch the careers of Florence And The Machine,

the Ting Tings and even Ed Sheeran.

BBC Introducing supports unsigned, undiscovered

and under-the-radar musicians.

We play their music on our radio shows, record sessions in our studios

and - at festivals like T In The Park - we host our own stage

where these artists often get to play their very first festival gigs.

Nina, tell us about your experience with BBC Introducing.

My experience of BBC Introducing

is I came in to do sessions for them in November.

About three songs I played.

What's been one moment since the first time you ever played at BBC Introducing until now

that's really going to stand out in your mind.

We managed to get on the playlist, the Radio One playlist,

getting played by Fearne Cotton and Greg James and Scott Mills and stuff, which was just amazing.

To be sitting in your car listening to our tune on the radio.

OK, guys.

So, from that first time you played on the radio on BBC Introducing,

tell us some of the things that you've done.

We did a live session and it went nationwide in the UK,

which was pretty phenomenal for us.

We've just played at T In The Park which is obviously a real ambition for any Scottish band,

but especially for a hip-hop duo to play there is really phenomenal.

And do you think that all came from BBC Introducing

and getting that kind of step up, getting on the radio?

Of course, aye, I think it really put us on a platform

that other underground artists maybe went on before.

Let's talk about what you've just done right there.

Just played a totally rad show inside the BBC Introducing tent, like, just really, really good.

Lots of really good people in to see us and lots of fun.

So if someone else is making music and they want to follow the path you guys have, how do they do it?

Go on the BBC website. Upload your tunes and then just try to talk to

as many people as possible and try and get your tunes heard.

So it's BBC Introducing today, where tomorrow?

I'd love to come back to T In The Park this year

and play a bigger stage. I think that would be good.
