Welcome to ABC World News. Breaking news in the mystery of flight MH370.

at? Our team are the only ones on board the navy search plane over the

Indian Ocean. Also, the breaking developments with Russia. What

President Obama did today. The President Putin is doing to strike

back. How did a boy climbed to the very top. And what we have lied

We have a lot to get to. We begin with the big new clue in the mystery

of the plane that crashed 13 days to go. 239 people disappeared with it.

`` disappeared 13 days ago. This object may possibly be a piece of

the aircraft. Our reporter was the only American reporter on board the

an impact on the global economy. Within minutes, Russia slapped its

own sanctions on nine American officials. That included John McCain

and the Senate speaker. There is a travel ban, so he can't

go to Russia. He They could cut off gas and energy

supplies to our allies in Europe, and that could be a big deal. We

move on for what so many have been waiting for, the first day of

spring, after what seemed to be the longest winter ever. These pictures

Rescuers freed a construction worker trapped in a muddy hole, when the

ground collapsed around him. The whole was ten feet deep, and filling

with water. He was stuck for almost three hours.

Controversy tonight, with a breach of the new World Trade Center, how a

teenager managed to climb through a tiny hole and climb to the top of

the toy `` tallest building in North America.

Now to the breach of the top of the World Trade Center. A teenager snuck

his way to the very top, 104 stories, I notice. Where were

security, and that officer at the top?

It is an American symbol of wealth, the World Trade Center. 1776 feet

high. This very spot, attacked twice by terrorists. Officials promised

this would be the most secure high`rise on earth, so how did a

16`year`old, seen here on his Facebook page, standing on the

railing with the tower in the background, climb to the very top?

Police tell us that at 4am he squeezes through a one foot opening

in the fence around the construction site, climb to the scaffolding up to

the sixth floor, the elevator up to the floor, then walked up the stairs

to the 104th floor where he went right past and inattentive security

guard. On the roof, he climbed the light up to the antenna. Around 6am

he was spotted by a construction worker when he tried to leave, and

he was arrested. He also had to go through two additional security

check point on site. It is shocking and terrible. He could get more than

three months in jail, charged with criminal trespassed. Is the kind of

kid who would see something, you're crazy for doing that, and he would

do it. The Port authority, which handles security, said in a

statement... Walking along the perimeter, we

can't find any easy way in, in fact, security is tight. You can see those

card readers, but there was clearly a massive security gap.
