dip their toes are little further into the Chinese market might have

to wait another year because of the MSCI has delayed the inclusion of

domestic equities yet again. The firm says China has made any

significant step towards inclusion but investors want improvements

before they are included. I spoke to an member of Fidelity investment and

asked if this surprised her? Not only surprise, because when we

looked at market expectations it was 50-50 regarding the inclusion. It is

important to note that while we have seen significant improvements in

terms of how foreign investors access Chinese stock, the criteria

set last year a lot of it still has to be fulfilled. It is not just

result of this news. That will have to try again next year. Do you think

they will ever include them? MSCI stated in the inclusion could occur

within the next year, outside of the review period which falls every

June. If we see further developments in terms of how we access the

markets, we could see inclusion. Don't forget, it is likely to be at

partial inclusion - let's say 5%- and inclusions take years to

implement it so it is long-term story and in years to come, when you

do access Chinese stocks, it will be three different share types, it will

be one type altogether. -- it will not be. Can they buy shares listed

overseas? Yes, you can get Hong Kong listed stocks, the famous Alibaba

for example, from an active management perspective, we access

the sharemarket through our quotas so there are still many ways for it

is this outside of China to access the Chinese growth story and

opportunity when it comes to individual names. I want to ask you

about market volatility, not just in China but across the world, because

there are fears about the UK leaving the EU and the Federal Reserve

potential rate hike. Will it continue? It is likely to continue,

especially with next week's referendum and uncertainty of the

Federal Reserve's decision. We are still seeing some long-term

opportunities across Asia but do expect market volatility to continue

and possibly more than the economic backdrops were finding in our part

of the world. China is not the only country that faced disappointment

over market the classification. The MSCI also rejected South Korea's bid

to be reclassified to the developed markets status. There was concern

over the compatibility of Korean markets. And the use of exchange

data for the creation of national products. In other business news:

rise in retail figures. They were helped by an increase in online

clothing and sporting goods sales. They searched by 1.3% in April. That

was the strongest since March 2013. Economist had expected to slow down.

An appeals court has upheld some of the strongest neutrality rules in

the world today. The rules high-speed Internet can be defined

hardware on us Sony has the games down. It is huge business. Over $100

billion will be spent this year alone on the new games. 50,000

people are expected to come through those doors over the next few days.

Let's stay with technology. Besides in New Zealand had been working on

product which puts them at the cutting edge of technology. They are

producing type of smart rubber which could change the way we control our

modern devices. Just another glitzy fashion show in New York... But not

quite. There is science going on here. Those fancy lights are

controlled by wearable ticks on the model. Auckland University research

into electric charge rubber could be game changer. It has three different

players, to conduct it pieces of rubber and one non- conductive. We

can feel different pressure points. It is cheap and economical and easy

to use and applied. The control things intuitively with your hands

and body and we want to use that to control devices around us. If you

moved your arm, made the gesture, we can use it to control something. For

example, change the music or typing things in the air and sending text

message. It could be used in medicine, sports or in the living

room. I can use my thumb to change weapons. My index finger for fire

weapon and I can then use... My middle finger to open doors and walk

into other rooms. When the rubber is stretched or quashed, it can produce

energy. You can have this on your body and produce power from the

devices you are wearing without having to worry about battery

recharged and that is essentially what you might call aware and forget

scenario. This research is ready in commercial demand. Spin-off company

has really been formed. Technology is moving so rapidly, we should have

an ecosystem between university and business. The model of business

science with almost 200 clients around the world. The latest

innovations are now fresh from the lab. Let the car look at markets

they are all in the red yet again because of fears that we were

talking to Catherine about over the possible extent of the UK from the

European Union and possible rate hikes from the Fed. Wall Street also
