What is the solution for illegal travellers' camps? | :00:00. | :00:00.
what's being done about travellers' sites in Bedfordshire? | :00:00. | :00:10.
The way is not to turn up and demand that council tax payers find homes | :00:11. | :00:16.
for people on the basis of them saying, "I'd like to stay hdre. | :00:17. | :00:21.
We reveal the problem of wolen at risk of being caught up | :00:22. | :00:24.
They will be given a wad of cash and some drugs and they will be told | :00:25. | :00:31.
that they have to establish a new drugs market, | :00:32. | :00:34.
sell those drugs, maximise the profit for the gang. | :00:35. | :00:38.
And it's Halloween, so I'm on the trail | :00:39. | :00:40.
Revealing the stories that matter closer to home, | :00:41. | :00:46.
Now, every county in our region has stories about travellers | :00:47. | :01:05.
Here in Central Bedfordshird, the number of illegal encampments | :01:06. | :01:09.
has doubled in the past year, so what can be done about that? | :01:10. | :01:13.
Jonathan Vernon-Smith from BBC Three Counties Radho, | :01:14. | :01:17.
the local radio station here in Dunstable, | :01:18. | :01:19.
Irish travellers are camping illegally across Bedfordshire. | :01:20. | :01:28.
And councils are spending thousands of pounds a month moving thdm on | :01:29. | :01:31.
and then clearing up after them ? only for them to come back. | :01:32. | :01:36.
I am Jonathan Vernon-Smith and I have been following this story | :01:37. | :01:38.
and want to find out if there is a solution. | :01:39. | :01:43.
This is the Grove Park area of Dunstable. | :01:44. | :01:50.
Just by Central Bedfordshire College. | :01:51. | :01:53.
The travellers have pitched up here several times this year. | :01:54. | :01:56.
They keep coming back, they get moved on again, | :01:57. | :01:59.
The council recently this ydar put in what's unofficially known | :02:00. | :02:07.
There were 12 illegal camps four years ago and 48 this xear | :02:08. | :02:15.
The travellers just break down the barriers and camp anywax. | :02:16. | :02:18.
We have been here, we have seen it so many times. | :02:19. | :02:25.
They will be back again and when they go this time, | :02:26. | :02:27.
they will leave an awful lot of rubbish. | :02:28. | :02:31.
The council is taking a tough approach. | :02:32. | :02:34.
Here we have between 30 to 40 caravans turning up | :02:35. | :02:39.
We are seeking injunctions on specific areas of land | :02:40. | :02:46.
I certainly don't want thesd concrete blocks all over thd place. | :02:47. | :02:53.
Your plan is to drive these travellers away? | :02:54. | :02:55.
We don't drive people away, but we cannot encourage | :02:56. | :02:57.
In the meantime, the problem doesn't go away. | :02:58. | :03:03.
It is costing taxpayers mondy, it is not good for residents, | :03:04. | :03:07.
while the travellers say they have nowhere to go. | :03:08. | :03:14.
But one man thinks he has the answer. | :03:15. | :03:16.
Martin Berry bought land ten years ago, | :03:17. | :03:21.
where he was allowed to build a permanent | :03:22. | :03:23.
and they gave me planning pdrmission for what you see now. | :03:24. | :03:41.
He has been told by the council that he has one of the cleanest | :03:42. | :03:45.
sites in Bedfordshire, with toilets and skips, | :03:46. | :03:47.
and everyone who lives here takes care of it. | :03:48. | :03:57.
Now he wants to offer the travellers who are down the road a homd, | :03:58. | :04:08.
but to do that, he will havd to build here on his field. | :04:09. | :04:12.
What we need to do is extend and have 30 in total. | :04:13. | :04:16.
It won't cost the taxpayer a penny, I should say. | :04:17. | :04:27.
But at the moment, it's costing the taxpayer | :04:28. | :04:29.
a lot of money, because thex are having to clean up after thd | :04:30. | :04:32.
If they had it here, they wouldn't have to spend | :04:33. | :04:35.
all that money and waste it, when I can take care of it. | :04:36. | :04:38.
I'll manage the site, I'll dispose of all the | :04:39. | :04:41.
I mean, it's a bit of a no-brainer, really. | :04:42. | :04:44.
The field and next to Green Vale is classed as green belt land | :04:45. | :04:47.
and comes with a restriction to build on it. | :04:48. | :04:54.
Part of the problem for travellers in this part | :04:55. | :04:56.
Almost five years to the dax, Basildon council ordered | :04:57. | :05:08.
who had been living on unauthorised land at Dale Farm. | :05:09. | :05:16.
Here, the travellers lost their bid for planning permission, | :05:17. | :05:19.
because it was also classed as green belt. | :05:20. | :05:24.
Travellers like Maryanne fotght all the way to Number Ten | :05:25. | :05:27.
Please, I'm begging you so hard I'll kiss your feet, | :05:28. | :05:32.
to leave us stay where we are, to stop the eviction until they find | :05:33. | :05:36.
The bailiffs were under orddrs to flatten the site, and thdy did. | :05:37. | :05:46.
All we want is a piece of ground to live in our caravans. | :05:47. | :05:50.
That will save the council millions of pounds. | :05:51. | :05:55.
They fled Dale Farm and movdd on to nearby counties | :05:56. | :05:58.
like Bedfordshire, and the problem is still costing councils ddarly. | :05:59. | :06:05.
I tracked Maryanne down at Martin's site. | :06:06. | :06:09.
she and her family got to rent a pitch here. | :06:10. | :06:13.
I left Dale Farm two days before the eviction. | :06:14. | :06:20.
Because I knew what was going to happen. | :06:21. | :06:22.
I couldn't stand looking at my children, my grandchildren, leaving. | :06:23. | :06:27.
And only for Martin, I'd still probably be at thd side | :06:28. | :06:32.
You can see how peaceful and quiet it is. | :06:33. | :06:44.
I know a lot of travelling then who say Tim Martin, your place hs really | :06:45. | :07:00.
run well, and yes, I think this would be a good thing if we open up | :07:01. | :07:05.
a place and tried to get it managed, not just open up yours and dverybody | :07:06. | :07:10.
pull in and ruin the place. -- open up yards. So I've come to the | :07:11. | :07:18.
council to see whether Marthn's IDF can work. You have got a gux in the | :07:19. | :07:22.
form of Martin Berry who owns this travelling side. He says, ldt me | :07:23. | :07:28.
expand my site and I will ldt a whole load of those travelldrs come | :07:29. | :07:32.
on the site. On the face of it, surely would accept it seems like a | :07:33. | :07:36.
bit of a gift to the council? It doesn't seem like common sense. But | :07:37. | :07:43.
the council is bound by planning rules and planning regulations. | :07:44. | :07:44.
The problem is down to the fact that the field | :07:45. | :07:46.
I have solicited -- suggestdd a solution, if Mr Barry finds some are | :07:47. | :07:59.
appropriate, puts in a planning application, the council considers | :08:00. | :08:02.
it, and if the council gives permission for a site, he goes out | :08:03. | :08:09.
and Bob's your uncle. We do not make red tape up, we are bound bx red | :08:10. | :08:14.
tape. If you ask the travellers to go on the waiting list or to buy | :08:15. | :08:18.
another bidder Brownfield l`nd, how long will this take before they have | :08:19. | :08:22.
some prominent to stay? A considerable amount of time. The way | :08:23. | :08:30.
is not to turn up and demand that council tax payers find homds for | :08:31. | :08:33.
people on the basis of them saying, I would like to stay here. | :08:34. | :08:35.
Martin hasn't got a brownfidld site, only a green one, and moving | :08:36. | :08:38.
and getting planning could take months, if not years. | :08:39. | :08:40.
He now knows that the counchl isn't going to budge on putting c`ravans | :08:41. | :08:43.
They came out here and I kind of got along with them. | :08:44. | :09:00.
They were supportive about the permanent side of it, | :09:01. | :09:02.
So, more pitches on Green V`le could be one solution. | :09:03. | :09:11.
For now, they will support le for making more pitches | :09:12. | :09:13.
This will take time, and in the meantime, | :09:14. | :09:20.
with no real long-term solution in sight, councils like the ones | :09:21. | :09:23.
in Bedfordshire will keep on spending money on defencds. | :09:24. | :09:29.
But Martin believes the way forward is to plan ahead to get mord | :09:30. | :09:32.
What Martin is trying to do is great, and I thank him | :09:33. | :09:40.
They don't want to be on the side of these roads. | :09:41. | :09:58.
A lot of people want to get off the road and all I can say is, to get | :09:59. | :10:05.
the kids in school and let them be permanent, it has to be a good | :10:06. | :10:06.
thing. If there is something you think we | :10:07. | :10:12.
should be looking into on the programme, you can get in touch with | :10:13. | :10:21.
me in the usual way. This is Inside Out for the Dast of | :10:22. | :10:27.
England on BBC One. Later, H discover how the buyer of this tiny | :10:28. | :10:31.
seed hopes to turn it into the biggest pumpkin ever grown hn | :10:32. | :10:38.
Britain. This really shocked me, 20 women | :10:39. | :10:42.
every month in Northamptonshire are believed to be at risk of bding | :10:43. | :10:47.
groomed into joining a gang. Now the police are working with forler gang | :10:48. | :10:50.
members to address the problem. Here is Joe Taylor. | :10:51. | :11:00.
This is the Hemmingwell Est`te in Wellingborough, where last year | :11:01. | :11:04.
It was the second violent incident involving teenagers | :11:05. | :11:07.
There's a growing concern whth gangs and violence in this area, | :11:08. | :11:10.
but now there's a new phenolenon that's worrying the police, | :11:11. | :11:13.
Here in Northamptonshire, police believe 20 women a month | :11:14. | :11:21.
Dr Simon Harding is a gang dxpert and knows how these gangs operate. | :11:22. | :11:32.
They will be given a wad of cash, maybe ?500, and some drugs, | :11:33. | :11:35.
and they will be told they will have to sell those drugs, multiply it, | :11:36. | :11:40.
and maximise the profit for the gang. | :11:41. | :11:43.
If they don't, if the deal goes wrong, if they fall into debt, | :11:44. | :11:46.
or God forbid they lose the money, then they will be subjected | :11:47. | :11:50.
to violence and they will be very vulnerable. | :11:51. | :11:56.
Cherie Johnson was born into crime and ran a gang in London. | :11:57. | :11:59.
She has allowed me to meet her and get a glimpse of this world | :12:00. | :12:03.
She herself used girls to traffic drugs for her. | :12:04. | :12:06.
So, you used to do this to young women ? | :12:07. | :12:09.
You give them whatever you need to, whatever drug it was you wotld give, | :12:10. | :12:16.
you would buy their tickets, follow them to the station, | :12:17. | :12:22.
if not you follow them to the station or you put them | :12:23. | :12:25.
in a cab, because you want to make sure they are safe. | :12:26. | :12:32.
-- you send someone to follow them to the station. | :12:33. | :12:35.
For Cherie, it was all about the lifestyle drugs could buy. | :12:36. | :12:40.
When you are in that world, it's all about displaying your wdalth. | :12:41. | :12:43.
It is all about showing who makes the most money ? who is on top, | :12:44. | :12:46.
who has the most disposable income and attributes without being robbed. | :12:47. | :12:52.
For Cherie, she turned her back on her past | :12:53. | :12:56.
When I was giving birth, I felt emotions I was not expecting to | :12:57. | :13:06.
feel. And I certainly didn't | :13:07. | :13:06.
want to repeat history, so I literally made a decishon just | :13:07. | :13:08.
looking at her in the first 30 minutes ? am I going to leave | :13:09. | :13:11.
here the same person, or am I going to leave a completely | :13:12. | :13:15.
different person? I left a completely different | :13:16. | :13:16.
person. She is now trying to make stre | :13:17. | :13:20.
other young women don't She's already helped girls | :13:21. | :13:23.
leave gangs in London. What I've noticed is there's always | :13:24. | :13:29.
some dysfunction in the homd, why these people are | :13:30. | :13:31.
drawn to this lifestyle. For example, if Mum's not | :13:32. | :13:33.
there, she might spend You have a local gang always | :13:34. | :13:35.
identifying those girls that are always in the park, | :13:36. | :13:40.
see what they're up to, and then they build | :13:41. | :13:42.
a conversation from there. For that reason she says shd needs | :13:43. | :13:45.
to act a surrogate parent Today, she is sorting out | :13:46. | :13:48.
the birthday arrangements with a colleague for a girl who has | :13:49. | :13:52.
left a gang. I've been calling you. Happx | :13:53. | :14:00.
birthday! You make me laugh. Now she's bringing her experience | :14:01. | :14:14.
and skills from London here. The most common way of gangs | :14:15. | :14:19.
operating is through turfs. So for example, a place | :14:20. | :14:21.
like Wellingborough, you could have several gangs | :14:22. | :14:23.
in this little community. Interestingly enough, | :14:24. | :14:25.
is if you were to ask a young person to highlight where some of the gangs | :14:26. | :14:32.
are, you'd probably end up with ten different circles, | :14:33. | :14:35.
because to us, the untrained eye, They know where the gangs operate, | :14:36. | :14:38.
they know the turf Cherie's first step | :14:39. | :14:46.
is to introduce herself I'm supporting women and yotng | :14:47. | :14:48.
people into education, employment. At first she is treated | :14:49. | :14:55.
with suspicion. Now you want to ask me? It hs my | :14:56. | :15:06.
business, it is the business I'm bringing here for the young women, | :15:07. | :15:12.
education, employment. Why don't you meet me halfway? Why are we shouting | :15:13. | :15:14.
across the square? By talking to the boys, | :15:15. | :15:15.
she's hoping she'll reach Do I need to go somewhere else? Do I | :15:16. | :15:31.
need to bring my service... This is where everyone comes. Nothing goes | :15:32. | :15:40.
off here. They will come back? Yes. I appreciate you, though. Thank you | :15:41. | :15:41.
very much. I've explained to him | :15:42. | :15:43.
I'm targeting the girls, and he has pointed out | :15:44. | :15:45.
where the hostels are and the girls and it works out that you h`ve got | :15:46. | :15:48.
to be trained to do it, Well, I was watching | :15:49. | :15:51.
and thinking, look at her go! And it's not just the street | :15:52. | :15:58.
work where she is trying Wellingborough Police have | :15:59. | :16:00.
just hired her and today she is helping an officer, | :16:01. | :16:04.
in an unusual way. The issue is that gang | :16:05. | :16:08.
culture is a subculture, A concerned mum's rang in and she's | :16:09. | :16:10.
overheard her daughter talkhng to somebody on the telephond, | :16:11. | :16:18.
she doesn't know what it me`ns and I'll be honest, | :16:19. | :16:21.
I don't understand it either. She can decipher the language | :16:22. | :16:23.
of this underground world Bring the food to the bando and make | :16:24. | :16:25.
sure you bring them raks with you. Basically, whoever her daughter | :16:26. | :16:38.
is talking to is asking her to bring drugs and also bring | :16:39. | :16:40.
the money as well. So, food is the drugs | :16:41. | :16:43.
and bando is the house, And make sure your bring | :16:44. | :16:46.
the raks, that's the money. That's probably quite | :16:47. | :16:56.
a large quantity of money, Police now know there | :16:57. | :16:58.
five gangs in Rushden and Wellingborough running drugs, | :16:59. | :17:03.
and are aware of up to 100 women I want to find out how people living | :17:04. | :17:06.
on the Wellingborough estatds How do we take a generation out | :17:07. | :17:12.
of crime if we don't deal with their parents who are shoving | :17:13. | :17:21.
them out first thing in the morning and don't want them back til | :17:22. | :17:24.
nine or ten o'clock at night and don't worry if they are not | :17:25. | :17:27.
back until midnight? And concerned parents are asking | :17:28. | :17:29.
what can be done I was born and brought up | :17:30. | :17:31.
on the Queensway estate itsdlf and there's been a big change | :17:32. | :17:36.
recently with gang culture on the estate, where there `re kids | :17:37. | :17:39.
as young as five who can actually point out and identify | :17:40. | :17:42.
who the gang leaders are and what weapons | :17:43. | :17:44.
they are carrying. It is also needed in both estates | :17:45. | :17:53.
is somewhere for them to fedl welcome and feel like | :17:54. | :17:56.
they are needed as such. For the police, the issue | :17:57. | :18:02.
is firmly on their radar. Cherie has really helped us | :18:03. | :18:05.
understand the potential roles that females can play | :18:06. | :18:08.
and what we are trying to do now is we accept that we need | :18:09. | :18:11.
to understand more. It is new to us here but ag`in | :18:12. | :18:17.
I know other forces are that are asking themselves the s`me | :18:18. | :18:20.
questions we are just trying to be proactive around | :18:21. | :18:23.
prevention with females. And with people like Cherie, | :18:24. | :18:25.
things are moving forward. So what is being done about this | :18:26. | :18:29.
gang problem and Well, what we know is that this | :18:30. | :18:31.
is an issue for this area and it is now on the police radar, | :18:32. | :18:37.
so that is very good. But more needs to be done, | :18:38. | :18:43.
we need schools, we need social workers, we need the council, | :18:44. | :18:46.
we need education, we need everybody working together | :18:47. | :18:48.
to solve the problem. To identify who is at most risk | :18:49. | :18:51.
and who is most vulnerable `nd then to help them exit the gang | :18:52. | :18:54.
and to cut down on the crimhnal And although Cherie has onlx been | :18:55. | :18:57.
in Northamptonshire for a fdw weeks, she is confident that it is only | :18:58. | :19:04.
a matter of time before I would like to think that there is | :19:05. | :19:18.
not a catamite of people I transport, I just want everxbody to | :19:19. | :19:22.
know our doors are here to support them when they make that tr`nsition. | :19:23. | :19:28.
I'm a bit behind in getting this pumpkin carved, but this is an | :19:29. | :19:34.
average size, imagine 100 thmes heavier. Hard to imagine? Wdll, it | :19:35. | :19:39.
is even harder to grow and H have been following the people hoping to | :19:40. | :19:41.
grow the biggest pumpkin in the world. | :19:42. | :19:44.
Our story began earlier this year right in the middle of spring. | :19:45. | :19:47.
It's owned by the Royal Horticultural Society. | :19:48. | :19:52.
The stunning gardens contain many exotic flowers and plants. | :19:53. | :19:58.
But there's going to be somdthing growing here shortly that whll be | :19:59. | :20:01.
What they're aiming to grow here is the largest pumpkin | :20:02. | :20:06.
Now, to grow the biggest pulpkin, you need a rather special khnd | :20:07. | :20:13.
of seed, and for that we have to go to Ipswich and the Suffolk home | :20:14. | :20:17.
of seed merchants Thompson and Morgan. | :20:18. | :20:27.
The company has done something quite remarkable. | :20:28. | :20:29.
At a special auction, it paid more than ?1,000 | :20:30. | :20:32.
Yes, you did hear that right, just one single seed and thd cost | :20:33. | :20:37.
The seed came from a record-breaking pumpkin | :20:38. | :20:48.
It holds the world record for weight, according | :20:49. | :21:04.
to the Great Pumpkin Commonwealth Organisation. | :21:05. | :21:10.
Now, you look like a sensible kind of bloke. | :21:11. | :21:12.
Why spend over ?1,200 on a single seed? | :21:13. | :21:15.
This is buying the best pumpkin seed in the world. | :21:16. | :21:19.
It is like buying the best racehorse for stud. | :21:20. | :21:22.
We'll just plant it and hope it grows. | :21:23. | :21:28.
The competition to grow the biggest pumpkin will be fierce. | :21:29. | :21:33.
If someone breaks the world record at the UK Championships, | :21:34. | :21:36.
The person chosen to grow otr giant specimen is Matthew Oliver, | :21:37. | :21:44.
How do you feel about being the person who will grow th`t, | :21:45. | :21:54.
hopefully into the world's largest pumpkin? | :21:55. | :21:57.
But I think weve got the right conditions to give it our bdst shot. | :21:58. | :22:02.
First of all, we need to st`rt off in a nice, small pot. | :22:03. | :22:07.
Potting compost, add a bit of perlite mixed in to improve | :22:08. | :22:10.
Before we plant the seed, there's a couple of things | :22:11. | :22:18.
One of them is, a good tip hs to get a nail file to the edge of the seed, | :22:19. | :22:24.
just to break the seed coat so it can soak up water quicker | :22:25. | :22:28.
And when we do is sow it, we've got to remember, | :22:29. | :22:31.
pointed down, just enough to bury it. | :22:32. | :22:34.
As it breaks out, the seed growth can break out easier | :22:35. | :22:38.
and the root will be going in the right direction. | :22:39. | :22:42.
Once that has germinated and got its first sort of true, | :22:43. | :22:48.
real leaf on it, that's the stage we'll plant it | :22:49. | :22:50.
If anyone can do it, you're the man to do it. | :22:51. | :22:55.
We asked Matthew to keep a diary of his progress. | :22:56. | :23:01.
A long way off planting out, by the looks of it. | :23:02. | :23:06.
The pumpkin has been in the ground for 48 hours now, and not a great | :23:07. | :23:10.
start for the world's most expensive pumpkin seed! | :23:11. | :23:15.
I've come down this morning and as you can see, we've h`d some | :23:16. | :23:18.
That's bad news and I'm not too happy. | :23:19. | :23:24.
As you can see, we've got this leaf coming up under the main stdm, | :23:25. | :23:28.
stopping the main stem from laying flat in the grotnd. | :23:29. | :23:32.
Unfortunately, that means this leaf has got to come off. | :23:33. | :23:36.
Just to give you an idea of how rapidly these plants grow, | :23:37. | :23:39.
this is equal to about two months' worth of growth. | :23:40. | :23:43.
And things are a bit slow because of the weather. | :23:44. | :23:50.
Today is the 18th of July, and as you can see, | :23:51. | :23:53.
we've had some good growth on this plant. | :23:54. | :24:03.
We have to muck pumpkins pollinated. This one is 11 days old. -- two | :24:04. | :24:08.
pumpkins. Keep it covered with a piecd | :24:09. | :24:10.
of old material, to keep the skin nice and soft, | :24:11. | :24:13.
to allow it to grow It has been four weeks | :24:14. | :24:15.
since the last video diary and as you can see, | :24:16. | :24:19.
the pumpkin has been growing It has been averaging about 200lb | :24:20. | :24:21.
a week, and is currently wehghing approximately 650lb, | :24:22. | :24:25.
so I'm really happy with thhs. There's quite a lot of photos out | :24:26. | :24:37.
there of me with pumpkins now! With the long summer over | :24:38. | :24:42.
and the giant pumpkin competition just a day away, Mathew is faced | :24:43. | :24:44.
with another challenge - to transport his prize spechmen | :24:45. | :24:47.
to a location over 100 miles away. Paul Hansord from Thompson | :24:48. | :24:50.
and Morgan has come along to help. You can't actually get anything | :24:51. | :25:00.
underneath the pumpkin. You can only get a rope arotnd | :25:01. | :25:02.
the base of it, so when it's actually lifted, there's nothing | :25:03. | :25:05.
underneath the pumpkin. So, if you do it | :25:06. | :25:08.
wrong, it falls out This whole summer's work | :25:09. | :25:10.
is coming to an end here. Have you got hold of that? H think | :25:11. | :25:26.
it is going to swing this w`y. It could be hanging from a rope up | :25:27. | :25:30.
in the air until we can get it It should be fine, | :25:31. | :25:35.
but it is a bit nerve wrackhng. It's exciting, really, | :25:36. | :25:40.
because Matthew has put a tremendous amount of hours into it, | :25:41. | :25:42.
to get a pumpkin this big. It's pure dedication, the m`n hours, | :25:43. | :25:45.
all the worries he's had, How do you believe a little | :25:46. | :25:48.
pumpkin seed can turn It's the grand final of | :25:49. | :26:00.
the UK Pumpkin Championships Giant pumpkins have arrived | :26:01. | :26:09.
from around the country. It looks like Matthew has | :26:10. | :26:14.
some stiff competition. These are some the biggest H have | :26:15. | :26:32.
ever seen but some of these ones were grown indoors inside a | :26:33. | :26:37.
greenhouse but our one, I think we are pretty comfortable... That is | :26:38. | :26:42.
another whopper! Look at thd size of that! | :26:43. | :26:47.
I'm happy with what we've got and I think it's going to go heavy. | :26:48. | :26:53.
If I was a betting man, I think it's going to go he`vier. | :26:54. | :26:57.
Matt has worked incredibly hard to get it to this size. | :26:58. | :27:03.
Absolutely, the man hours he has put in, you know, | :27:04. | :27:06.
it needs a lot of dedication to produce a big pumpkin like that. | :27:07. | :27:13.
It is very nerve wracking bdcause anything did happen to it. Don't let | :27:14. | :27:27.
it slip out of those straps This could be a new record. If it comes | :27:28. | :27:33.
to estimate, it'll be smashdd. Ride it won't be the biggest pumpkin in | :27:34. | :27:37.
the world, but it could set the record for the biggest ever grown | :27:38. | :27:44.
outdoors in the UK. 1333... | :27:45. | :27:51.
That is a new record! Amazing. Fantastic. That is a new record As | :27:52. | :27:58.
far as I'm aware, that is a new record so that is a good fedling. | :27:59. | :28:05.
Congratulation. Now I know what these Olympians feel like! | :28:06. | :28:11.
That was fantastic to be thdre, Matt has not ruled out trying to grow | :28:12. | :28:18.
another whopper next year. That s it from Dunstable and that's it for | :28:19. | :28:21.
now. I'm back with a new series of Inside Out next January. But if you | :28:22. | :28:26.
