Let's look through some of the main stories here in the BBC Newsroom.

Hillary Clinton has suffered a blow to her campaign.

An investigation has found that she broke rules

over e-mail security when she was Secretary of State.

Germany's government has just approved a new law aimed

of thousands of refugees in the country.

The authorities would have the power to decide where they should live.

11 states including Texas are suing the US government over its directive

to let transgender students at US public schools to use

And it turns out that Jose Mourinho's image rights

And that is complicating his deal with Manchester United.

The deal will be done but we will work through why it has taken so

long. 11 US states have filed a lawsuit

to try to overturn federal guidelines that say public schools

should allow transgender students to The suit was filed in

Wichita Falls, Texas. Not the first time we have seen this

issue raise its head in US politics. This is the new frontier in the

culture wars between liberals and conservatives in the United States.

What we have started to see is some states like North Carolina, which

tried to prevent transgender people from using the bathroom gender they

identified with but they tried to make them use bathrooms that match

their birth certificates. They said, we will see you for that and

withhold federal dollars for you doing that. This is the backlash.

This is the 11 states including Texas to say we are on the side of

North Carolina. It cannot be pushed around like this. If you want to

change the law, do it through Congress and not directives from

Washington. Would it suggest it would not get through Congress?

Congress is their friend in this. Often Congress is the enemy. In this

case, they are saying we are trampling on the constitution. If

you want to make fundamental changes like this, it has to go through the

legislative process and you cannot do it by edict. That is the basis of

the argument the 11 states are putting. As I said, at

the start, this is a new symbol, a new symbol of the battle over the

social agenda in the United States. Gay marriage until recently. This is

the latest in that battle between those who values over those with a

more liberal leaning in this country. They are poles apart.

them to nominate somebody that could be voted on to the board, not

guaranteed, but could be voted on to the board. They are taking comfort

from the fact they have moved the ball forward. They have got 40% of

the vote on climate change resolutions. Unlike other big oil

companies, they have not taken on the issue of 2 degrees and seem

pretty resolute about it. Why will they not take that on board? The

issue simply is that they see the threats coming in different ways.

They do not like the limit of 2 degrees of little about climate

change as being catastrophic for the future. They talk about the fact

they have to keep selling oil and gas. The chairman of the board said,

for our survival as a species, we need oil and gas and we do not need

any of the viable alternatives. This was not appreciated by

environmentalists. Jose Mourinho is still not

Manchester United's managers. Let's bring in Lee Foster. Didn't he

arrange for that to be handed back to him when he left Chelsea? They

put a trade mark in for his name in 2005. They have owned Jose Mourinho

for 11 years. They have the rights to his name and his signature. These

talks have been going on for 48 hours and will drag in to a third

day. The rights to his name are worth something like hundreds and

thousands of pounds if Manchester United want to buy the licence of

Chelsea. It will properly be worth it. Here we have one of the most

recognisable managers in the world going to one of the biggest clubs in

the world. There will probably pay him something like ?15 million a

year, an awful lot of money. They will want to get something back for

that. It is a very long list of the trademark that Chelsea owned. The

things they can put his name on is ridiculous, baby grows, non-medical

mouthwash. Footballs, remote controls, aftershave. Chelsea owned

Josay Mouinho. If Manchester United wanted log anything with his name on

it but they would be able to BC used by Chelsea. -- Jose Mourinho. They

will need to come to an agreement. It is going to happen that this is

one of these things, it is a multi-million pound deal they will

have to thrash out to get him. Image rights, we always think of that as

being associated with players selling shirts down the club shop.

cocaine. Today it is a thriving small business. Tomorrow, and

illegal supplier of dangerous drugs. The man behind the business does not

want to be identified. He plans to take it abroad and thinks the ban

will do more harm than good. I think it will drive up deaths. People will

go back to illegal drugs. Prices of illegal drugs will be a lot higher.

Look what legal highs can do! Users out of control in a city centre.

Those who supply these drugs are not there to pick up the pieces.

Paramedics in Birmingham can get for call-outs a day. Legal highs were

linked to more than 100 deaths last year, including that of this man,

just 28. His mother said he took the drug with a friend at a New Year's

Eve party. He strongly believed because they were legal they were

safe. This is what lots of people believe. They think it is something

you can take when you go to a party and will not harm you. Hundreds of

thousands of young people regularly use so-called legal highs. The

question is, now they are no longer for sale in shops like these on the

high Street, world trade die out or move underground? Experts on drug

policy believes the new law may have mixed results. It will lead to a

reduction in use, particularly by young people. The group that is most

vulnerable and marginalised, the law will make no difference to them.

Suppliers are already shutting down. Will the band solve the problem or

many migrants get stuck at camps as they travel from one country
