actually works at a stall right behind us. It is completely flooded.

Sandra, you work at that emporium. I do I work three days a week and we

accept donations at the store and it is hard to believe that it is almost

underwater. That is a charity store seat you were giving up to be

helping people who would be affected by the storm, instead the store is

underwater. Exactly, they accept donations we go ahead and Duzza

prizing and we open the store from nine to three which is the very

first building. Friday and Saturday. The proceeds go towards scholarships

of the people in need. Were you expecting flooding on a scale like

this? Know I had never seen anything like this in my life. When you heard

it was coming did you think that here in land would be safe? I did I

thought it would not get anything like this this is the worst anyone

has ever seen, a historic club that everyone around the whole part of

town. When you look at this catastrophic devastating flooding,

you are used to seeing it as a street scene, can you describe the

impact it is having? A lot of impact, actually there are even more

buildings past this. Nobody... It is hard to believe, you want to cry,

almost. How long the think it will be interviewed going to your store

and see what the damages? I think it is going to be a few days at least

before the goes down. We have do wait till the water gets away from

now. How would you describe the mood here in the small Texas town today

as we are faced with this ruinous flooding? Everyone is out, maybe can

believe it. It has not been like this in a hundred years. Nobody

expected anything to even get this hide. So, it is heartbreaking. It

seems like a close-knit resilient community. Yes, I think everyone

will stick together and help everybody out, even the surrounding

towns to help all these people but are affected by the storm. And Texas

has seen storms before, it is seen flooding before and even when you

need a whole OK and was coming did you anticipate that it would affect

not just the town but the whole region. -- even when you saw the

Fema coming. I thought well, they said first one, then three come

four. I was thinking that this could not be happening. And then the rain

kept bowling bowling alone I had about this and someone called me and

said you have to come see our building and you would not believe

what you are going to say. And I can't believe that. Bell is a police

helicopter overhead I think they are surveying the scene. How does it

seem to you that the authorities have responded to this disaster?

White they are very great. All the Fire Department, your police

absence. Everyone has been great handling the situation in keeping

people away and say. They are just wonderful but doing that. Thank you

during this session what will happen is that the UK will present its

legal understanding of what its commitments are in the future. When

the head of state will meet in October to discuss progress on

more negotiation session before that happens so a lot of progress will be

possibly their cars and it will take a long time to recover from that is

there consensus over what the storm is likely to cost? I called various

insurance companies and many of them are coming back to me and saying it

is too early, we're still seeing rainfall coming down, we can't

estimate it. Comparisons are going on whether this will compare to

superstorms here in New York or hurricane Katrina it of the Gulf of

Mexico several years ago. People are talking of certainly in the top five

potential costs to the US for the recovery but again they keep saying

it is too early and we don't want to get ahead of ourselves will stop but

we are talking billions of dollars. It will have an impact on growth

figures in America. Negatively initially to an them positively as

you get into the business of reconstruction. We are a long way
