We'll be looking at how it might affect the Christmas getaway. | :00:58. | :01:14.
Exactly a year ago the Crown office announced it was seeking the | :01:15. | :01:26.
extradition from Australia of a former Catholic monk at the centre | :01:27. | :01:29.
of child sex allegations at a Highland school. | :01:30. | :01:32.
It's three and a half years since the BBC revealed allegations | :01:33. | :01:34.
of child sex abuse at former Fort Augustus Abbey school | :01:35. | :01:37.
in the Highlands, and a year since the crown announced plans | :01:38. | :01:39.
to extradite Fr Denis Alexander, an Australian priest | :01:40. | :01:41.
Now one of his alleged victims has said the case no further forward and | :01:42. | :01:46.
has accused prosecutors of dragging their heels. | :01:47. | :01:49.
After the BBC uncovered allegations of decades of child sex abuse at | :01:50. | :01:56.
Fort Augustus Abbey, I confronted one of the alleged abuses in | :01:57. | :02:00.
Australia. For the Denis Alexander. I'm Mark Daly from the BBC. I don't | :02:01. | :02:07.
care who you are, mate. It was around the same time, three and a | :02:08. | :02:11.
half years ago, that Hugh Kennedy first told police about the abuse he | :02:12. | :02:16.
says he suffered at the hands of Fr Alexander in the 1970s. He has | :02:17. | :02:20.
become frustrated at the delays in prosecuting his case. The reality of | :02:21. | :02:26.
this situation is we were placated. You were written to interrogatory | :02:27. | :02:29.
terms with non-answers to your questions. And after a period of | :02:30. | :02:35.
time, you were expected to just disappear. The Crown office received | :02:36. | :02:41.
the police report on Fr Alexander more than three years ago. And a | :02:42. | :02:44.
year ago announced plans to extradite him. You're nothing has | :02:45. | :02:49.
changed. We are where we are last year. My expectations really around | :02:50. | :02:56.
whether we will really see Denis Alexander in court have been managed | :02:57. | :03:04.
down to virtually zero. I really don't know if there is much more I | :03:05. | :03:05.
can do. Neither the Crown office in don't know if there is much more I | :03:06. | :03:12.
Scotland nor the attorney general office in Australia will give | :03:13. | :03:15.
details about what stage the processes at. But this Australian MP | :03:16. | :03:21.
has taken up the case. I want to know why after a year, this man has | :03:22. | :03:25.
not been brought to justice. He has written to the government asking | :03:26. | :03:30.
what's taken so long. Beggars belief. At the same time we have a | :03:31. | :03:34.
world commission going on in Australia into institutional | :03:35. | :03:37.
cover-ups and institutional responses to child sex abuse, that | :03:38. | :03:42.
we wouldn't be acting with great haste in Australia to bring our | :03:43. | :03:48.
citizens to justice in a foreign jurisdiction if the charge has been | :03:49. | :03:52.
laid against him. But concerns over the extradition intensified | :03:53. | :03:58.
yesterday after Fr Alexander, visited by a BBC colleague, denied | :03:59. | :04:02.
any knowledge of it. Can you tell me what you know about | :04:03. | :04:05.
the extradition? I don't know anything about any | :04:06. | :04:10.
extradition. Would you ever go back to Scotland to put your side of the | :04:11. | :04:15.
story? I'm not prepared to do and ethers such thing. It has already | :04:16. | :04:21.
been gone into by the church. Fr Alexander, stripped of his priestly | :04:22. | :04:26.
duties in 2013, denied he abused boys. Today, the Crown office issued | :04:27. | :04:27.
a statement. Meanwhile, has another year passes, | :04:28. | :04:48.
Fr Alexander is another year older. Hugh Kennedy knows he might never | :04:49. | :04:49.
see his alleged abuser in court. The First Minister has published | :04:50. | :04:52.
plans showing how she believes Scotland could stay in the single | :04:53. | :04:54.
market, after the UK Theresa May said she would carefully | :04:55. | :04:56.
consider proposals put forward by the Scottish government, | :04:57. | :05:03.
but warned that some plans Our Political Editor is outside | :05:04. | :05:06.
Nicola Sturgeon's official Nicola Sturgeon promised that before | :05:07. | :05:27.
Christmas she would set out details. There would be a substantial policy | :05:28. | :05:31.
package aimed at focusing UK minds about the Scottish dimension of | :05:32. | :05:36.
Brexit. If you like, it is a Christmas parcel from Bute House to | :05:37. | :05:37.
Downing Street. This is West Lothian firm sells | :05:38. | :05:45.
pizza opens worldwide. The Finnish born bosses optimistic but anxious. | :05:46. | :05:50.
We are a growing business. We need to know where we can find future | :05:51. | :05:53.
employees. I want to know if I can stay in the UK myself. Don't blame | :05:54. | :06:00.
me, says Nicola Sturgeon. The plan is to ease the pain of Brexit. We | :06:01. | :06:05.
want the UK government to make clear when it triggers Article 50 that it | :06:06. | :06:10.
intends to stay in the single market and the Customs Union. If it will | :06:11. | :06:14.
not do so, we want the UK government to seek as part of its negotiation | :06:15. | :06:17.
it differentiated solution for Scotland as set out here. Two areas | :06:18. | :06:24.
of focus. The Customs Union and the single market. Under the Customs | :06:25. | :06:29.
Union, EU members agree common tariffs to members outside the EU. | :06:30. | :06:33.
If the UK quits, Scotland would leave, too. It may arguably impede | :06:34. | :06:38.
some trade. But the First Minister insists it will also remove any need | :06:39. | :06:41.
for a Customs border between Scotland and England. Nicola | :06:42. | :06:48.
Sturgeon once full control of devolved issues like fisheries and | :06:49. | :06:56.
agriculture, plus employment law and the power to strike international | :06:57. | :06:58.
bargains, including immigration. Here is the main idea. European | :06:59. | :07:04.
economic area consists of EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and | :07:05. | :07:08.
Lichtenstein. Scotland would join that, retaining single market | :07:09. | :07:11.
Lichtenstein. Scotland would join freedoms, trade, services capital | :07:12. | :07:15.
and the movement of people. But if people could travel freely from | :07:16. | :07:18.
Europe to say Gretna in Scotland, what is to stop them hopping over | :07:19. | :07:25.
the border to Carlisle? Nicola Sturgeon says England could tackle | :07:26. | :07:28.
that with checks on employment and housing. Others retain doubts. It is | :07:29. | :07:33.
a proposal trying to keep Scotland as far as possible in both markets. | :07:34. | :07:37.
It creates all kinds of difficulties in practice as to whether you can do | :07:38. | :07:45.
that. An expert panel advised the First Minister. There are issues | :07:46. | :07:53.
that need to be addressed. To manage markets, to adhere to single market | :07:54. | :07:55.
rules. But I think it is possible and indeed these are an important | :07:56. | :08:00.
set of proposals to address these issues in practical terms. This is | :08:01. | :08:04.
about political strategy, too. Nicola Sturgeon is challenging the | :08:05. | :08:09.
prime minister. To the Westminster government I say that your response | :08:10. | :08:14.
to these proposals will tell horse much, perhaps everything, about | :08:15. | :08:18.
whether the UK is in reality the partnership of equals that you claim | :08:19. | :08:23.
it to be. What we are going to negotiate is a United Kingdom | :08:24. | :08:26.
approach and a United Kingdom relationship with the European | :08:27. | :08:33.
Union. I think you've assumed relationships. I don't think it is | :08:34. | :08:37.
right to accept. I said when I first met the First Minister that we will | :08:38. | :08:44.
look very seriously at the proposals that come forward from the devolved | :08:45. | :08:47.
administrations. There may be proposals that are impracticable. | :08:48. | :08:53.
Critics say the First Minister is in denial about the problems plan would | :08:54. | :08:58.
bring. Nicola Sturgeon admits it is challenging but workable if the will | :08:59. | :09:00.
is there. And Brian, what lies behind all this | :09:01. | :09:02.
- presumably both governments I think they are to a large extent. | :09:03. | :09:15.
There will be serious consideration of this by the UK government. There | :09:16. | :09:19.
may be some concessions. I would be astonished if the UK government | :09:20. | :09:23.
conceded all of this, conceded the transfer of power, conceded the | :09:24. | :09:28.
point of access to the European single market for Scotland. I would | :09:29. | :09:31.
be astonished given the comment is that have come from conservatives | :09:32. | :09:36.
before this. There is a strategic question as well. Nicola Sturgeon | :09:37. | :09:40.
insists she is genuinely advancing this as a policy solution within the | :09:41. | :09:45.
UK, within the ambit of the UK. But when it comes to it, if she puts | :09:46. | :09:48.
forward a second referendum on Scottish independence, she wants to | :09:49. | :09:55.
be able to argue that she seriously considered all of the alternatives | :09:56. | :10:00.
before going to the prospect input towards -- to the Scottish people. | :10:01. | :10:07.
Thank you. The number of indoor tennis court in Scotland is two | :10:08. | :10:11.
double under plans to build a legacy on our successes in the sport. | :10:12. | :10:17.
?15 million has been pledged over the next decade. | :10:18. | :10:19.
Scotland's Wimbledon and Paralympic champion Gordon Reid wants the whole | :10:20. | :10:22.
of the country to benefit from the new investment | :10:23. | :10:24.
package especially the less privileged areas. | :10:25. | :10:25.
In Scottish tennis, whatever your level, this has been a year unlike | :10:26. | :10:36.
any other. A Grand Slam men's doubles winner. Once again, Andy | :10:37. | :10:44.
Murray as Olympic champion! Home-grown world leaders in the | :10:45. | :10:47.
sport now want their success spread across Scotland. I think it is just | :10:48. | :10:52.
about spreading the courts across the country, not just focusing on | :10:53. | :10:56.
certain areas. It is about getting it all over the country so people | :10:57. | :11:01.
all over Scotland can play tennis. In the poorer areas as well, where | :11:02. | :11:04.
tennis may not be a sport that is that common. To that end, the lawn | :11:05. | :11:11.
tennis Association and sport Scotland have together come up with | :11:12. | :11:16.
?15 million. Right now in Scotland, there are 112 covered tennis court's | :11:17. | :11:22.
like this. The plan by 2027 is to double that 225. ?15 million of | :11:23. | :11:29.
investment across ten years would give an annual spend of 1.5 million. | :11:30. | :11:33.
So to turn these plans into real tennis courts, would require | :11:34. | :11:39.
additional money and extra funding partners from the private and public | :11:40. | :11:43.
sectors. We have got one indoor court per 48,000 population. In the | :11:44. | :11:49.
rest of Great Britain it is one for 20 6000. That is actually worse than | :11:50. | :11:55.
Serbia, Germany, the Netherlands, Holland and France. Britain is not | :11:56. | :12:00.
competing very well for indoor courts in terms of Europe. But we | :12:01. | :12:04.
are even worse. This is the first stage of sorting it out. | :12:05. | :12:07.
Traditionally, Wimbledon serves the tennis coppers over ?60 million per | :12:08. | :12:13.
year. Only 1% of that trickles down to Scotland. I would say the whole | :12:14. | :12:17.
of Great Britain, particularly indoor courts, has been underfunded | :12:18. | :12:20.
for the last ten years. This is the start of a much bigger plan that we | :12:21. | :12:24.
have to try to transform the input structure of tennis across Britain. | :12:25. | :12:28.
It is a great opportunity to start in Scotland. No one knows how long | :12:29. | :12:33.
Andy Murray will be world number one, creating a tennis legacy will | :12:34. | :12:43.
undoubtedly take years. An investigation is under way after | :12:44. | :12:46.
a man was found dead in a van days after police were contacted about | :12:47. | :12:53.
concerns about the vehicle. The man was found on December the 16th in | :12:54. | :12:57.
Stirlingshire. It's understood calls were made to police dog to days | :12:58. | :12:59.
earlier. Offenders in Dumfries | :13:00. | :13:00.
are helping spread some winter Sentenced by the courts to do work | :13:01. | :13:02.
to benefit the community, they're involved in a project | :13:03. | :13:06.
to chop and deliver firewood to more than 300 local pensioners | :13:07. | :13:09.
and vulnerable people. It made the hard labour, but not the | :13:10. | :13:25.
Victorian kind. This is 21st century justice in action. Ian, Robert and | :13:26. | :13:31.
Chris are chopping logs and kindling to take two elderly and vulnerable | :13:32. | :13:34.
people to supplement their winter fuel. The men run community payback | :13:35. | :13:39.
orders, a sentence available to the courts as an alternative to prison. | :13:40. | :13:43.
orders, a sentence available to the Under social work supervision, they | :13:44. | :13:46.
give a number of hours every week. It is punishment but it is also and | :13:47. | :13:52.
rewarding. The project is the best thing | :13:53. | :13:55.
because it helps folk like me get out of the house and get on with it. | :13:56. | :14:03.
It also gives me something to focus on. I think it is brilliant. They | :14:04. | :14:07.
make these things for old people for Christmas. Basically it is sort of a | :14:08. | :14:19.
turning point, turning crime into doing good, helping the elderly, | :14:20. | :14:23.
keeping them warm during the winter. Community payback takes many forms. | :14:24. | :14:27.
But this project is tried, tested and successful. It is the type of | :14:28. | :14:32.
way in which we want to see individuals have committed a crime | :14:33. | :14:40.
paying back something and the wider benefit that can come from that. At | :14:41. | :14:43.
the same time, tackling underlying causes of bad behaviour. Thanks, | :14:44. | :14:51.
voice. Have a nice Christmas. The move is received warmly by the | :14:52. | :14:57.
clients. It really is a big help. The boys are very nice. They've got | :14:58. | :15:00.
to do something. They are better doing this than sitting in a prison | :15:01. | :15:05.
cell, as far as I'm concerned. They get more out of doing this and | :15:06. | :15:10.
helping folk. Payback logs are welcome present for the Yuletide | :15:11. | :15:13.

couldn't be sustained, even by wild Bahrain is one animals. Of the | :16:22. | :16:24.
countries which is of particular concern to the UK Government when it | :16:25. | :16:28.
comes to human rights. Scottish police officers have been involved | :16:29. | :16:31.
in training of Bahraini police as well as officers from three other | :16:32. | :16:35.
countries on that official list of concern there. Are safeguards in | :16:36. | :16:40.
place. It's official government policy that checks are carried out | :16:41. | :16:44.
to ensure that any training doesn't contribute to human rights' abuses. | :16:45. | :16:50.
When BBC Scotland asked to see what those safeguards were, access to the | :16:51. | :16:54.
documents or risk assessments, if you like, was denied. For most of | :16:55. | :16:58.
the training we were told the police didn't have them. The biggest risk | :16:59. | :17:04.
is that by training these forces, you are assisting them, ultimately, | :17:05. | :17:07.
with arresting, torturing and sentencing to death people. That is | :17:08. | :17:10.
why you need to be extremely careful. There needs to be extremely | :17:11. | :17:17.
strong safeguards in place. This is a Scottish police officer training | :17:18. | :17:22.
the Sri Lankan police in 2013. It's part of ?2 million worth of training | :17:23. | :17:27.
provided over four years to 15 different countries. Police Scotland | :17:28. | :17:33.
says all the training we do supports both the UK and Scottish Government | :17:34. | :17:36.
international development policies and objectives. Contributes to | :17:37. | :17:41.
tackling international crime at source and tackles human rights' | :17:42. | :17:46.
abuse. Police Scotland have a new strategy where they consult human | :17:47. | :17:49.
rights experts before training takes place. In Bahrain, day nab wants to | :17:50. | :17:58.
remind us that human rights' abuses are not a thing of the past. | :17:59. | :18:04.
A multi-million pound expansion of Aberdeen harbour is to go ahead. | :18:05. | :18:07.
It's claimed the development at Nigg Bay will create thousands | :18:08. | :18:09.
of jobs and attract decommissioning work to the north-east. | :18:10. | :18:11.
But some local residents are concerned about the loss | :18:12. | :18:13.
Nigg Bay, just south of Aberdeen's existing harbour. This is what it | :18:14. | :18:25.
could like in three years' time. Despite the downturn in oil and gas, | :18:26. | :18:30.
could like in three years' time. a ?350 million expansion project is | :18:31. | :18:34.
still viable. Bigger Perthes for bigger vessels, servicing the | :18:35. | :18:38.
existing offshore industry as well as the coming decommissioning work. | :18:39. | :18:42.
We will be able to attract that sort of business in a much larger scale. | :18:43. | :18:47.
The larger vessels that is are doing that work in the future will be able | :18:48. | :18:51.
to use Nigg Bay and be close to their offices in West Hill and | :18:52. | :18:57.
elsewhere in the region. Crew ships too could become a regular sight. | :18:58. | :19:01.
Part of the diversification away from oil and gas. Larger ferries to | :19:02. | :19:08.
the Northern Isles would Berthe here. Not everyone supports the | :19:09. | :19:13.
project. We wouldn't have a rich community here. We are one of the | :19:14. | :19:21.
poorest in Scotland. It looks like it's been bumped on us. It's a huge | :19:22. | :19:25.
development for the local area a big loss of natural resources. It could | :19:26. | :19:31.
all be worth an extra ?1 billion a year to the economy and create up to | :19:32. | :19:37.
7,000 jobs. By 2020 this bay could look very different. In this | :19:38. | :19:41.
difficult economy, it's hoped the expansion could mean big business | :19:42. | :19:43.
for the north-east. A two-year-old cocker | :19:44. | :19:48.

Let's go. Back on her feet and back where she belongs, dashing about in | :20:15. | :20:19.
the fields. It's just six months since an accident Darcy's owner | :20:20. | :20:24.
thought she wouldn't survive. A young dog, very energetic dog. What | :20:25. | :20:28.
would the future hold? We were concerned if she would make a full | :20:29. | :20:33.
recovery, would she have a life similar to what she had before. They | :20:34. | :20:40.
had been walking over this damn, she plunged 60 feet to the bottom. She | :20:41. | :20:46.
broke her legs and pelvis and bleeding internally. Her vet said | :20:47. | :20:54.
she was the perfect patient? She was easy to work with considering how | :20:55. | :20:58.
much pain she was in. She never wimperd. Ideal to work with, as far | :20:59. | :21:02.
as that goes. It make it is worthwhile. Looking at Darcy today | :21:03. | :21:03.
it's difficult to believe what she worthwhile. Looking at Darcy today | :21:04. | :21:08.
went through six months ago. She looks as if she has made a full | :21:09. | :21:13.
recovery. She has a little way to go. She is a dog who just doesn't | :21:14. | :21:20.
give up. She's very determined, stoic, mentally strong dog. In her | :21:21. | :21:23.
head, as I say, she has already reached that point and wants to do | :21:24. | :21:26.
what she was doing with the other dogs before. Now Darcy is Pet | :21:27. | :21:34.
Survivor Of the Year, she seems proud of the award from the charity, | :21:35. | :21:39.
Pdsa. Gordon too is pretty proud of a dog who beat the odds. You can | :21:40. | :21:49.
tell it's Christmas from cute dogs to cute babies. | :21:50. | :21:51.
If you're writing Christmas cards or buying presents for new children - | :21:52. | :21:54.
grandchildren or nieces and nephews - chances are there's an Olivia | :21:55. | :21:57.
They were the most popular baby names in Scotland this year. | :21:58. | :22:01.
round round | :22:02. | :22:08.
# Round and round... # Just like the wheels on the bus | :22:09. | :22:13.
certain names come round and round like, Jack, top of the table again. | :22:14. | :22:17.
Three of the Jacks born in 2016 were at this library in Edinburgh for | :22:18. | :22:24.
Book Bugs. When he was born he had a cheeky face. We thought Jack suited | :22:25. | :22:27.
that more than any of the other names we had. It was going to be | :22:28. | :22:31.
Hamish or Angus, we like the Scottish names. But having an Oliver | :22:32. | :22:36.
already it wasn't going to sit right. My dad is a John. When we | :22:37. | :22:39.
thought about maybe Jack being a right. My dad is a John. When we | :22:40. | :22:43.
name that was a version of John we thought it would be a good | :22:44. | :22:48.
compromise. Statistics were complied by #k7 national Records of Scotland. | :22:49. | :22:53.
Jack, James and Oliver are the top three names. It's the ninth con sect | :22:54. | :22:58.
sective name that Jack has been the top name. On the girls the number | :22:59. | :23:11.
one is o Olivia. Sometimes you can chart them by celebrities. This sow | :23:12. | :23:17.
Fifa was always destined to get the name? I was living in Canada. My | :23:18. | :23:22.
husband was here already. I thought of Sophia as a nice girls name. I | :23:23. | :23:26.
phoned it up and said I had been for the scan. He said, before you tell | :23:27. | :23:32.
me, I thought it's a girl and we should name her Sophia. When the | :23:33. | :23:38.
full figures are published, next March, we will find out which names | :23:39. | :23:39.
are up and which names are down. When you are feeling warm and | :23:40. | :23:50.
cuddly, we will spoil it now. Predictably enough - with five days | :23:51. | :23:56.
to go till Christmas - the weather is turning and travel | :23:57. | :23:59.
plans for the next few But, as Steven Godden reports, | :24:00. | :24:01.
there is some good news Stornoway this morning, ferries | :24:02. | :24:08.
cancelled, roads closed, buildings damaged. A full gale... A sign of | :24:09. | :24:18.
things to come as the weather deter rates in the run-up to the holidays. | :24:19. | :24:22.
High winds, peaking on Friday and Saturday, it will lead to ferry | :24:23. | :24:28.
disruption, both to the Northern Isles and the Western Isles. That | :24:29. | :24:32.
will be an area of concern. Delivery vehicles on the road, high sided | :24:33. | :24:37.
vehicles might be prone to the high gusts of wind by overturning. Heavy | :24:38. | :24:44.
rain and high winds combined isn't a pleasant combination. Storm Barbara | :24:45. | :24:53.
will coincide with the busiest days. I want peep see their family and | :24:54. | :24:58.
spend time with their friends on Christmas and Christmas Eve. In | :24:59. | :25:01.
order to do so they have to plan ahead. We will get that information | :25:02. | :25:04.
out across our network as early as we can so people can plan ahead. For | :25:05. | :25:09.
air passengers the threat of man made disruption has been lifted | :25:10. | :25:13.
tonight after a planned strike by baggage handlers that would have | :25:14. | :25:16.
affected several Scottish airports was called off. Those Christmas | :25:17. | :25:25.
contingencies can be shelved. Elsewhere, a challenging few days | :25:26. | :25:26.
lie ahead. Unsettled weather on its way. We had | :25:27. | :25:38.
wet and windy weather today, outbreaks of heavy rain and strong | :25:39. | :25:45.
winds bringing these huge waves earlier today in Largs. We will see | :25:46. | :25:50.
rain for a time. Clearer spells developing through the night. The | :25:51. | :25:54.
weather front will progress eastwards becoming lighter and | :25:55. | :25:57.
patchier. Under clear skies there will be a touch of frost towards | :25:58. | :26:03.
inland areas in the east across the north-west blustery showers and the | :26:04. | :26:06.
wind will strengthen from the south-west. Tomorrow strong winds, | :26:07. | :26:11.
gales to the far north-west. The Met office have issued a yellow be aware | :26:12. | :26:16.
weather warning throughout the day across the north-west. The the | :26:17. | :26:21.
showers will follow as snow accumulating to 100 meters to 200 | :26:22. | :26:26.
meters. Frequent thunder and lightning across the north-west by | :26:27. | :26:30.
the afternoon. A closer look at 3.00pm. We will see wintry showers | :26:31. | :26:34.
to the Northern Isles, the far north, thunder and lightning to the | :26:35. | :26:38.
north-west. Towards the north-east and central belt sleety conditions | :26:39. | :26:44.
down to lower levels. The far south there may be brighter spells. The | :26:45. | :26:49.
cold, highs of five or six degrees. Thursday is a similar day. We are | :26:50. | :26:54.
seeing blustery showers. Wintry to higher ground. Strong winds for the | :26:55. | :26:58.
far north and bitterly cold once more. If you have plans to travel, | :26:59. | :27:03.
it's recommended to travel early on Thursday as Thursday, compareded to | :27:04. | :27:06.
Friday, looks to be the better day as we take a look at the chart, | :27:07. | :27:12.
Storm Barbara is heading towards us. A deep area of low pressure. With it | :27:13. | :27:16.
heavy rain the concern is the strength of the winds. Across the | :27:17. | :27:22.
whole of the of UK for north-west Scotland we will see strong winds | :27:23. | :27:27.
indeed. If we take a closer look at the forecast gusts for Friday. There | :27:28. | :27:32.
is a yellow warning to the whole of Scotland. Gusts of 60-70mph. We can | :27:33. | :27:45.
have storm-force winds 80-90mph. They will transfer to Auckland and | :27:46. | :27:49.
Shetland by the evening. There will be travel disruption. Keep | :27:50. | :27:59.
up-to-date: Thank you very much. That's Reporting Scotland. We will | :28:00. | :28:04.
have our update at 10.25pm. From everyone on the team, right across | :28:05. | :28:09.
the country. Have a good evening. Byebye. | :28:10. | :28:20.
