This is our place,

our home.

We're not better than any other country,

but we're every bit as good.

Scotland is a land full of hope and aspiration,

a country that believes in fairness and equality...

..a country built on enterprise, innovation and ingenuity.

Our parliament at Holyrood reflects those beliefs

and its members work hard for the people who elected them,

but now that parliament and our values

are under threat.

Make no mistake,

for the Tories, this election is about one thing only -

tightening their control of Westminster.

This Tory government wants to crush all opposition

and steamroller their policies through parliament.

And you can be sure

they will do all they can to silence Scotland's voice.

We all know a vote for the Tories comes with a massive price tag.

It means cuts to our vital services,

it means continuing austerity for many more years to come,

it means the most vulnerable in our society

will become more vulnerable still

and it means thousands of Scotland's children will grow up in poverty

instead of hope and optimism for their futures.

Together, we've come a long way in Scotland.

Funding for Scotland's NHS is at a record high,

families are benefitting

from free tuition, extra childcare and the Living Wage,

and more and more people are now in full-time employment.

That's real progress.

Now is not the time to throw it all away on a Tory whim.

In this election, the question is which party can be trusted

to stand up against the Tories in Westminster?

Which party is strong enough to make sure Scotland's parliament

continues to work for all the people of Scotland?

And which party will always work

to keep Scotland's future in Scotland's hands?
