The European Union referendum result

was an instruction to change the way our country works,

and for the people for whom it works.

It was a call to make Wales and Britain

a country that works for everyone, rather than just a privileged few.

That's why our plan for Britain

is a plan to get the right deal for Britain abroad,

and a better deal for ordinary working people

living and working at home.

We want to build a global Britain

that is outward-looking and embraces the world

and an economy where everyone plays by the same rules.

For too long, people in Wales have had to suffer

under the constant rule of Labour and Plaid Cymru,

soaring rates of Council Tax and diminishing public services,

but it doesn't have to be that way.

We want to see local government that delivers low taxes

and efficient, high quality public services.

And right across Wales on the 4th of May,

people will go to the polls to decide

who they want to deliver their local services.

We've demonstrated that the Welsh Conservatives

are a party with a plan to secure a better future for our communities.

We're proud of our record

of delivering effective and efficient local services.

We've proven more responsive to your concerns,

while fighting for a low Council Tax.

This is the type of local government we want to see across Wales -

people you elect delivering for you and your families.

Poor leadership of Labour, Plaid Cymru

has let too many of our communities down.

Too many parts of Wales have been held back,

and it's the ordinary working people who've been left to pay the price.

Many of our local services have declined beyond recognition,

and for too long, the wishes of the people have been ignored.

This needs to change, and we want to put power back in your hands.
