This is a tale of two cities.

A tale of two parliaments.

They are separated by a lot more than just 400 miles.

One is modern and progressive, a parliament committed

to serving a nation engaged in the political process.

A nation full of hope, expectation and aspiration.

The other, an antiquated institution,

outdated and out of touch with the people they claim to represent.

But now, these two places do have

at least one thing in common - strong voices.

'My pledge today to every citizen of our country is simple,

'but it is heartfelt.

'I will be First Minister for all of Scotland.

'Regardless of your politics or your point of view,

'my job is to serve you.'

Strong voices for Scotland.

'We now have one of the most uncaring, uncompromising

'and out of touch governments that the UK has seen since Thatcher.'

'Hear, hear!'

In Scotland, the SNP Government is using what powers it has

to create jobs and build a more prosperous

and fairer country for all who live here.

In London, there is a different job to do.

For as long as the Tories target the most vulnerable in our society...

BIG BEN CHIMES ..privatise the NHS by stealth...

BIG BEN CHIMES ..and force more and more children into poverty...

BIG BEN CHIMES ..the SNP will stand united against them.

No way are they going to sit on the fence.

So, in this tale of two parliaments, at Westminster

and at Holyrood, which party will always be stronger for Scotland?

Well?
