It's going to be sound a week at This year, the event has returned

from Swansea back to the Selwyn Samuel Centre in Llanelly, where

the top 16 bowler's art intent on painting the town scarlet. Coming

that the club is very glad to have the balls back in town. I am joined

about 14 years and we were fortunate this year that the

council has helped us out to have them back here. And I hope they

the Welsh indoor men's final and today was not different. This

competition has seen the biggest names and the lesser-known a

triumph in recent years. It has always been an eagerly anticipated

way to this final, he defeated two rising stars of world bowls. Gerard

Greene and recent Welsh convert, Stewart Anderson. 23-year-old

Damien Duff were also from the Cardiff club survived a nail-biting

semi-final against Ross Alyn to claim his place in his first

national final. He raised to an early pipe-one that lead and then

the third set with him 6-4 up and punish you. Good weight again. Very

of it is looking good and that is well played. He did well there.

Once again, he has been asked a difficult question and he delivers.

He could not have played this much better. He settled in there and
