Tonight on Late Kick Off, a late kick-off. Santa inverses Leicester

this evening. It can Saints go back to the top of the table? We will

-- sat Hunton of verse is Leicester. Thank you for joining us for a

weekly round-up of all the Football League's latest. Alongside me his

Graeme Murty. We have a particularly action-packed show.

Here is what is coming up. Rover's return to winning ways, we

again. The new owner is Anton Zingarevich, he is 29 years old and

has taken a 51% stake in the club, injecting �40 million. At least Sir

John Madjeski with 49%. He remains chairman and announced the deal to

the fans before Saturday's game against Hull.

I have never felt so positive about a suitor as this one, for a whole

host of different reasons. There is not a language barrier. The ethos

of the people coming in is perfect. We are seeing off the same hymn

sheet. They are not arrogant or flash. They just want to do a good

job in football. I am so delighted that they see Reading as bad

vehicle, because the reputation of Reading has was owed to a very long

period of time by many people at the club. The I think it bodes well

for Reading, and it says about -- added says a lot about Reading and

the people that work here that we can have this fantastic reputation

that people want to be involved with, and that means a lot to me. I

think it bodes well for the way we conduct ourselves.

The man sitting beside me is Reading's most successful captain

ever. What you make a bit? I am cautiously optimistic. I like

what John Madjeski has been saying. Cautiously because there are

Russian owners and there are Russian owners.

We have been finding out what supporters bought today.

I think it is good news. I am a bit worried.

John Madjeski will still be in charge for the next three years, so

nothing will change immediately anyway.

You are going to have to change to get back into the Premier League.

So hopefully we will be up there soon.

club on a sound financial basis to put forward. Now he wants to take

the club forward in the right way. Not a selling your best players at

the end of every season will be good news.

Next, while the rebels are flowing at Reading, it is a different story

at Portsmouth. The taxman wants �1.6 million in unpaid taxes. The

administrator Andrew Andronikou says the club does not have the

money, which raises the prospect of players being sold, and only 13 of

them off it. Frightening times at Fratton Park. Let's catch up on how

they and the rest of the region's Championship teams got on at the

weekend. A a brilliant result for Bristol

City. Chris Wood scored his first goal on

loan for the club. Habib Beye, the Doncaster defender, get a red card.

because he drew the goalkeeper towards him.

The goalkeeper sees him offside, and if he felt he had to he would

have got to the ball. But because of the other player, he has to stay

in place. When does active become active? Because he did not touch

the ball, he did have an effect on the game.

Now it is League Two, where Bristol Rovers had a new manager, Mark

McGhee, and a victory against promotion-chasing Charlton. The

fans are happy. I think he will do a good job.

Hopefully he will do the job. He has got lots of experience and

will be good for the club. I like him. He is an experienced

manager. Hopefully he can bring it all

together for us and we can start goal! He comes across the! Well

They have good prospects for moving up. Mark McGhee on to a good start,

but Paolo Di Canio sent off for Swindon, this time for complaining
