Good evening, week two of the Premier League season, two games on

the way, these two in the studio. Two north-east teams to start.

Sunderland took on Middlesbrough at the Stadium Of Light, who better to

set the scene than two men on either side of the Wear-Tees derby divide?

It is the Mackems against the Smokies. Even though you have lived

and suffer quite a number of years it can start all you are a Boro lad.

Because you stink of chemicals. I get you. Who is your secret weapon?

It is no secret, it is the beast, Negredo. Backed on by Gaston

Ramirez. You are in big trouble. I'm petrified. I'm not really. So what

do you reckon to David Moyes, then? I am delighted, a seamless

transition from the dour, functional football of Sam Allardyce to the

dour function David Moyes. He doesn't bring anything new to the

side? A load of players from Manchester United that Manchester

United don't want. LAUGHTER That is a step up for us. You

probably call Watmore the Ginger Messi, don't you? Just admit it. I

do now. Typical Sunderland. Will you watch it on Match of the Day? I will

COMMENTATOR: Duncan Watmore, one of the youngsters interested by David

Moyes to get his Stadium Of Light career off to a winning start. The

sale of Younes Kaboul and late injuries means call ups for Adnan

Januzaj and Papy Djilobodji. Relegated with Aston Villa last

season, Brad Guzan makes his first start for Middlesbrough. Victor

Valdes has been ruled out with a muscular injury. Forshaw comes in.

Some still claim it isn't a real baby but surely the Wear-Tees derby

takes on special significance this season, with Newcastle out of the

Premier League picture -- not a real derby. Not a bad first of a day for

Middlesbrough, a good time to play Sunderland too. Their record in

August is rotten. Their last Premier League victory in this month came in

2010. They have played 15 winless games so far. Negredo, bit short for

Nsue, who did well to do anything with it under pressure. Stu Rani's

shot is a good one, it is a very good one! Cristhian Stuani with a

magnificent strike for Middlesbrough, who take the lead in

the Wear-Tees derby. In the 13th minute. But those whose go on the

last day of losses season that earn the points that clinched promotion

against Brighton. Great counterattack from Boer. Not much on

for Stu Rani, so he went for go, and boy, did he find its -- Stuani.

Bending away from Mannone, and against the run of play the visitors

from down the road take the lead. Sunderland 0- one Middlesbrough. The

last five managers at Sunderland have enjoyed winning starts at the

Stadium Of Light. No pressure for David Moyes, then. His touch was

heavy. Watmore. He was looking for Defoe. A better ball and foe might

well have been in. It still comes their way of Sunderland though, this

is Donald Love. The phone off this time. Michelin with his usual

composure. -- Defoe was offside this time.

22 clean sheets last season during the promotion campaign. Boro fans

have seen their team win five of their previous ten games here,

including their very first and their most recent.

Watmore spinning away from Gibson, releasing Defoe and going for the

return if Defoe can see him. He did see him, couldn't find him.

Excellent work from Watmore, this time the pass was perfect, the

return pass wasn't, though. One of the Sunderland players missing today

through injury, Lee Cattermole, who of course started his career with

Middlesbrough. He is a Stockton lad. WHISTLE

I think it is John O'Shea who has got a bit of a problem in the

Sunderland handle the area. It might be the left growing that is the

injury. The last thing that Sunderland need, another injury --

the groin. The armband is coming off, so David Moyes turns to one of

his old favourites from his Everton days, Steven Pienaar. 34 years of

age now, the former South African international. He will drop into the

midfield with Jack Rodwell going back alongside Djilobodji in

defence. Downing, Friend to his left, Negredo and Stuani in the box.

Friend aware from Love all too easily. Negredo's shot blocked by

Rodwell. And it's a flow rather than a corner. After Love's claimants,

who too easy breaking through. Paul Sunderland defending.

Forshaw will gather. Lovely pastoral Negredo, lovely chance here for the

Spaniard, and it is 2-0, a second for Stuani, and what a brilliantly

fashioned go for Middlesbrough. They picked Sunderland a part. Forshaw

with a lovely reverse ball for Negredo, played on by Djilobodji. He

could have pulled the trigger, instead picked out Stuani. Two shots

on target in the first half for Middlesbrough and both had gone in.

But a commanding position for Boro at the break. Sunderland 0- two

Middlesbrough. He has done well, Lens. Januzaj could not get his feet

right for the finish, Boro have made a bit of a pig's here to fluid. Van

Aanholt. Van Aanholt! Great save by Guzan! It was fired in by the

Dutchman, it was low, accurate, heading home, and Guzan with his

first real bit of action stands up to the job.

Good work from Januzaj, here is the speed of Watmore to run at Nsue. Now

with Defoe and Lens ahead of him. Now it is MSI, now it is Lens. --

now it is Januzaj. Between them, they prevented Lens from testing

Guzan again. It is better from Sunderland, it had to be. Those were

a problem for Sunderland here last season, only scored 23. They won

five matches in front of their own supporters. Watmore, van Aanholt,

the pull-back, the shot from Defoe and Pala get lucky. Plenty of blue

shirted bodies were back there. Off the chest of Gibson. Defoe is

thwarted. Now the Sunderland fans sensed that there might be a goal

just around the corner. Last season, Sunderland didn't win a match until

their tenth game of the campaign. Negredo is onside. First touch too

heavy. That enabled Mannone to come out and just prevent the Spaniard

from making it three, and a third goal would surely take the game

beyond Sunderland. Rodwell played him on. The touch played him -- let

him down. Watmore. Now van Aanholt. Now

Watmore! Guzan in the way, but first to the rebound is van Aanholt, and

Sunderland are back in the game. He started the move with this slalom

run. Watmore took on the shot, Guzan could only parry, and the Dutchman

was on hand to stab home. Guzan will feel, perhaps, that he should have

done better with the initial shot. Sunderland rewarded for their

efforts in this second half. You can see what it means to the manager. If

that goal can lift the supporters, and surely it should, Sunderland

might be able to force their way to a share of the sport this afternoon.

This is Pienaar. Worrying moments, viz, for Borough, as he picks out

van Aanholt. Right the way across the goal, with nobody getting in

touch. Januzaj looking to keep it alive, now it is Gooch. Scuffet away

by Barrow gang. It is Defoe. Sunderland

Defoe back to Pienaar. Space for Januzaj, one-on-one against Adomah.

Guzan has built it again, and this time it isn't first home by Love.

Guzan wobbling. Sunderland threatening. Love missing. Boro

closing in on their first away win since April, and their first away

win in the Premier League since November 2000 and eight. Ingo 's

Adam Clayton, but the whistle has gone for a Sunderland free kick --

in goes Adam Clayton. WHISTLE There goes the final whistle, Aitor

Karanka celebrates his first three points as a Premier League manager,

and yet again Sunderland looked like they are going to start a Premier

League season very lethargically. Final score at the Stadium Of Light,

Sunderland 1-2 Middlesbrough. We know that we can concede any time

because we are in the Premier League, but also we can score any

time. This week it was Stuani, but I have a lot of players who can score

for us and I'm really pleased, because the players once again saw

that we are ready for this season, and especially for our supporters.

There was a lot of things they have done, and with the level of players

we have got, they have done a great job, albeit disappointed with bits

of the defending, which made it a bit difficult. What have you made of

what the new manager has brought to the table in his early days? He

likes to play football. I have worked under both and I have liked

both. This manager likes to play football and that is what we

tragedy. The second half we try to play more football on the left-hand

side with me, Pienaar and Duncan on the left. I think that is the way

forward now. Stuart, I am told some people don't consider this to be a

local derby, you are a local lad, is it? It is to me. If you tell

Middlesbrough fans they will tell you the same. Overall, it is a great

victory for us. Playing your local rivals is an incentive as well, Fer

points on the board and a good day all round. For Sunderland, they're

awful August run continues, no one in 16. For Middlesbrough, up and

running in the Premier League, their first victory of the season and they

showed not only can they score some good goals but they can be in when

needed. Stewart Downing hit the nail on the

head. It's a derby for the Middlesbrough players, but I'm not

sure for the Sunderland players. A great block here, gets the ball out,

no danger. Good header, where is the second ball, the Middlesbrough

player gets there first, desire and anticipation. All over the pitch.

Gibson organises his team-mates. If the cross comes in they will be

first to it. So good they don't let the cross, M. Good block and it's a

corner. Jermain Defoe, great covering back by George Friend,

great block, no shot on target. Great line for the back four,

midfielder ready to come and press. Urgency and time. He's got tight,

doesn't let him turn. Trigger points, forcing Sunderland back all

the time. Good play from Pienaar. Looked stretched, doesn't get a shot

in. Second phase, they are alive to that. Brilliant. They were doing

this all over the pitch time and time again, making it difficult for

Sunderland to get shots on target. One of the main reasons they only

conceded 31 goals in 46 games in the Championship last year, just ate at

home and that takes effort on the training ground. The pattern of

play, and bringing in new players, they have to do it again, but they

have stuck to the conceded six shots on target. Only Manchester United

and Chelsea have received less than six shots on target. From

Sunderland's perspective, they didn't kick on when they got the

gold back to make it 2-1. How disappointed will baby with the

goals they conceded? David Moyes said in his post match interview,

the defending cost them. For the first goal, a clearance upfield.

Djilobodji in a great position against Negredo. When the ball is

played into Negredo, it's a first-time lay-off. But Djilobodji

goes to ground and as soon as he does that, he's out of position.

Lynden Gooch goes to make the challenge on Nsue, but misses the

challenge so Nsue can move forward. Van Aanholt is in a good position

you think, but Jack Rodwell has to recognise that. He has to try to get

across in Stuani's face. When he gets a touch he can take that down.

It was a fabulous strike but definitely preventable on a number

of occasions in the move. It was the same in the second goal.

Middlesbrough should never have got out of the corner. Sunderland have

enough bodies back, in a good shape, no problem. Van Aanholt again in a

good position on Stuani at the far post. Driving inside, freeing up

Negredo, who checks inside and Rodwell goes to ground. Van

Aanholt's movement, he goes back in and leaves Stuani free on the

penalty spot. I don't know why he goes back to the goal-line, because

I think he anticipates shooting. But he leaves Stuani free for a simple

tap in. Both goals preventable by Sunderland. In that split second Van

Aanholt made the wrong decision. Some good performances from

Middlesbrough individuals. Adam Forshaw with a reverse pass that was

fantastic for the second goal. You enjoyed watching the left-back

George Friend. It was more the reaction. He started the game very

poorly. Januzaj for Sunderland started very well. He ran him ragged

a couple of times down that side in the first ten minutes and we thought

it would be a very uncomfortable situation for him. Not a great cross

in but great agility, getting past him and going to ground, well

beaten. I thought he needed to change his game to get in the game

and he does that. Gets nice and tight, doesn't allow the player to

turn. Good tenacity and great distribution. That was the start of

him turning his game around. A foul here, and he's taking no prisoners,

getting into the stride. Great distribution, 50 yard ball. On the

bottom. It's massive for defenders. -- on the Button. Middlesbrough on

the attack again. And this is the Captain, doesn't mind getting his

head in where he can get hurt. Wins the foul for his team. Confident in

the second half. Again, Januzaj was running him ragged earlier but not

this time. He knows his tricks, got him in the bag. Another winger, no

problems. Goes for the early challenge, gets a bit of luck

because he's square on, but he wins it. A great advert to any young

defender. He has shown that form for a long time now. And that's why he

has been rewarded with a new contract. He has been so disciplined

and consistent with his performances, leading by example.

He's wearing that armband well. A good result for Middlesbrough to

kick on into the rest of the season. For Sunderland, the wind has gone

out of their sails after putting up so much of a fight to stay in the

last season. Ellis Short said he tried to get David Moyes on a number

of occasions. As he backed him in the transfer market? I would look at

that. Looking at the team last season, seven games on the grounds

that Sunderland use the same 11. You are looking to build on that. The

second last game of the season against Everton, only three of those

players from that 11 started today's game. I was expecting Sunderland to

kick on. They had uncertainty with Allardyce over the summer. A lot of

people at the club. When David Moyes comes in, it's evident they need

signings with the lack of experience in the side. And with the players

they need to bring in. David Moyes suggested that after the game today

and they need to do that now. Worryingly David Moyes also said

that people will be flat because they hope something will

dramatically change. He said it can't dramatically changed. The

players have to look out for themselves. They have to look at

each other. No good-looking accurately. On the final day of the

Rio Olympics, the arena that hosted so many magical moments in London's

four years ago had its first taste Premier League football as West Ham

welcomed Bournemouth to the London stadium.

COMMENTATOR: The 55th stadium to hold Premier League football, and

the third largest. The capacity reduced to 57,000 today, but it

should be up to the full 60 by next month. David Solomon told me earlier

that he is confident they have permission for 66,000 next season.

-- David Sullivan. Bad news, Andy Carroll injured again, with his

knee, could be out for six weeks. Andre Ayew out for at least four

months. Sam Byram and Gokhan Tore come in. Loan signing Jonathan

Correlli is on the bench. A year ago tomorrow Bournemouth beat

West Ham 4-3 at Upton Park. Such a successful campaign for

Slaven Bilic and West Ham last season. Seventh in the Premier

League. Europa League qualification. Good FA Cup run as well before

defeat to Manchester United in the quarterfinal. It will be a while

before they feel at home here though. The environment is so

different to the tight confines of Upton Park.

Driven into wards Enner Valencia. Comes to Gokhan Tore. Gokhan Tore

was looking for the curl. Antonio involved again, it bounced away from

Valencia. # I'm forever blowing Bubbles...

COMMENTATOR: The song as unchanged. Kouyate beats Artur. And then are

raised his arm to block it. -- beats Arter. It's a free kick and Harry

Arter has a yellow card here. Visibly disrespectful behaviour to

an official is a yellow card offence. Moving West Ham to this

stadium has been the stuff of dreams for their joint owners, the first

half-hour of Premier League football in it has been enough to put you to

sleep. Good little darting run by Masuaku.

Good cross at the end. A shame Tore couldn't stay on his feet. Ryan

Fraser is blocked by Sam Byram but the referee says play on. Callum

Wilson is knocked over by Byram. That offence brings the yellow card,

or it might have been the first one, either might have done. Tore lost

his footing and Ryan Fraser was off. That was the first foul... And then

foul number two. Mark Noble forward to Valencia. It's

on target from Valencia. It's a good save, really well hit from Valencia

and it was deflected, even better save. Their first match here, but

they were involved in Europa League qualifying. Winning 3-0 in the third

qualifying round. Smith advances and shoots. Adrian

makes it look comfortable. Good, positive run from the full-back.

Took the ball a fair old distance and hit with his left.

The lively Ryan Fraser to Josh King who has seen little of the ball. A

chance for Ibe, and he didn't take it. Try to knock it square to Callum

Wilson. It was a glorious opportunity for Jordan Ibe to get

the shot away here. James Collins made the block but Jordan Ibe should

have gone for goal. It's been a low quality games so far.

Josh King's shot and it's a good save. It looked as though feeding

Callum Wilson might have been the better option than having a pop for

Joshua King, but when he hit it I was thinking again, because he hit

it extremely well. Good save from Adrian. West Ham just beginning to

push a little more. More bodies forward for West Ham and more pace

about their play. Antonio clips it up and it's dangerous. Into the side

netting from Tore. Better though, much better from West Ham. Knocked

up by Michail Antonio. Volleyed wide by Tore.

Calleri, decent ball and Antonio waved his foot at it. Made a bit of

contact but it was a decent ball in by Calleri. You think he's just

level, just. Michail Antonio. In the context of this game, that's a

moment of high drama! If they go on to win it they will be happy to a

degree. But nobody can pretend this has been a thrilling ride so far.

Kouyate takes on Arter. Kouyate is fouled by Harry Arter, who has

already had a yellow card. And is now sent off.

Kouyate was quick and strong. Arter was holding him off there. Kouyate

hitting the ground and Arter, I think, was not that surprised.

Booked for dissent in the first half, he's sent off.

Byram to Antonio who skips away from Daniels. Fletcher in the middle, not

there. Comes to Tore. Tore to run at Smith. Scooping in a dangerous

cross, put away by Antonio! good goals but they can be in when

needed. Five minutes to go. Michail Antonio

started off this season playing at right back. Playing today in

midfield, and opening the scoring, but it is a lovely Paul Aiton by

Tore. Antonio could hardly miss. West Ham's first Premier League girl

-- a lovely ball in. West Ham's first Premier League: their new

home. This will go fast and long. Collins has nested, King, good save

by Adrian and another. The follow-up was smashed up by -- smashed in by

Francis. King again, and West Ham might break. They almost conceded.

They have got a free kick. Great stuff from Adrian, right at the end.

A throw hammered in, King, excellent first touch. Reid made the second

block actually. A good save by Adrian, Frances hit it. Read got

himself in the way. Agony for Eddie Howe. About 15 seconds of the Fer

added minutes still to play. There is time, if Bournemouth Harriet, but

only just -- Harriet. Straight onto the head of Byron. Noble feeds

culinary and it is whether he can make it two. Calleri against Boruc

lie. Should have been done and dusted, it is anyway, the referee

blows his whistle. Calleri's blazing this doesn't matter, West Ham have

the points, a match which was desperately disappointing until the

closing stages. It opened up after Harry Arter were sent off, two

yellow cards, and Michail Antonio headed home from close range to give

West Ham victory on their first Premier League dame in their new

home. It was a difficult game and we knew

it was going to be difficult, but they have done brilliant, in terms

of energy, in terms of fighting, in terms of trying, in terms of effort,

and in terms of quality. Make no mistakes, I didn't want to talk

about that before the game, but we were missing our most quality

players. Not one, not two Buttler. There were few chances in the game,

Jordon Ibe had a great chance to shoot, not sure why he chose to

pass. I thought we played some good football, got into some dangerous

positions, did not make the most of them and that will be one of the key

moments in the game where perhaps we could have been more clinical. I

thought we improved second half, daughter was a better display full

stop with 20 minutes to go right up there was only one winner. To be

fair, they were better than ours the first 15 minutes of the second half,

but without threatening really. And I think we just deserved it, that

goal, because we were pushing and we wanted it more. And we are

delighted. Congratulations, you've scored the goal, nine goals last

season but even if you never score a goal, you have got a piece of West

Ham Premier League history. Definitely, I had an interview last

year and they said, what your other do score the last goal at the Boleyn

Ground or the first at the Limerick Stadium, and I was like, why not get

both? I didn't manage to get both but I definitely got the first one,

so I am buzzing off that. It was a tight game, Little goalmouth action

for both teams and it was going to be swung on either a moment of

brilliance or a mistake and unfortunately for us we made the

mistake by going down to ten men. The first one was for dissent.

Everybody knows that referees are going to be very hot on that this

season so you have got to be disappointed, then, when somebody

gets a yellow card for that? Absolutely, we have been told, it

has been drilled into us about the dissent and not losing our

discipline, because there will be a flurry of red cards if we do and

unfortunately we felt that today. The first booking that has rarely

cost us. Fair to say it was hardly a classic despite the big billing in

the new homecoming at the London Stadium, but despite West Ham having

seven players out injured, Slaven Bilic can take plenty of

encouragement from that win. He can, hardly a classic is probably an

understatement. It was a poor game to watch. Both sides lacked quality,

and as may be Eddie Howe and Slaven Bilic have alluded to in the final

third was where both sides were seriously lacking today. Harry

Arter, as Eddie Howe alluded to, should have known better with EU

directives that have come in regarding dissent. Could he have

conducted himself better? Every player has been told and they know

the ruling. -- with the directives. I think it was Hambro, but he

reacts, Harry Arter, goes to the assistant on an inside, tried to say

it has hit his mid-rift and quite clearly it is a yellow card, with

the new directive as you say. This is then what happens, of course, use

on a yellow, it is not a difficult decision for the referee to make

matters but change the game in the favour of West Ham, because it

looked like it was going to be a 0-0 draw. Nothing in the naturally. Both

sides struggled to create any clear-cut chances in the game,

Trevor, and I know you were particularly frustrated by the

delivery from both flanks. Yes, Gokhan Tore, his Premier League

debut for the club, in his defence he had not had a preseason committee

was in Romania playing in the Europa League qualifying game midweek, so

you look at his quality. In the first half it was pretty poor. He

got in some good positions, good situations, the first cross is

blocked and he just leans back a little bit too much there. Again,

highlighted, crossing into the box, too flat. Easily dealt with by the

defence. That is a central situation, let's get it right,

Dimitri Payet is normally on this and the free kick. He doesn't have

the same kind of quality. Here again, poor execution, I think that

should be going to the penalty spot for the ginger Pele. Doesn't get

that. I thought this was almost a penalty, not sure if it was on the

line or inside but it was very close, could have been a penalty.

That was a bit more positive. He changes boots, by the way. Second

half he has put some white ones on and his game got better. He receives

this cross well, doesn't let it fade out and it is a bit of quality.

Double step over, that is just crying out to be headed in, and

absolutely amazing cross. Antonio, who we know is very dangerous in the

air, gets his body in there, a leaping salmon at the far post. He

had a difficult time as well, but there were bits of quality coming

from both wingers, one was the cross, one was the finish. I think

just about shaded the game but it was a very poor game. We can

probably both have sympathy with wide men, you are not in games for

long spells, your quality is not as it should be but you might have

those one moments, and Tore shows up with a great ball, and a great

finish. Bournemouth, last season started with two defeats to their

name but not a lot has changed with the side that stayed up relatively

comfortable it. They have lost Matt Ritchie and Tommy offer, that they

have lost that kind of intensity that we saw. That is the one big

thing, Manish, this season, they are severely down on the distance

covered. Around on average ten kph game over those two games that says

a lot from Bournemouth's point of view. They have constantly talked

about how they outrun sides and get on top of sides that we have not

seen it. Severe lack of intensity to the side and the game today. Trevor,

an ex-Hammer, you went to see the new stadium for Focus on Tuesday, so

what did you make of it? Amazing, a real sense of occasion and it is an

unbelievable setting. You would love to play football that that so will

your opponents, so the visitors will be up for it, just that they can do

it justice. 100% record at their new home for West Ham. Something new to

look at four, the Premier League Show, hosted by Gabby Logan, begins

on Thursday, BBC Two at 10pm. Among the highlights, Gary Lineker

interviews Jurgen Klopp. So when you leave players out, do you explain to

them why? No, they can ask me after, it would play on Saturday, I will

tell them on Monday. If they ask me on Saturday it will show me a lack

of respect for the game, because the most important thing is the game.

Being involved is important but if not, let's talk on Monday because

either not change my decision. The problem is a little bit with the

talk. The absolute truth will be you are not good enough. I don't want to

say this! CHUCKLING But it is clear. If players say why

aren't I in, what do I have to change? That is a good talk. And

then if you are not income you should be disappointed but not too

disappointed, come on, it's life, and you cannot remember the few

games you didn't make in your career. I was never left out,

Yergin. No talent, no skills, but never left out, I love it!

Time to begin our look back at yesterday. We start at Turf Moor.

COMMENTATOR: A squirrelly sort of day when all the passing has to be

accurate. Folks on the turn produces a dream start for Burnley! Sam Vokes

with his first Premier League goal! Bought a time to score it and what a

League, Andre Gray scores at the highest level for the first time.

Sam Vokes and Andre Gray both have their first Premier League goals,

and Sean Dyche and his team can celebrate their first victory back

at the highest level. Early delivery, it comes to Capoue!

Watford lead! Etienne Capoue scores for the second game running, and you

have to say on the balance of play Watford deserve it.

It comes back to Diego Costa. If Diego Costa has already been booked,

used taking a real risk there. Diego Costa here, how much contact was

there? Not a great deal. Fabregas. Swept to Hazard who will have a

peeing, saved by Gomez, Batshuayi is there and get his first goal for

Chelsea! Seven minutes after coming from the bench, Batshuayi draws the

visitors level. Good era. Progress earlier setting Costa away, on-site,

not a great first touch, still Costa, he may have won it late on

for Chelsea for the second game running. Excellent pass from Cesc

Fabregas. One of Conte's substitutions scored the leveller,

and another provided the football here. -- the through ball.

WHISTLE He has given a penalty! He has given

a penalty for pulling back to Mendy. Sergio Aguero will be on penalty

taking due to. And his cause. And his celebration is probably as much

relief as Jory, having missed those two in Romania. De Bruyne delivers.

Helped into the net by Sergio Aguero! He is just in stunning

goal-scoring form. Stoke corner, the earlier they can find a goal of the

better their comeback will be. Penalty! Mike Dean has awarded a

penalty in similar circumstances to the one that he awarded to

stats are so lower at keeping possession, but he's no different to

any of the keeper. If you don't have defenders to pass to you or

defenders who don't make the angle urgently to receive the bulk meal

new boys have gone straight back down. It shows the teams coming up

from the Championship are well prepared, they usually recruit quite

well before coming up and they are having a go, they are not just

making up the numbers in the Premier League. I'm pretty sure these teams

will give a good account of themselves. You can expand to say

how strong the Premier League is from tenth to 20th. The sides coming

up know they have a great shot of staying up. Incredible to see

Burnley beat Liverpool with just 19% possession. I think it's the lowest

stat of a winning team in the Premier League since it started.

Incredible discipline from the Burnley players. Sean Dyche is a

no-nonsense manager, the team are well drilled, fit, make good

decisions, and they have Andre Gray. And Dean Marney is an exceptional

player. If you have players like that who can hit on the

counterattack you will score goals, just stay disciplined at the back.

Hull doing it again, which is incredible as well. You can hope

they can seriously get going now. But they need recruits desperately.

They certainly do. Let's have a look at the table with Middlesbrough

joining fellow promoted sides Hull and Burnley in the top half. All
