it. Especially as they lost in the USA match, they are desperate to

win. It matters to the Spanish and they

are virtually back to full strength, 24 games unbeaten.

It is difficult to see. The problem is that decision from the manager to

play the strongest team, that shows he is taking this seriously, he

doesn't want to take any risk, to lose the momentum of a team which is

magnificent to watch. It will be difficult. That is why football is

so nice, you never know. You never know.

Wonderful interchange of play. Iniesta again, back to Cesc

Fabregas. Wonderful play and that is what we see from Iniesta time and

again. We saw it at the European Championships last year. A wonderful

player. John Obi Mikel scored a Vincent Valdes. He has been

impressive in the past two games. Playing it inside and a good

route as well. Something we don't know? Cesc Fabregas came out

initially. Trying to catch up. Good three minutes played. It is a

brilliant Spain goal. Nearly every Spain goal is brilliant. And they

has steamed forward from left back. Remember that goal he scored a year

ago in the final of Euro 2012 landslide for Uruguay. Always an

uphill task, Spain, the way they have played. Wonderful play against

that match against Uruguay. The way they are moving that ball around the

midfield. Nigeria knocking it about quite

nicely themselves. Good use of the ball. The mosque

problem they are going to find, when they need to attack, the way the

at Barcelona -- if he stays at Barcelona it will only be for one

more season because he cannot deal with the pressure to be number one

all the time. Pepe Reina is sitting on the bench. He has spent a long

time at Barcelona. We might see Victor Valdes in the Premier League.

Pepe Reina seems to be the perfect fit. He is excellent with his feet.

That is what Barcelona need. An 11th outfield player. That is what they

Nigeria was brave, they had chances. It was theirs to take it. But that

special quality, the top players at the highest level.

Aside from the scoreline, what will disappoint Stephen Keshi the most?

The inability to take chances. At this level, you have two. You

need a couple of people who are ruthless to give Nigeria a chance.

Maybe Akpala hasn't been ruthless in club football, only one in 21. He

had a chance near the beginning of the second half.

A great cross in from Musa. You have to fling yourself at the ball. There

is not much more you can ask in terms of quality of crosses in front

of the goalkeeper. He may be stumbles a little. Those are chances

you have to take. You can have all the possession you want. Unless you

have people who naturally know how to put the ball in the back of the

net, we are lacking that. This is a big difference at any level of

football. You might be able to pass the ball

to anybody. But when you need to finish into the net... That is an

ability. Fernando Torres came on and scored with his second touch of the

game. You looked at it from the defending point of view. It was a

great finish from Fernando Torres, great play from Spain as we would

expect. He drifts into the middle. He knows

play will be slow, he has time to make himself available in the right

situation. He makes that run across the defender. The defender can't see

him, he is looking straight at the learned their lesson. This goal

against Uruguay. Yet again, static defending. Uruguay made that one

across the box. Completely missing the ball. Onto his right foot. If

you cannot learn from your mistakes at this level, then good teams will

keep on punishing you. Stephen Keshi will be disappointed some of his

younger players who want to improve are not learning lessons quickly

don't appear to be getting themselves in the right position to
