Hello - there might be a new man at the top of World Football,

Once again the Barclay's Premier League has delievered a dramatic

We have six games to bring you, in the company of Martin Keown

It's been two weeks since top of the table Leicester City last

played - that last minute league defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates.

It was the second time this season they have lost to Arsene Wenger's

side and they reacted pretty well after the first.

These are big matches and I want to see our reaction.

Jamie Vardy offside. 2-2, they have done it again. No one can stop Jamie

Vardy. We are alive and we want to fight. The wonderful Leicester run

continues. Jamie Vardy, away from his man, and

he scores! The fans are dreaming and want to continue to dream. Leicester

To these Foxes the sound of the hunting horn is welcome. Leicester

are back at home and with a chance today to put daylight between

themselves and the chasing pack. It is a full year since Leicester lost

successive Premier League games. The side hoping to further extend that

show one change from a fortnight ago with Danny Simpson replaced by

Daniel Amato. Three changes for Norwich, Wes

Hoolahan and Sebastian Vettel ruled out through injury. Incomes Pinto,

Bennett and Tettey, back from a two-game ban. He received ten yellow

cards this season, the first player in the Premier League to do so.

Quite a few Leicester fans and this really is the place to be right now

going anywhere, except five points clear at the top of the Premier

It was compact, they were hard to break down. The game plan was to try

to keep it tight at the back, found it difficult today. We were not the

best that we can be but the important thing is that we got that

goal at the end and the three points. I do not think we deserved

that. In the game I thought we had a lot of good chances. And better

chances certainly. Defensively throughout the match we were solid.

So I was disappointed. It is important for me as well. I want to

help the team. And help with the goal and always I will help the

team. Is their belief in the dressing room that you can win the

Premier League? Every game we've got to play and do our best. We cannot

look too far ahead, we just have got to keep it going and see what

happens. You must believe! We are confident, we just want to do our

job and see what happens. And after the game I spoke to Claudio Ranieri.

Not always pretty today but it was a useful victory. It was a difficult

match. We knew that. I talk to the players today. Norwich play well,

they close well. This victory is very important for us. After the

Arsenal defeat. You made important substitutions, you must be

delighted, especially with Ulloa coming on and scoring the winning

goal so late. Yes, we wanted to try to go around the defensive block of

Norwich. And for this reason I changed, Albrighton on the right and

then a good goal-scorer like Ulloa. That was a good solution. But I

think the more important conclusion is that my players belief until the

end. For me that is very important. You have a two-week break, playing a

lot less games than the other sides in the title race, is that an

advantage or is it sometimes difficult when you have a big break?

Yes, for this reason I was worried about this match because after 50

days you do not know your players, maybe they could lose their rhythm

and tempo of the matches. But now I'm very relaxed. And I start to

think about the next match against West Brom. It will be another tough

match. You always cautious talking about the title, but that belief,

does that extent through to the possibility of winning the

championship? I do not know. If the other teams start to win, they can

win all the matches. We had to fight today as well. The next match is

always the last match, that is mentality. Congratulations, another

great fit treat, keep it going. There is an old adage, sometimes you

have got to win, playing badly. They were so strong defensively, Jerome

had a good chance to score for Norwich but they denied Norwich and

Norwich almost frustrated them into the draw but they did keep going,

what ever so hard. They will find throughout the running teams will

set up differently against because they respect them and they have

earned the right for teams to defend against them. Where there is a will

there is a way. They lost some of the rhythm in their play, Mahrez

especially in the early stages of the game, just did not seem to be

with that for some reason. I think there is a nervousness now for this

team. They realise how big it can be. Look at him losing the ball

there. This is a past to Jamie Vardy. It just was not working for

him. Everything seemed to be breaking down. This was a great

pass. And Norwich, I was encouraged by their performance, we defended

well, made it difficult. As Barnier said, they could not get through

them so they need to do something. Look at all the players they have

got back there. That will be the problem for them. I thought the

manager was brilliant. The team has been almost running wild but now he

needs to make a key decision, thinking about what he needs to do,

Ulloa comes on, Mahrez goes into the central position, now running out

much more poised in this movement. Waiting for the run to come from

Albrighton. And what about this. You had to be peeled off the ceiling

when this went in! Do not underestimate Jamie Vardy. For me it

is an assist, a little bit on it. And they score, perfect.

Beautifully done. It's getting conceivable? Well, it is. They have

only conceded four goals in their last nine games. They are solid

defensively. They are always going to pose a threat with the pace and

the quality that they have going forwards. They are going to have to

change their gameplan slightly because teams will defend against

them in a different way. They have to work out how to get down the

sides. That change, as Martin picked out, proves they have the

capabilities of doing that. No-one points clear of Manchester City.

They can be 12 points before Manchester City blame play again.

Remarkable. They need to build on that. The Champions League is

looking good. Believe it. It's tricky when you are playing against

Manchester City and Arsenal, you have immediate people who want to

win it. When you are playing against Norwich it's different task. They

did it well today. It's Leicester, it's supposed to be tricky. Norwich,

reason for concern? Absolutely it is. 14 Premier League away games

without keeping a clean sheet. They have a really desperate fight on

matches while Palace are winless in nine and yet to be

would have been devastated if we hadn't won that game today. People

can see when they play together what a handful they are. We haven't had

that for half a season. If you take Kane and Vardy out that is how big a

gap it is to play without Saido in this team. I thought those two were

a real handful. I put the past behind me. I'm look forward. I

missed a lot of football. I'm enjoying being back. I was out there

enjoying myself. Great we got the three points. Credit to them to come

out second-half and give it a go. For a couple of calls who knows.

Should have had had a penalty 3-1 that would have given us an earlier

goal than we got. A blatant penalty I could see it where I was. The

a sense they were told to play with freedom and for a good hour they did

that. They created a lot of chances. We will pick it up for the third

this angle we can see the quality of the ball from Sessegnon. That is an

exceptionally well weighed pass and a tremendous finish. When we see it

from the other angle, you see the movement and the link between the

Southampton have barely any time to recover. A great header. Look at the

power that he generates. Even Fraser Forster in such great form, could

not keep it out. Southampton one, Chelsea, two goals. The Chelsea

equalising goal was a turning point in the match. Yes. I do not know

what happened in that situation. Maybe it was a fault against

Southampton. As a referee you can give advantage, if not then if it is

the fault of Chelsea, the linesman is closer in that situation than the

referee. But finally OK it ended in a draw. Unlucky moment. I have not

seen it to be honest, if I see it I will give my fair judgment. The

referee decides yes I know and generally

controlled the game, they were difficult to defend against. They

went through. I feel for Ronald Koeman. It was a ball over the top.

K Hill seemed to be undone by the ball. Often goes through. What

happens, K Hill commits and does not get there. Just outside the box but

later, hits his hand. So I feel they are unlucky there. He just gets

there, often lifts it away from him. That is a foul, hitting his arm as

well. Should have been a penalty. Interesting. And this is

interesting. I am confused with this, a coming together between

Cedric and Kennedy. There is a barge and kick out by Kennedy. The

assistant referee starts with a flag in his left hand, then moves it to

his right to suggest a foul for Southampton. Martin Atkinson chooses

to overrule that and in the next passage of play, Chelsea at the

other end, you go Costa gets the ball in, Fabregas with a

speculative, very good cross. And confusion between the goalkeeper and

Eden Hazard. Chelsea profited from that. Southampton will feel

aggrieved. Chelsea cashed in on that.

Sam Allardyce returned to Upton Park for the first time since leaving

West Ham last summer with renewed hope of keeping Sunderland up.

Slaven Bilic could do with a victory after seeing his side slip
