This week we're in South Wales to visit Swansea City, | :00:39. | :00:42.
currently enjoying a resurgence under new boss Paul Clement | :00:43. | :00:44.
after a turbulent start to the season. | :00:45. | :00:47.
Coming up, we'll be behind the scenes with the Swans, | :00:48. | :00:49.
as they face a daunting trip to Clement's former club, | :00:50. | :00:51.
Also, comedian and jazz enthusiast Charlie Baker | :00:52. | :00:56.
puts a smooth spin on some terrace favourites. | :00:57. | :01:06.
But first, Swansea aren't the only ones experiencing an upturn | :01:07. | :01:14.
Many predicted Jose Mourinho's arrival at Manchester United | :01:15. | :01:17.
would see the curtain come down on Juan Mata's time at Old Trafford, | :01:18. | :01:20.
but the Spaniard has been an integral part | :01:21. | :01:22.
Gary Lineker travelled north to meet him. | :01:23. | :01:38.
Buenas tardes! All footballers are the same, always in galleries and | :01:39. | :01:49.
places like this(!) Mata for Manchester United... I love to be in | :01:50. | :01:55.
England, I love English football, and I love, since I came to | :01:56. | :01:59.
Manchester, the way they treat me. When you arrive to Old Trafford, | :02:00. | :02:04.
where a lot of great games, great players, have played there, when you | :02:05. | :02:11.
see Alex Ferguson's stand, Sir Bobby Charlton's stand, you know you are | :02:12. | :02:15.
in one of the places for football in the history of football. So I | :02:16. | :02:19.
imagined myself winning the Premier League or the Champions League with | :02:20. | :02:22.
this club, and it would be incredible. Hopefully, we can bring | :02:23. | :02:28.
the club back. Are the signs there, do you feel? Do you think Jose is | :02:29. | :02:33.
getting it right? Well, I think he understands what this club means, | :02:34. | :02:37.
and that is very important, to come here and understand the history of | :02:38. | :02:42.
the club, more or less the philosophy and the style of football | :02:43. | :02:45.
that the fans and this club is used to. | :02:46. | :02:52.
Have you always been interested in art? Yes and no. I am interested in | :02:53. | :03:02.
different things, not just that, something that is not just football. | :03:03. | :03:08.
I find it good, to refresh, reset. When you came to English football, | :03:09. | :03:13.
was that a gamble, did you think? Because Spanish football is very | :03:14. | :03:16.
different to English football. It was a little bit of a gamble, | :03:17. | :03:21.
because, obviously, when you come doing this gospel, people say you | :03:22. | :03:27.
need to be physically strong,, it is very physical, which is true. -- | :03:28. | :03:31.
when you come to English football. Were you worried that it might not | :03:32. | :03:37.
suit your style of football? No, I always believed, as long as you can | :03:38. | :03:41.
play good football, you can play good football anywhere. Mata scores | :03:42. | :03:47.
are on his debut! Your Chelsea career, different cultures, then | :03:48. | :03:49.
Jose Mourinho comes in, of course, and after a while, it didn't work | :03:50. | :03:59.
out, why is that? Sometimes in life, and in football as well, change | :04:00. | :04:02.
comes, and you have to embrace it. When Jose came, I was not playing a | :04:03. | :04:05.
lot, I had a chance to go to another big club, and it was a good offer | :04:06. | :04:09.
for Chelsea as well. Did you fall out with him at all? No. I can't | :04:10. | :04:17.
imagine you falling out with anyone. Well, I can! But no, I think it was | :04:18. | :04:21.
football, the style or something like this. But we never had any | :04:22. | :04:26.
personal problem or anything like this. We are working together now, | :04:27. | :04:32.
it is fine. So what about whatever you are doing that particular day | :04:33. | :04:35.
when Jose is announced as the new manager of Manchester United, your | :04:36. | :04:43.
initial thoughts? I was on holiday, and it was like, OK, let's embrace | :04:44. | :04:47.
it, let's go for it, train as I always train, well, things are going | :04:48. | :04:53.
good, I am enjoying my football, playing a lot, the team is doing | :04:54. | :04:59.
well. We could do better at times. It seems to be getting better. Going | :05:00. | :05:04.
in the right direction, and at that moment too many people were speaking | :05:05. | :05:08.
about these things, but I just had to speak on the pitch, and that is | :05:09. | :05:12.
what I feel comfortable doing, speaking through my football. So | :05:13. | :05:18.
what kind of art do you like? I like modern art, I like pop art as well. | :05:19. | :05:23.
You know, I admire creative people, in every sense of the word. You are | :05:24. | :05:27.
creative yourself on the field. I try! I try. Mata went for the | :05:28. | :05:35.
spectacular, what a goal from Juan Mata! That is stunning! Manchester | :05:36. | :05:42.
United made some big signings this summer, how do you think they are | :05:43. | :05:54.
doing? What is Ibra like, a real character? A real character and a | :05:55. | :05:58.
great player, without a doubt. And obviously he is a strong character, | :05:59. | :06:02.
he has got a strong personality, but he is funny as well. In the dressing | :06:03. | :06:05.
room, he speaks with the young players, jokes, banter here and | :06:06. | :06:12.
there. He has this humour that is needed, because if not football is | :06:13. | :06:17.
too serious. It must be difficult for Paul Pogba, the expectation of | :06:18. | :06:21.
being the world's most expensive player, it can't be easy. I imagine | :06:22. | :06:27.
it is not easy, the expectations are so high. Sometimes people lose | :06:28. | :06:32.
perception of the reality, we are not machines. It is not that they | :06:33. | :06:37.
pay the money for you and you have to score every single game. Messi | :06:38. | :06:44.
and Cristiano Ronaldo, they are two. They are humans, train the best you | :06:45. | :06:48.
can, play the best you can, try to be a good professional, and the rest | :06:49. | :06:52.
will come. What is the thing that needs to change to take you to the | :06:53. | :06:57.
upper echelons? We need to be more consistent, in terms of results, and | :06:58. | :07:00.
we need to finish our chances better, especially in the three or | :07:01. | :07:09.
four home games that we have to win. So we need to finish that, and | :07:10. | :07:13.
because I think that is why said we are in the right direction, because | :07:14. | :07:16.
we are playing good, creating chances, and we need to finish them. | :07:17. | :07:21.
If we win these three or four games, we will be up there, and it will be | :07:22. | :07:27.
a different story. You are not the quintessential footballer, are you? | :07:28. | :07:31.
You are a bit different, you have got a degree. I am trying to finish | :07:32. | :07:36.
it, yeah, I still have two or three things to finish, but my aim is to | :07:37. | :07:43.
finish it, I don't know when! Do you think Spanish players are more | :07:44. | :07:48.
intelligent than English players? Genuine question, they always seem | :07:49. | :07:52.
to be very articulate, Spanish players, they learn other languages. | :07:53. | :07:57.
No, I don't believe that is a rule, because I have known so many English | :07:58. | :08:03.
players, and my point of view they understand the game, because for me, | :08:04. | :08:06.
it is very important to understand the game. It is not just about how | :08:07. | :08:11.
strong you are, how many goals you score. I don't think it is a matter | :08:12. | :08:15.
of where you are from, it is a matter of how you can teach yourself | :08:16. | :08:21.
in the most effective way to try to play. I will ask it another way - | :08:22. | :08:26.
Spanish players more disciplined in terms of their life? Their | :08:27. | :08:32.
professionalism? Well, I think one of the biggest qualities for Spanish | :08:33. | :08:36.
footballers, for me, is that we are very competitive, you know? And I | :08:37. | :08:42.
think they take advantage of that when we go to a different country, | :08:43. | :08:45.
like England, and try to play the way we play, but learning from the | :08:46. | :08:50.
things that, you know, you can learn in English football. You are very | :08:51. | :08:59.
popular, not just with Manchester United fans, not just with Chelsea | :09:00. | :09:04.
fans, but universally - you don't get abuse or anything. Sometimes, | :09:05. | :09:10.
but that is how it is. I don't think about being liked or not. I just try | :09:11. | :09:16.
to be normal. I am a football player, but a human being first. I | :09:17. | :09:19.
feel very lucky, because I live my live that almost anyone could dream | :09:20. | :09:25.
for, which is, you like football, you play for the ball. There are a | :09:26. | :09:32.
lot of benefits, a special lifestyle, but what is the downside? | :09:33. | :09:37.
Well, there is a difficult side, which is when you think about the | :09:38. | :09:42.
responsibility that you have, or when you think about the pressure | :09:43. | :09:48.
that you play in front of millions of people, you know, that is not | :09:49. | :09:52.
easy to handle sometimes. So you need to get ready to perform, and | :09:53. | :09:58.
you need to perform and perform and perform, because if you don't, you | :09:59. | :10:02.
don't get to play in your club, so mentally it is not as easy as it | :10:03. | :10:06.
looks. And other than that, yeah, I could say that I cannot go with my | :10:07. | :10:09.
friends sometimes in the weekends, when they go out, because you are 20 | :10:10. | :10:14.
something, you want to go out. You can do that when you finish, I | :10:15. | :10:20.
waited until I was very old! I wouldn't complain about anything, | :10:21. | :10:22.
because I am doing what I love to do. So this is a present for you. | :10:23. | :10:32.
Very kind! Let's see if you like it. You might have to use it. | :10:33. | :10:39.
Hang on a minute! That is next season when Leicester win the | :10:40. | :10:53.
league! There you go! What about after football? Do you think you | :10:54. | :10:56.
would go into coaching? I would love to present Match Of The Day! Oh, I | :10:57. | :11:03.
am in trouble! I will be about done by then, by the time you have | :11:04. | :11:07.
finished playing! You are welcome to the chair. Thank you for that! What | :11:08. | :11:14.
would you consider success for you at Manchester United? Obviously, I | :11:15. | :11:19.
would love to win the Premier League with Man United, but to be able to | :11:20. | :11:24.
say that I have played with such a club, with the likes of George Best, | :11:25. | :11:31.
Cantona, Cristiano Ronaldo, Giggs, Scholes, all these players played. | :11:32. | :11:47.
Well, thanks for giving me the tour and all your expert knowledge, and | :11:48. | :11:52.
good luck for the rest of the season. Thank you very much, the | :11:53. | :12:04.
pleasure was mine. Gracias. Best of luck to Juan Mata in the | :12:05. | :12:05.
League Cup final this weekend. Swansea City's new state-of-the-art | :12:06. | :12:08.
training facility. The Swans have come a long way | :12:09. | :12:11.
since 2003, when they dramatically | :12:12. | :12:13.
fought off relegation from the Football League | :12:14. | :12:14.
on the final day of the season. Since then, the club has been | :12:15. | :12:17.
on an upward trajectory, and have been a Premier League | :12:18. | :12:19.
fixture for the past five seasons. However, this campaign has | :12:20. | :12:24.
not gone so smoothly. They say this could be the last game | :12:25. | :12:51.
in charge, it is a lot of pressure to put on yourself. Francesco | :12:52. | :12:57.
Guidolin knows the pressure has gone up a notch. Francesco Guidolin has | :12:58. | :13:01.
been sacked, he will be replaced by Bob Bradley. I am not an American | :13:02. | :13:10.
manager, I am a football manager. Swansea are taking a hammering here. | :13:11. | :13:15.
Too easy to play against, we let them totally dictated the match. | :13:16. | :13:25.
Christian Eriksen, 1-0. It was a great being, bringing him in with | :13:26. | :13:28.
his lack of experience, to keep them up. Bob Bradley has been sacked. All | :13:29. | :13:33.
Clement will be their third Manager of the Season. -- Paul Clement. | :13:34. | :13:44.
A deflating first league match in charge for Paul Clement. Paul | :13:45. | :13:53.
Clement's team have scored three times at Anfield! If it is freeware | :13:54. | :14:05.
wins out of four in the month of January... -- three wins. What a | :14:06. | :14:10.
ridiculous turnaround, he was bottom when they came in. Brilliant finish! | :14:11. | :14:17.
Sense Paul Clement has been given the job, Swansea have driven their | :14:18. | :14:23.
way from relegation trouble -- since. Hello, how are you? Good to | :14:24. | :14:30.
see you. The boss said it is or was like this. | :14:31. | :14:33.
It is a normal Swansea day. He has been at places like real Madrid, | :14:34. | :14:40.
with the sunshine. This is your second stint, so you know. But it is | :14:41. | :14:46.
nice in the summer. It is, a beautiful part of the world. We are | :14:47. | :14:49.
going to go in and have a chat. This is quite an impressive set up, | :14:50. | :15:02.
this is all very new, the training ground and this. It has changed a | :15:03. | :15:09.
lot. We have been here for about three months now, it is really good, | :15:10. | :15:14.
positive vibe around the place. Everybody seems upbeat and positive. | :15:15. | :15:17.
You have been over there playing table tennis. As cultivate an | :15:18. | :15:21.
environment where you want to stay a little longer? -- does it. I think | :15:22. | :15:26.
it does and results over the last couple of months I changed the | :15:27. | :15:30.
atmosphere. Four managers over the last couple of years, what kind of | :15:31. | :15:34.
place did Paul Clement find when he got here? It has been an interesting | :15:35. | :15:38.
time. We were in a similar position this time last year going into | :15:39. | :15:42.
January and are in a similar place now. The manager has done a really | :15:43. | :15:50.
good job since he has come in. It is Gylfi Sigurdsson! Magnificent goal | :15:51. | :15:57.
from Swansea. What has he done? He has brought an organisation into a | :15:58. | :16:00.
defensive play, we are defending much better than we were. The | :16:01. | :16:03.
quality in training as well has gone up. You can understand that because | :16:04. | :16:09.
he has been at those big clubs. Why do you think it didn't work the Bob | :16:10. | :16:14.
Bradley? What was the key ingredient that was missing? Of course, he | :16:15. | :16:18.
didn't have a lot of time but if you look also at the manager now, he | :16:19. | :16:22.
didn't have a lot of time until now and he has done really well. | :16:23. | :16:25.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Obviously, the boss started | :16:26. | :16:30.
his coaching career at Chelsea and you are going back there at the | :16:31. | :16:35.
weekend. Has it changed this week, the intensity? Not at all, the same | :16:36. | :16:39.
as every week. He is going there to get a result and a good performance | :16:40. | :16:46.
and I'm sure his focus is on that. # And we were singing... Have you | :16:47. | :16:57.
got any favourite football songs? Good question. The Swansea song. How | :16:58. | :17:09.
does it go? Anyone? That is your favourite football song. We have | :17:10. | :17:14.
said Charlie Baker of the task of putting his favourite football songs | :17:15. | :17:18.
to jazz piano, so fingers crossed, he may have done the Swansea song. | :17:19. | :17:26.
I'm sure he has done it really well. Hello, I'm Charlie Baker, comedian, | :17:27. | :17:30.
singer, Torquay United fan. So what am I doing at Vicarage Road chanting | :17:31. | :17:33.
about Watford FC? The producers of the Premier League | :17:34. | :17:44.
Show have challenged me to come up with a new terrace chant and I | :17:45. | :17:48.
thought where better to start than in the shadow of the Sir Elton John | :17:49. | :17:52.
Stan. # And you can tell everybody | :17:53. | :17:57.
# This is your song... So, let's break down the Watford FC chant. It | :17:58. | :18:02.
starts with a strong, self promoting lyric. | :18:03. | :18:10.
# Watford FC! Second line, they repeat, that they are in fact | :18:11. | :18:14.
Watford FC, as if almost checking amongst themselves that they are | :18:15. | :18:16.
Watford FC. # Watford FC. Then, save in the | :18:17. | :18:22.
knowledge that they are Watford FC, they triumphantly cry Watford FC! | :18:23. | :18:28.
Then the climax of the song, reiterating the fact that they are | :18:29. | :18:32.
Watford FC, before laying the song to a beautiful rest with a final, | :18:33. | :18:39.
exhausted, postcoital "Watford FC". # Watford FC! Yes, mate? Are you | :18:40. | :18:49.
with someone today? I'm filming, mate. It's OK, I've not broken in. | :18:50. | :18:55.
So that's the words. What about the June and head you get everyone | :18:56. | :18:59.
singing it? I think the answer might be in here. My friend Kirsty Newton | :19:00. | :19:03.
is the singalong queen of London. Kirsty, how'd you get people singing | :19:04. | :19:09.
along? It is important to pick your moment, but most importantly, choose | :19:10. | :19:14.
a well-known song. This is true, if you think about it, musical hits | :19:15. | :19:21.
such as My Old Man... # My old man said be a City fan, I | :19:22. | :19:34.
said BLEEP! # Sacked in the morning, you are | :19:35. | :19:38.
getting sacked in the morning. And 1980s classics like gold. What? He | :19:39. | :19:46.
has gone to the Chinese league. Anyone know the Chinese for gold. So | :19:47. | :19:53.
mine, a top player, fun lyrics, telling about how great you are, | :19:54. | :20:04.
then give it a Little Mix. # You'll never, you'll never get me | :20:05. | :20:06.
down. Smashed it! I am not sure that is | :20:07. | :20:30.
going to catch on. Are you a fan of jazz piano? I don't like it, it | :20:31. | :20:35.
irritates me. Thank you for having us here today, it is fantastic to | :20:36. | :20:39.
see the new Swansea training ground. Your football journey has been a | :20:40. | :20:42.
very interesting one, to get to the stage to be a Premier League | :20:43. | :20:46.
manager. A lot of people thought it may have come sooner but your | :20:47. | :20:50.
relationship with Carlo Ancelotti in particular, I guess that was quite a | :20:51. | :20:53.
tough relationship to extrapolate yourself from? It was, even when I | :20:54. | :20:59.
look back at it now, I had that opportunity to work with him and | :21:00. | :21:02.
some of the clubs and players, I have to pinch myself. I don't think | :21:03. | :21:07.
it has sunk in that I had that journey through Chelsea, Paris | :21:08. | :21:09.
Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, it is pretty | :21:10. | :21:14.
incredible. But it was a great learning experience, working with | :21:15. | :21:16.
Carlo very closely for seven years, having that experience of European | :21:17. | :21:21.
football culture, different leagues, the quality of the players that I | :21:22. | :21:26.
worked with was amazing. But even before that, you development, | :21:27. | :21:32.
teaching, everything that I think I have done has prepared me for this | :21:33. | :21:36.
opportunity. Tell us about teaching and what your skills as a teacher | :21:37. | :21:39.
have brought your role as a football manager? Ultimately, it is about | :21:40. | :21:45.
communication, about dealing with people. Understanding that not | :21:46. | :21:48.
everyone is the same, people are different learning styles, different | :21:49. | :21:52.
personalities, different aspirations. What kind of a teacher | :21:53. | :21:58.
were you? I was firm. Firm but fair. You know, I liked to have a good | :21:59. | :22:02.
relationship with the kids but I didn't stand for any nonsense and | :22:03. | :22:09.
that involves yelling at times. I was a disciplinarian, for sure, but | :22:10. | :22:13.
in a good way. I wasn't over the top. Your dad was a great | :22:14. | :22:17.
footballer, you grew up with football around you all the time and | :22:18. | :22:22.
to lose him at an early age, do you always ??DELETE almost feel like you | :22:23. | :22:28.
had to take the heritage on? I'm not sure, I grew up in the environment, | :22:29. | :22:32.
so from a very young age, I remember going to games and being around | :22:33. | :22:36.
training grounds, whether that be QPR awful Wimbledon, even Bolton. | :22:37. | :22:44.
I'd like to think he would be very proud -- QPR awful. My brother was a | :22:45. | :22:47.
professional for many years as well at West Brom. We are a real football | :22:48. | :22:52.
family. Do you think your relationship with Carlo Ancelotti | :22:53. | :23:00.
was fulfilling the role of a mentor but also a father figure? Of course. | :23:01. | :23:06.
In regular contact with him, I am always looking at the Bayern Munich | :23:07. | :23:09.
results, I go on face time to see how he is getting on. It was a | :23:10. | :23:13.
special relationship, after seven years, when you work with someone so | :23:14. | :23:17.
closely, you travel the world and you're sitting next to them on the | :23:18. | :23:21.
coach and on the bench the games. It is strange and it may be strange for | :23:22. | :23:25.
him that after this amount of time, I am not sitting next to him. To | :23:26. | :23:30.
form a relationship like you had to do with Carlo Ancelotti and gel to | :23:31. | :23:39.
such an extent that he wants to take you with him to all those big clubs, | :23:40. | :23:42.
what was it? Was it a deep understanding of the way he wanted | :23:43. | :23:45.
to set out and play football? Was it a personality thing? I imagine you | :23:46. | :23:47.
will also be wanting to have those relationships with people you work | :23:48. | :23:50.
with. When Carlo came in, he had Ray Wilkins in place as an assistant and | :23:51. | :23:53.
didn't need another one. Frank Arnesen was the technical director | :23:54. | :23:57.
and said to have a look at me and so we had a trial, if you like. While | :23:58. | :24:01.
was thought I would go back to coach with the reserves but it was an | :24:02. | :24:04.
opportunity I didn't want to turn down and not seem like I wasn't | :24:05. | :24:09.
ambitious. So I did two weeks, we went away with the team to America | :24:10. | :24:13.
and I found it uncomfortable, because I had been working so long | :24:14. | :24:17.
in youth development football, to be in that environment was all very | :24:18. | :24:25.
new. With the grown-ups? Yes, the environment is totally different and | :24:26. | :24:28.
I initially said to Carlo, I think it is best that I go back and work | :24:29. | :24:31.
the reserve team and get more experience and he said, you will | :24:32. | :24:34.
have a great experience with me, you will learn a lot Angie will stay | :24:35. | :24:37.
with me a long time and at that point I said, let's do this. You | :24:38. | :24:42.
have been at clubs and coached players who are the very best of the | :24:43. | :24:46.
very best. I read a really good article where you talked about | :24:47. | :24:48.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the most incredible training session, and the | :24:49. | :24:53.
intensity with which he trained. What did you take from those Uber | :24:54. | :24:58.
players, if you like? I have never come across someone quite like | :24:59. | :25:02.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Paris Saint-Germain. Such a powerful | :25:03. | :25:07.
personality and, you know, bordering on arrogance. Just saying the right | :25:08. | :25:16.
side of it? In a nice way, it made me smile. I walked out of training | :25:17. | :25:20.
with him one day from the dressing room onto the pitches and he said to | :25:21. | :25:25.
me about Didier Drogba, how is Didier Drogba, what is he like? I | :25:26. | :25:29.
said he is a good player, he has these qualities, you know, like you | :25:30. | :25:33.
have and he said, you have never worked with someone as good as me. | :25:34. | :25:39.
Then Real Madrid came the Carlo. He said we have an opportunity to go | :25:40. | :25:44.
there and I thought this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing, to work at | :25:45. | :25:47.
a great club like that, so there was no doubt in my mind that that was | :25:48. | :25:51.
the right thing to do at that point. When that came to an end, you know, | :25:52. | :25:57.
Derby was... They contacted me and I thought, this is a great first | :25:58. | :26:01.
opportunity for me. So why didn't it work? I think that is what everybody | :26:02. | :26:07.
else thought. It wasn't a success but I don't think it was a failure | :26:08. | :26:11.
either. In my opinion, my time there was cut short. I have strong belief | :26:12. | :26:15.
that if I was given more time, I would have gone on and been | :26:16. | :26:19.
successful. You have had an amazing run of results, manager of the month | :26:20. | :26:22.
as well, it couldn't have been a better start for you here. Does it | :26:23. | :26:27.
feel a little bit surreal? It was a good start. I still feel really | :26:28. | :26:31.
disappointed we lost to Arsenal, my first game at home, 4-0, really | :26:32. | :26:37.
disappointed. They were on fire that day. They've played very well. I am | :26:38. | :26:44.
also disappointed we didn't get a point at Manchester City, that is on | :26:45. | :26:47.
my mind more than the win at Liverpool. So what would success for | :26:48. | :26:52.
this season look like the you? To stay in this league but also not to | :26:53. | :26:55.
have a really difficult time at the end of the season, when everyone is | :26:56. | :26:58.
suffering with the pressure of having to get four points in the | :26:59. | :27:02.
last two games, for example. We don't want to get in that situation, | :27:03. | :27:06.
so we have to work really hard, every week, every game that we have | :27:07. | :27:10.
in the near future, to make sure we get as many points as we can now so | :27:11. | :27:13.
we don't have that potential period at the end of the season where the | :27:14. | :27:21.
pressure is so, so high. Interesting fixture this weekend, going back to | :27:22. | :27:23.
where it all started, Chelsea. Is there room for nostalgia, for | :27:24. | :27:27.
romance, for you in this fixture? I am looking forward to it, having | :27:28. | :27:30.
spent so many years there. One of the first things I did when I came | :27:31. | :27:35.
here was look at the fixture list and see when it was coming up and it | :27:36. | :27:39.
put a twinkle in my eye, going back to Stamford Bridge. I haven't been | :27:40. | :27:42.
back in a coaching capacity, I have been to watch games but it will be | :27:43. | :27:47.
my first time since 2011 and I have really fond memories, especially the | :27:48. | :27:52.
2009-10 season, when we won the double with Carlo, a very rare thing | :27:53. | :27:56.
in football and I'm looking forward to going back. If we get points | :27:57. | :28:00.
against Chelsea, that will be a bonus but the four games after that | :28:01. | :28:03.
are critical. Good luck at the weekend. | :28:04. | :28:06.
Before we go, let's take a look at the weekend's fixtures. | :28:07. | :28:09.
Paul and Swansea's trip to Chelsea takes centre stage on Saturday | :28:10. | :28:11.
Watford take on West Ham in the evening kick-off. | :28:12. | :28:15.
Tottenham entertain Stoke on Sunday, whilst Liverpool travel | :28:16. | :28:17.
to struggling Leicester the evening after, | :28:18. | :28:18.
and there will be a special Monday night MOTD2 for those two games. | :28:19. | :28:26.
Everyone has packed up and gone home so all that is left for us to do is | :28:27. | :28:32.
to thank Paul Clement and Swansea City for having us that they're | :28:33. | :28:34.
brilliant new training ground. This time next week, we are off to | :28:35. | :28:39.
Leicester to delve deeper into the Premier League champions' anger | :28:40. | :28:42.
over. Rumours have been swirling around. I club statement has just | :28:43. | :28:47.
been released that Claudio Ranieri has been sacked. The board | :28:48. | :28:51.
reluctantly feels that a change of leadership, while admittedly | :28:52. | :28:54.
painful, is necessary. We will forever be grateful to him for what | :28:55. | :28:57.
he has helped us to achieve. Robert Burns. Bagpipes. Stovies. | :28:58. | :29:04.
Billy Connolly, yeah. | :29:05. | :29:08. |
