new boy wonder at Manchester United. There are four games today, we were

really hearing from Arsene Wenger, we will also preview today's games

and we will be listening to Jose Mourinho talking about diving. We

run of form. You wonder if anything will happen to Olivier Joe Root, do

group of players and they look very spirited and as you can see, they

gone from strength to strength. I do not think there is a manager that

comes under more scrutiny and stick than Arsene Wenger. Some of the

period he has come through, and show the belief in his ability and the

ability of his players, and I am the belief in his ability and the

delighted that they have come good at the start of this season. They

are doing really well in the Champions League, a great win

against Napoli this week, but as a manager, if you look at the likes of

Alan Pardew, Martin Jol, Arsene Wenger has come through this but at

a different stage. Arsenal expected finish their every single year. The

bizarre thing about the stick and pressure that Arsene Wenger gets, it

felt like it came more from the Arsenal fans. Not all of them. But

it felt more like the media defended Arsene Wenger come what may and some

of the Arsenal fans were those giving him stick. I think that is

fair, there has never been any pressure from the top. I do not

think that no, Arsenal fans are like that, but when you go to the

Emirates Stadium, around the press box, you have all of the funds in

the main stand that have a very box, you have all of the funds in

short patience, and it is funny with Arsene Wenger, his biggest failing

is becoming his biggest strength, patients with the players to come

good. You got Aaron Ramsey, you have got the goal keepers, you got these

people that we fans would have gotten rid of, but Arsene Wenger

Andre Villas-Boas, his skills, to keep him happy to stop and watching

he is in that category, for sure. He is all over the papers and the

broadcast media. Everybody has had a quick course on how to say that

more of him on the back pages. He just looks like a ready-made player

and that is a big call to talk about Wayne Rooney and Berkeley, but in

that same way, he looks like someone who does not need to serve any

apprenticeship. This is not surprising because we were not the

community Shield whenever Mike Phelan was working with us and he

spoke very highly of what was expected of Adnan Januzaj this

season because of the way that he has come through. But what is sadly

concerning is that within 24 hours, he has gone from being a substitute

at Manchester United with huge potential to being chased by

Chelsea, Real Madrid and Man City! And the next big hope for England in

international food all! Despite the fact that he could play for a

different countries? I came here thinking he could play first four

countries but Jonathan tells me, ten at the moment, and England want to

be number 11? Amazing. He has Yugoslavia, his father was born, his

Germany. I think he has tried to copy Martin in many ways. I don't

tracksuit! He is very bright and intelligent. And he will make

decisions his own way. His way. It struck me at Norwich at lunchtime

and they won that game and he was straight onto the pitch in front of

those Aston Villa supporters and effort, there seems to be some

amazing, and he seems to have hit the ground running here at the

hawthorns. Does this increase expectations were as one month ago,

they might have gone into Arsenal with nothing to lose, but now fans

travelling today might expect a repeat of last week? Yes, certainly

the result against Sunderland raised expectations because they did not

have a lot of shots at goal, they had not been creating chances, but

this game against Sunderland improved everything, and Old

Trafford has raised expectations, and certainly for today, it would be

difficult for Arsenal coming here, and they will have no fear playing

against world-class players. Jonathan, your point about Norwich

bringing in players is the same for West Brom? Yes, a very slow start to

the season, but some very clever signings. Some of their players have

burst onto the scene, and there are injury doubts today, but Steve

Clarke is very steady and believed in what he was doing all along. He

did not see the need to panic. I think they will be OK now. Steve

Clarke was furious this week, he was furious about a wage being revealed

at the stadium, and he said he had a great start and were getting new

contract that will reflect the playing, but revealing salary in

public, he will not like that. It is absolutely extraordinary, the entire

tale. But West Brom, it made me smile hearing Arsene Wenger saying

they are a team full of confidence, because it was the Swansea game,

when Swansea won, they were abreast of confidence and era member Steve

hit as a couple of times on the break, but West Brom were terrible

on the day. But with some of the new additions, Nicolas Anelka, he was

about that. We have a very good squad, some

depth in our squad. Not many changes. I think from game to game,

depth in our squad. Not many we have to see what we can do today.

Of course, I have to look at the fixtures, this is our seventh game

in 20 games in three different competitions. But it is very

competitive, the team we have got out there, in a very important game

for us. A very important test, because Southampton is a good squad.

Already last season, the second part of the season, they played really

well and they added some very good players this season, so I think they

can do really well. As far as Swansea are concerned, they made

five changes. Ashley Williams is on the bench this afternoon. This could

be the game of the afternoon, given how these to play football. -- these

two. It is a hipster 's game! These two games are a great story because

they have come into the Premier League. -- these two teams. They

have survived in the right way. Southampton could go into the top

four. They have hardly scored a goal, but they are very hard to

beat, they are very assured. I saw them at Anfield, brilliant against

Liverpool. There making some good progress with some good signings. It

is a real emerging team. They are both similar clubs because the

expectations are that if they can push into the eighth, seventh

position, they do not have aspirations to finish in the top

four, they both feel that they are strong enough to not be in the

bottom, in the mix down the bottom. They have both spent a decent amount

of money in the summer, but spending money on some new players, but they

have become similar clubs in similar ways. They have so many games, they

have got to cope with that, but so far this season, I would put Michu

down as one of my top players. He is so dominant in that club. I know

they spend £12 million on one of their players, they have disrupted

the style of this team slightly, because the manager wants to get

Borner and Michu in. Michu is a tall man, he has great feat, but he can

drop in. He holds it up, he can play quickly, and for £2 million, a

wonderful business. We will give you the results of our vote shortly,

young players in perspective. One of Manchester United's former new

your managerial career? It feels like it. I have had some big weeks
