Greg Dyke has backed England to win the European Championships. He is in

Paris for today's Euro 2016 draw where England, Wales, Northern

Ireland and Republic of Ireland will find out who they will face in June.

Ulster have boosted their hopes of qualifying for the European Rugby

champions Poole after running in five tries against Toulouse. They

ran out 38-0 winners and now sit in second place behind Saracens who

play tomorrow. Australia have beaten West Indies inside three days in the

first test in Hobart winning by a quite spectacular innings and 212

runs. The Olympic champion Anthony Joshua steps back into British

boxing's spotlight this evening when he takes on a fellow London

heavyweight Dillian Whyte. Joshua and met at amateur level with the

win back then but Joshua hopes for a different outcome this time as he

takes what he expects to be another shot at the world title. We've been

to meet the man who has become known for his fast fights.

Anthony Joshua! Very few had heard the name Anthony Joshua before the

London Olympics. On the grander stage of all, this young boxer is

crowned Olympic champion. With a gold medal around his neck at the

world quickly took notice and now he is professional he is keeping their

attention. I was 21 at the time, 26 now. You go through life and go

through different experiences. You realise what's important to you,

because time is running out, we are not here for ever. That urgency is

evident in the ring. He's a man who does not like to wait around. As a

professional Anthony Joshua has won all 14 of his fights and spent less

than an hour in the ring. Next up, a guy who managed to beat him six

years ago in the amateurs. 2009, October. Anthony Joshua and Dillan

Whyte. We had a number league double fight, it showed me how tough he was

and what an amateur fight is about. After that fight I'd knuckled down,

because I didn't want to go through having a loss again any time soon.

It inspired me to get back out and change my game plan, whatever I was

doing wasn't good enough to compete at that level. It was a lesson well

learned. Three years later came the Olympic title, and that's been

followed by an explosive start to his professional career. This man is

so colourful and so talented and so promising. It is a plan that is

paying off right now. Dillan Whyte might be the stepping stone to a

title assault Joshua wants. Now that challenge may come sooner. Where

ever I go with boxing, it will be better than when I started. I've

done something positive, I've learnt stuff, mature Dummett great people.

What more can I ask for? Not one of his fights has gone beyond the third

round but a lack of ring experience doesn't bother him. I don't want to

go 12 rounds, that's not what I want to do, I want to be devastating,

steam-rolling. Anything that gets on my way I will do anything to get it

out of my way. Simple strategy. Looking forward to that.

You might think boxing involves big build ups,

but there's been a year's worth of promotion ahead

of Ireland's Conor McGregor's involvement in the biggest fight

in Ultimate Fighting Championship Featherweight history.

McGregor takes on Brazil's Jose Aldo in Las Vegas later tonight

in the premier competition of Mixed Martial Arts.

The men finished in sixth place in Argentina while the women lost in

results for the men and women show they are not quite at that level at

the moment, perhaps it will ripen with more motivation going into the

winter training and they will come back stronger next year for the Rio
