Eight gruelling months. 21 lung busting rounds. 126 gripping matches

and it has all come to this. The final round. Six games all kicking

off at the same time. This trophy is still within the grasp but only

just. The prize for the Ospreys is a seat at Europe's elite. The Blues

are desperate to finish strongly. So to the Dragons who have shown little

of their fire breathing fury this year. Welcome to Super Saturday.

With one round to go, ten teams still have something to play for.

Five into four won't go at the top. Only the Scarlet saw Ulster can go

to the semifinals. Munster, the Ospreys and Edinburgh are scrapping

over one European Champions Cup place and one will finish today in

six lace and will dine at Europe's top table next season. I will be

joined by whichever Italian side finishes highest.

Good afternoon and welcome. Super Saturday and Edinburgh against the

Blues is our featured game today but we will keep you up-to-date with all

the action across the league as the proud 12 careers towards us

thrilling climax. I think you've memorised all the permutations.

Martin, leaks can sometimes Peter out but not the probe well. It's

brilliant. There is so much still up for grabs. It could be more

straightforward. The top seven should qualify for Europe and that's

it for the Champions Cup and how it should be. The top four play-offs

were brilliant a few years back and have brought rare atop a seat for

the Champions Cup. It's all to play for and it makes for a really

exciting afternoon. Not straightforward but exciting. Very

exciting. Everyone is doing the sums and trying to figure out who will

figure out -- finish where but it's impossible. Do or die time? It tests

your squad. And the coaches in selection. More importantly, it's

about keeping your nerve and being composed. For many years by not

doing anything different. For if you others, it's about trying something

different and chasing things. A lot can happen so a big test for all

round today. Sean has been given the unenviable task of working out

what's going on this afternoon and was -- watching all six games. It's

complicated but this is our simple guide to what is at stake.

With one man to go, ten of the 12 still have something to play for. A

place in the semifinals and next season 's Champions Cup. Five teams

are fighting for four semifinal spots and ten, seven champions

spots. The Scarlet 's are the flag bearers and the bitter rivals will

support each other today. If the Scarlet 's beat Munster they are

through to the semis. And the Ospreys victory over Ulster will

back them champions top spot if the Scarlet 's beat Munster and deny

them that point. The Scarlet 's need one match point more than Ulster and

the Ospreys need for more match points then Munster.

I'm not sure whether that has made things clearer. The thing is this,

the Ospreys and the Scarlets are the bitterest of rivals and there are in

a bizarre situation where they rely on each other for favours will stop

it could be bittersweet for the fans and everyone concerned. It's good we

have two regions at least contending for the top spots. I'm pretty sure

both squads won't focus on the other team at all. It's about controlling

what you can control and no other result will matter if you don't deal

with your own game. Both teams will be completely focused on their own

game because they have big jobs to do themselves. Ospreys play at home

and Scarlets are away to Munster and a trip that has been made more

difficult by certain players. Yes, two top players. Munster on the side

they used to be. It is a winnable match for them. It's difficult to

assess the season of the Scarlets as they were brilliant at 23 weeks ago

when they were the top. You could maybe think they could win the whole

thing but they have hit the skids a bit. It's a partial success to get

Champions Cup rugby but if they don't get in the top four I think

you'll be disappointed if you're a supporter because you want to play

in semifinals and finals and they were in a position to do that.

Fingers crossed they can pull it off. They have secured a position in

the Champions Cup but they are the only Welsh side who can now go for a

semifinal. Let's hear from their coach. We need one point more than

Ulster so what's the approach? It is a finals type scenario and we will

approach it like that. We are going out there to win the game first and

foremost. We haven't talked about tries but about getting the job done

and the other game will take care of itself. Is it going at all guns

blazing? We've had a couple of trips over and a good run out against

Leinster and Ulster away from home. We would like to have that sort of

performance today and that everyone commits themselves. An awful lot

riding on that but nothing of substance riding on the Blues game

for the Blues. But you can bet Danny Wilson will be desperate to finish

his first season in charge with a victory. Let's go there now.

Good afternoon. We have former Cardiff Blues scrum-half with me.

Jason Kathy, you played with him at the Dragons, they love him already.

Why is he playing so well? I've watched his last three games. They

have been playing well Edinburgh in the last couple of weeks. They have

time on the ball and he picks himself back at the pocket. He is

doing well. Hopefully he will have another match today, a good one.

From his personal performance over the last couple of games, I am sure

there will be offers their butters up to him. Nothing on it for the

Blues so will they get an entertainments licence from Danny

Wilson? Edinburgh to score of four tries and the Blues haven't got a

lot to play for so I am sure we will see an entertaining game and

hopefully some tries. You get yourself up to commentary. Always a

good egg to have on. He will be on commentary with Kenneth Davis. Thank

you. Let us look at the team. Three changes to the side that lost

to the Ospreys on Judgment Day. Sam Warburton hasn't recovered from his

shoulder in just -- injury. Camp Dolan comes into the second row

behind the scrum. Lloyd Williams at scrum-half and Tom James on the

wing. He makes his first start in a blue shirt big -- things becoming a

father last weekend. Congratulations to him. Interesting one for the

Blues. It is like end of season report time. They have been

fantastic in attack and only Glasgow have scored more than them in the

league which is remarkable when you see where they are in the table.

What do they need to do to be contenders? They are better players

culturally. The players seem to know a lot more about what they do and

where they are heading. Their home form has been really good and their

set piece and the kicking game has improved. But they've conceded

points as well. The against column is too high. Sometimes they are

softer on the fringes perhaps. Insect pieces, the line-up is

improving. Players know where they need to be. They've generated quick

ball at times. A simple two phase play where Matthew Rees is involved.

They have created chances and scored tries. But soft around the fringes,

as the Ospreys showed. Carrying it too close to the line to get this

many yards. The fold wasn't great and even though they get into

position, that shouldn't have been a score from there. They have a soft

underbelly. We shall find out whether they will finish their

season with a flourish. Stay tuned for all the action across all six

Good afternoon from a chilly Murrayfield where the Blues will be

hoping to hit back after going down on Judgment Day against the Ospreys

and end the season of a high. It's been a mixed bag. Plenty of

encouraging signs throughout and in Ohio -- helm of Danny Wilson.

Edinburgh have a mathematical chance of securing the cup next season but

they need to gain maximum points here and it depends on results

elsewhere. Hopefully, that and the fact the Blues should have the

shackles off, should be conducive for a good opening game. John Lacey

is the referee this afternoon. A busy afternoon on the final weekend

proper and we will keep an eye on events in Limerick and at the

liberty stadium with plenty at stake for the Scarlets and the Ospreys. A

fitting climax after 21 rounds. It boils down to this final weekend as

Gareth Anscombe kicks ass off here this weekend. As we were hearing

pitch side, both will have a licence to go from the off.

The wind Elio Ron may play a part. Slightly tricky coming across the

Murrayfield pitch. -- earlier on. Williams is back after missing out

on Judgment Day. That went forward and a chance to say good afternoon.

Good afternoon. A good opening game and Edinburgh need to go for maximum

points. The Blues are trying to end on a high. Exactly. Edinburgh had to

score four tries to gain if they want to push on in the championship

places and the Blues have got nothing to lose. They may as well

play and have an opportunity to shine. Hopefully they can. Williams

is back and also Tom James. He became a father on the morning of

Judgment Day which prevented him from playing in the afternoon. He

hasn't had too many sleeps recently. Not at all.

Edinburgh take it on from the free kick. That is Damian Hoyland. Ten

international capped players in the Edinburgh ranks and plenty of

experience as they go left. That went forward as Fish tries to

make it through to the open spaces. A chance for the Blues to counter.

Every game this season, ever present in the Blues back line. Dan is an

exciting runner as well. He gets a bit of pace and his top end speed is

fantastic. He's been a top performer for them this season and scored in

the corresponding feature in January which the Blues won 10-3. Good work

at that breakdown. A chance to pin Edinburgh back into

their own 22. It was a theme against the Scarletif s you weeks ago when

they had the memorable win. -- Scarlets, if you weeks ago.

They've had a bit of success so far this season with the driving

line-out and scoring from them. They have a lot of options off the back

of that. Ellis Jenkins is in at nine. That

has gone awry from Matthew Rees. The early chance goes begging for the

moment. Edinburgh keep it at close quarters.

Sean Kennedy is trying to release the pressure and a chance to counter

for the Blues. Fish, but it wasn't one of his better ones. Although it

found touching the end. They do a lot of exit plays out of their own

22. Is it a bit of pressure on Sean 's Kennedy Bear. Hopefully he either

puts his kick straight up in the air or it's going straight out. A bit

more time on the ball. They changed by the way. Stuart McInally.

It's Bresler who found a gap at the front of the line. A chance for

Edinburgh to get behind the Blues defensive line. Taken on their by

the International. And that was Willem Nel. The Blues have

regrouped. They were caught napping momentarily there. And they have the

big ball carriers of Edinburgh and they are battering the Blues line at

the moment, getting yards after yards. That will allow the runners

to be picked and put them in their holes. McInally takes it on and the

Blues have slowed things down. One of the ball carriers Richard

Rees was talking about. And McInally proving very effective. There's a

chance on the 22 metre line. With things through and caught with an

ankle touch. We'll try come? James with a desperate tackle. I think it

has left him injured as well. Great last ditch tackle by Tom Jones.

There was an advantage but Edinburgh looking very threatening there. Yes,

they just used their big ball carrying skills to get there. Tovey

with eight weight pass. If you watch the work of Tovey, he got off the

floor and was the first receiver. An excellent Apple -- tackle by Tom

James to put Hoyland into touch just buy the corner flag. Jason Tovey

seems to be enjoying his rugby since his move to Edinburgh. It sues his

style, this team, and they use a lot of runners inside and outside ten

and it sues his game very well. It has probably shown in the quality of

his performance in recent weeks. A few players on either side receiving

treatment. It all came from the line-out right on the Edinburgh 22.

Yes, a quick line-out and it was Cornell du Preez who went in the

middle of the line-out. He got 30 or 40 metres up and McInally in

support. Then the Blues defence are always chasing the attack. That is

why the Edinburgh forwards made yards after yards.

The experience trio on the front line there. A good scrum from

Edinburgh. Released for Leto and Lloyd to

Williams does the rest. A good exit from their own 22.

A decent kick from Lloyd to release the pressure. The Blues have too hot

a bit of the momentum that Edinburgh are picking up. Williams will target

a spot for New Zealand. The squad is announced mid week and will probably

be one of the three they'll take. We swear and Gary Davids as well. I'm

sure he's happy to be back fit. Hamish Watson takes it on.

The forwards on the fringes taking responsibility. Hoyland comes from

the far side. They were just caught napping on that far side, the Blues.

Toby has come back on a late return ball, and has put Damien Hoyland in

the fray. What a great turnover. Hoyland has had a bright start for

Edinburgh. Eight tries this year, the top try

scorer for Edinburgh, up in the top five this season. A real find,

recently signed a new contract. You can see the work of Ellis

Jenkins, crucial to the Blues this season.

Hoping to receive a call midweek. Williams scampering over the ten

metre line, unfortunately couldn't find a Blues player on the far side.

Tom James cutback. Williams looking sharp.

Just outside Toolis. I think Damien Hoyland lucky to get away with that,

he went at it with one hand. Now the Cardiff Blues ball. A good

break from Lloyd, nice to see him in form.

They have to regroup after losing territory.

The Edinburgh defence is very strong and structured.

Good off-loading. It is slowly recycled. Edinburgh

competing well in the tackle area. They are looking threatening when

they hold on to the ball, Cardiff Blues, the players have the ability

to off-load. Big, physical guys, they can get through that contact.

As long as they can get continuity and possession, I am sure tries will

come. Is that the influence of Danny

Wilson? Yes. The boys having a bit of belief

as well. Edinburgh, unfortunately, giving them the ball.

Nearly 12 minutes gone. Edinburgh targeting space on that far side,

Hoyland has been busy. Inching forward. No clear-cut chances so

far. Edinburgh getting into midfield.

They know the Cardiff Blues operate with line speed.

As soon as you get midfield, you are opening channels on either side and

have to revert to a drift defence and it is killing the Cardiff Blues

defence. Dan Biggar has scored and converted

his own try at the Liberty Stadium, leading Ulster 7-0. Keeping an eye

on that game as well as in Limerick. Dan Fish, you can see the place on

him, eating the ground up behind Doogie Fife. Interesting starter.

Gareth and saw the space with Damien Hoyland coming across from the far

wing. Good coverage. Good vision by Gareth Anscombe.

An elementary mistake from Josh Navidi. He doesn't make too many

mistakes, Josh, known for his ball carrying. A little bit of confusion

between Josh Navidi and Tom James. 7-0, the Ospreys lead at home to

Ulster. The boys in studio are trying to sum

up all the permutations involved during the afternoon.

Ospreys need four points more than Munster, to secure Champions Cup

qualification. The Scarlets, one more than Ulster, to get that

all-important place in the top four. Good work from the Edinburgh eight,

Blues under pressure. Let us take a break from proceedings here. Sean,

what about that try at the Liberty Stadium?

First blood to the Ospreys. James King, man of The Match against the

Blues. A surging run to the line. Dan Biggar for a conversion.

Sean will be keeping an eye on everything, a busy afternoon for

Sean. Ben Toolis, Scottish qualified. The

referee trying desperately to keep it on the field.

Driven on, on the fringes, by the Big Ben upfront. -- The big players.

A lovely off-load. First blood to Edinburgh at Murrayfield.

Again, another return the play. Du Preez must have spotted it.

The second highest loader in the Pro12 this year, a prime example why

he is so important to this Edinburgh side. The try has been coming, well

worked. Well done, Edinburgh. They have been

knocking on the door. Watson, the recipient on the end of

Cornell to these. Jason Tovey hangs one up. A whisker

away from converting that try. Edinburgh will be happy. Two

forwards against two backs. A good spot.

They have to be careful, Cardiff Blues, they have had very little

territory, they haven't been in the final third of the Edinburgh field.

Penalty after penalty and turnover after turnover. John Lacey is

getting annoyed. A second word with Lloyd Williams.

A good touch finder by Jason Tovey. Puts them right where they want to

be in opposition territory in the 22. No doubt we will see another

driving line-out. It worked last time and the result

was a trifle Hamish Watson. -- Try for Hamish.

They have given away a penalty, Jenkins coming around, side entry.

It did go forward, no advantage, they will have to go back.

Threatening to take it quickly through Manu. Du Preez thunders on.

Toolis has been everywhere for Edinburgh. He has been good.

Hoyland, dangerous with his footwork.

The gap has appeared. It is an easy doubt down for the Scottish

international, Matt Scott. -- touch down. After Hamish Watson's tried,

they have another one in quick succession.

Just a little slow to react, Cardiff Blues. The ball was the other side

of the field. He took a quick tap. He went through a couple of phases.

Good work from Damien Hoyland. Matt Scott pulse spotted -- spotted

it. From four metres come he is over the try line.

It is all going Edinburgh's way as we enter the second quarter.

Matt Scott, one of five players that will be leaving after this game.

He is off to Gloucester, a good signing. I am surprised the SRU in

Scottish rugby allowed him to leave. He is young, loads of potential, a

lot of time in the Scottish National set up. I am surprised the SRU

didn't do more to keep hold of him. Edinburgh transgress and a chance to

get down to the 22. John Lacey, slowing the ball down.

It has given Cardiff Blues and opportunity.

Let us go over to Sean Holley. There has been a reply at the

Liberty Stadium, the Ulstermen have struck back. A very soft try. Over

on the short side. Disappointment, then, for the

Ospreys. It will be very close. Ulster have their eyes on a greater

prize as they go for those play-off spots.

Good turnover. A good steel on the floor.

A chance for them to counter. Wide open spaces behind Dan Fish.

Great kit. Tovey throwing things beautifully. -- Kick.

He is pulling the strings for Edinburgh well, helped by the big

pack and Manu and Watson. Jason Tovey is playing well, pulling the

strings. You can't ask much more from him.

A strong run by the Samoan international.

Much better from Cardiff Blues, they just need to retain possession.

Not a great first 20 minutes from the Dragons would always be a tough

task against Zebre, they have the Italian contingent in, their final

game, they are looking to get ahead of Treviso in the league. You would

I do think they can get back in the game. Plenty of time to go.

Good acquisition he has been in the Edinburgh team, Du Preez. They have

built their side, their game plan around.

That defensive line from Edinburgh has been impressive.

And they are physical with it. So hard to break down. You have to

get your dangerous runners into first receiver to mix it up.

Edinburgh don't gather Clinique. But a chance to counter. It could work.

A tough one. -- cleanly. That could have been a danger for

the Cardiff Blues. Cardiff Blues need to bring a bit of invention.

No one wanted to pick it up on the first instance.

It was a tight call, you would like to think the last game of the

season, are you wouldn't let that go. John Lacey has the whistle out.

Receiving treatment. Anscombe has been prominent for the

Blues, especially the last month. Think of the victory against

Scarlets is where he orchestrated things beautifully. Probably his

best game in the Cardiff Blues shirt in his career. I'm sure he will be

looking to continue that form and take it on to New Zealand or next

season. Again, a slow ball, Edinburgh making

life very difficult. The Blues having to work off scraps so far.

The ball slowed up, this time, illegally. There is a wind out

there. Will they go for the corner? Having

a quick chat. It looks like it will go for the corner again, and rely on

that driving line which has been successful for Cardiff Blues this

season. Going back to the Edinburgh defence,

they are making the Cardiff Blues slowdown by dominating. Limiting the

quick ball. Hopefully they can claim that area

up or put a few more numbers into the contact.

Good, effective work from the Blues eight.

Williams having to do some more work.

Trying to get some numbers back on their feet for the car in the Blues,

the Edinburgh defence have one on the ground and the rest waiting for

the forward carriers. The Edinburgh try-lines in the

distance. If they can keep their composure

here... The forwards in the middle.

Desperately need something. So much possession. They haven't

gained anything from it so far. Rey Lee-Lo with a superb finish,

gets the Blues's first try, that hard work in the end paying

dividends. A good time to score, ten minutes before the interval.

The first time we have seen a couple of weak tackles from Edinburgh.

Lovely footwork from Rey Lee-Lo. Strong upper body. Over the try line

for the Cardiff Blues. Still ten minutes before half-time.

Exactly what they needed. They did. Anscombe will be trying to cut the

deficit further. Lee-Lo proving to be a good addition

to the Cardiff Blues squad. Hands in the air, and successful.

The Blues kick back with less than ten before half-time. Let us head

back to Cardiff with Sean Holley. There is drama.

The centre going from a breakaway, his own 22, putting Munster in the

lead. Since then, a kick, but the score

has been taken to Munster 14, Scarlets is, six.

Things are not looking good at the moment, then, for either side. It

was going to be a difficult ask. This final weekend proper. I am sure

these Scarlets fans will look back at that game against the Blues a

month ago when they went down at home.

A great off-load, tried to get it out to Aled Summerhill. Looking for

that off-load. They have made 50 metres. It is

unfortunate for Cardiff Blues. Lee-Lo, the standout performance,

his work, his ability to get beyond contact, and off-load, securing

possession, it is a tough call. That is what he is paid big bucks to do.

Played for Samoa in the World Cup, Rey Lee-Lo.

Not giving cheap penalties away. And successfully gaining a penalty.

Great opportunity here as well as the first half draws to an end. Six

minutes to go. A puzzled face from Hamish Watson. I think John Lacey,

for holding on. A cracking opportunity for Cardiff Blues to

exploit the driving line. They had a bit of success before their last

try, creating opportunity. Hoping for more of the same. A few

colourful spectators. Out in force for this one this afternoon.

A great opportunity. Blues scored from this position last time.

Unfortunately, this time, lack of communication between Turnbull and

Rees. They need another score. Strength and power. Almost goes

through a second tackler. Williams scampering away on the fringes,

keeping the Edinburgh trio busy. They are a little bit national,

Cardiff Blues. They need to get it forward. As with Tom James.

A great time to score this would be, for the Blues, taking advantage of

possession. After a sticky opening quarter.

They are still quite flat, they will need to use some runners to hit up

to try and tie some defenders in. A bit slow from that tackle area.

Plenty of possession. Not quite doing anything with it. Stuck on

that gain line. Going from one end of the field to the other. They are

a little bit/ role. Whether they vary their attack.

A chance for Edinburgh to counter on the far side.

Add to the danger man Hoyland, back to Watson looking for support.

Edinburgh looking dangerous right at the end of this first half, before

it went forward. You would have been hoping for better.

Lovely Hanson by Bresler to put Hoyland in space.

Dan Fish did well. A nice little off-load to Hamish Watson from

Hoyland, managed to hold on. Unfortunately, just knocked down.

Lovely, a good collision from both openers asides. Unfortunately from

-- and fortunately for Edinburgh, the turnover came. Edinburgh will be

hoping for a nudge here. To put pressure on the Blues eight.

They are known for their strength in the scrum. It is one of their major

strengths, the set piece and that is what they build their game plan

around. I'm sure they will have looked at the Cardiff Blues scrum

and thought they could have got the one up. On the other side of the

coin, the Blues front row doesn't come much bigger. Six of one and

half a dozen of the other. Plenty of experience there. Desperate not to

give anything away in this final two minutes.

Good defence from Tovey and they've forced the turnover. Again they win

back possession. This could be awkward for the Blues. It is Tom

Brown who has the touchdown. John Lacey is waiting to receive

confirmation. It will go upstairs. It is Tom Brown who receives con, --

congratulations. Tom Brown was there. Just a little awkward gap

through. Brown could have scored -- an awkward gap.

They just want to see if there was any impeding. This will result in

another try. A third for Edinburgh and it is Tom Brown who gets the

crucial score. That comes a minute and a half before the turn. That

will be a huge psychological boost for Edinburgh and a damaging one for

the Blues. It's come from the good work and defence from Turkey and

Bresler in midfield. They disrupted the starter from the Cardiff Blues.

They turned the ball over -- Tovey. As soon as you turn the ball over

there will be holes and spaces and that is what they recognised.

Unfortunately, Jason Tovey has hit the post for the second time today.

Not going his way today but Tom Brown with a third try means

Edinburgh are well on top at the end of the first half. A change of

tactic resulting in the Tom Brown try.

In the final minute then. Unfortunate for the Blues because

they got themselves right back in it. Yes, they dragged themselves

back in it with their work on the try line so they have got -- gone

away in the last ten minutes and conceded that try. Hopefully in the

second half they can go back to what they are good at. It has gone

forward and that will be that for the first half. So the Blues will be

very disappointed at having given that their try away to Tom Brown. It

was right on the stroke of half-time. The Blues got themselves

back into it with Rey Lee-Lo's try but they had it all to do. Half-time

at Murrayfield and Edinburgh leave -- lead by 17-7.

An exacting period so far. It is going the way of Edinburgh 's. Matt

Scott had one of three tries for the home side.

Elsewhere, the Munster Scots find themselves down 14-9 in their chase

for the top four. The Ospreys had a great start at liberty stadium. It's

14-14 as things stand with two tries back for Ulster.

This is the big one. First against second in Galway. The defending

champions are down. Leinster are finding things comfortable at the

RDS. 17-0 there. Three tries in total and one from Johnny Sexton

there. Right, at the halfway stage, let us see how things stand in the

table. The top four there. Those are the results as they are at

half-time. Star-macro is behind against Munster. The Ospreys are

drawing against Ulster at the liberty stadium which means they are

eighth. They will not be playing in the Champions Cup next year if

things continue to go this way. Munster will have the final sixth

spot. Edinburgh means they are in seventh place with their win over

the Blues so far. There had them win over the Dragons means that zebra

are 11th in the table. So they will be the Italian representatives at

11th place in the Italian 's cup. Trimble has scored for all start but

it's not quite half-time. It will take the score to 19-14 to Ulster

with a conversion to come so that's the place to start. We thought the

Ospreys would go into the sheds level. The worst possible time to

concede a score. Yes. After a good sport with the try they bounced back

with the try of their own. Ospreys won't go away either. I won't forget

the coach of the Ospreys dropping a goal in the last minute to win the

old Celtic win so very tough bunch and there's a long way to go in that

one. You could have both tries coming away with bonuses which could

complicate things. Yes we'll worry about that if it comes to it. So

much can happen in the second half in the other games. It is what we

thought. Chaos. Trying to keep track of everybody and what's going on!

Apart from the Ciba result anything could happen. -- zebra.

This was a match of two very good teams. It was a surprise last

weekend that the scorer didn't start on Judgment Day. This was on

half-time. Such a dangerous character. Yes. A

real threat. He shows international quality here and in these tight

games, little things carried for so much. Just before half-time the

coaches changed their team just like that. Yes, there was nothing on

there. But they will regroup and they will come back. Both the tries

from the Ospreys were clinical close to the line and that's what they

showed against the Blues last week. If they get into those positions

with the kicking game they got there in with a good chat -- shout. 14-9

to Munster but there is a penalty attempt being lined up so could be

14-12 come half-time. And our featured game. I guess the major

talking point is Edinburgh's sheer physicality. Yes, the Blues are slow

to the blocks but Edinburgh are so physical. Two lists and du Preez.

They dominated the Blues in the first few minutes but it was a

killer blow before half-time to concede the try. A lovely first try

for Edinburgh. We have talked about du Preez all season. A powerful

carrier but he has soft hands as well and that was a delicate

off-load. Edinburgh had been hammering away at the line. Tel

James knows there is du Preez against Williams though he probably

just checked his defensive line. He knows physically it's a mismatch. A

great touch from Cornell du Preez. As Tom James turns his body in words

is an easy finish. Whilst the Blues have been

impressive in attack, the points in the against column are not looking

pretty. It is a big pitch at Murrayfield. You can see how tight

they are, the white shirts at the top of the screen. It creates too

much width for the outside defenders. There you go again. I

said at the top it is the fringes. If you are too tight around a rack

you can bet your money that if it gets wind -- winder you will be

found wanting -- wider. Too late for the second defenders coming in and

that is a mismatch close to the line. The last stage for the blue it

was looking ominous. River-macro has arguably in their Player of the

Season. He has been the player since Christmas, I think -- Rey Lee-Lo.

Every time he's touched the ball he's looked dangerous. He has

natural footwork and is a great finisher in a tight area. I said the

Blues would come back and they need an open, expansive game. In the

tight physical areas... It's a concern. But he's been a stand-up

player for me in the first half. I can tell you the Scarlets kicked the

penalty. It's the old smash and grab. When

you go to Ireland you can't take it for granted you will win so you have

to stay in touch. That's a good half-time score. All of a sudden,

the pressure goes to the home team. It is on for the Scarlets so that

will be a pleasing position for them. Plenty more drama to come on

Super Saturday and we will analyse things on the hoof. Tomorrow it will

like Munster Scots are going on beyond the 40 minutes, but we can

show you the second monster drive. A pair for the two centres and that

took the score to 14-9 and as we know it is currently 14-12. That is

the game there is most writing on. That is the game where the winner or

loser will essentially lose everything. Like Sean says, for the

Scarlets if they hang on in there. There's huge pressure. To be the

first team not to qualify for a Champions Cup would be disastrous.

There will be Demons in the side so conditions are different as well. It

looks wet in Ireland. And the Glasgow game is the same. The

Scarlets have done well. They are still in there so a lot can change

in the second half. That mirrors your point at the top

about this being so critical psychologically now because teams

have had strategies all season but when the Demons coming things can go

awry quickly. Yes and the coaches will play a part. The bench is

important now and they comes an art to judge when the right time to

bring a certain player off the bench. That will play a big part in

the second half so it is a tricky time. They have the likes of Gareth

Davies and we know what he can do in broken play. And more pace on the

wing. They have some game changers. Definitely. They can score lots of

tries, the Scarlets, and it comes to goal-kicking. That is huge. Like

Sean says it will be a nervous half-time -- second half for both

teams. They have picked a half experimental side. Experience to are

there but Jones has given some youngsters an opportunity. It looks

like it's not paying off because they are down now. They can't finish

above or below where they are at the end of the day. It's an opportunity

to play youngsters and give opportunity of a trip away. They are

not going well in Italy. That's a long way from dead yet. They can

score some of their own tries in the second half but it has been a

disappointing season. And the Dragons haven't functioned in the

Celtic League. I suppose Zebre are so desperate to get into the

Champions Cup they know they have to win that game to do that. Yes. Going

to Zebre and there's a lot on it. The crowd will get behind Zebre and

it's an emotional team. It's a difficult period for the Dragons.

Draw a line under the season and hopefully things change next year.

It's disappointing we've got a team that, in fairness, hasn't brought a

lot to the competition. Sean, last week we spoke about Judgment Day and

the Blues surrendered a ten point lead. You said the Ospreys culture

is still intact and they never know when they're beaten. Do you still

fancy them to come back? Yes, but it's similar in Ulster. When you

play their it's similar. But a lot of credit has to go to the like of

the Joneses and the people before. And Steve Tandy will carry that

through also. The youngsters have among -- immersed themselves in that

so I would still put my money on them will stop our feature game is

about to kick off again so we can return to Murrayfield for the second

half of Edinburgh against the Cardiff Blues and our commentary

team. Welcome back to Murrayfield and a

lot to do for the Scarlets in Limerick. The situation is similar

for the Blues where Edinburgh have eight handy and comfortable ten

point cushion. We hope this game breaks down in the second half

because they have been second best in the close encounters, the Blues.

The Edinburgh defence is so prominent and very physical in the

first half. That was forward. Edinburgh have started with a bit of

tempo and Lloyd Williams with the kick. A nice take by Cornell du

Preez and they managed to get the off-load away. Unfortunately, format

Scotty got pushed into is touch. The Cardiff Blues, you've just got to

hold onto the ball, play a bit more rugby rather than looking to use

your foot and go through the phases and get a few more defenders in and

allowed them to go over the gain line. That is where they gained

modest -- success in the first half. That was when Rey Lee-Lo went over.

Fish trying to put pressure on his opposite number, Dougie Fife. There

is an injury, I think. John Lacy taking action

straightaway. I think it's Tom James. Maybe a whack on the head.

Here's the incident. Dougie Fife was pushed back into the corner. Just an

elbow to the jaw, it looks like. He stayed down. He is no shrinking

violet, is Tom, so for him to stay down it must be pretty bad.

Hopefully it's not too serious though. Just a stretcher on and...

Evans warming up now. Because of Tom James's misfortune, the outside-half

last year in the Junior World Cup and he didn't feature much this

season because of the Blues' commitments. He had a few games at

the start of the season. Next year he can play ten and a bit of 12. A

few runaround that 15 so there are plenty of opportunities there. First

choice number ten, Gareth and scum. That is probably what the Blues have

lacked in the last couple of years, strength in depth. Danny Watson

looks to be bringing back for the Blues. That will help. It seems so

innocuous initially, but he is setting up now and moving his head

which is a good sign. I think he will be off and it looks like Evans

is on the field. They will assess his head and take it from there.

Slowly coming to himself, Tom James. He will have to go for the mandatory

check now. It is so prevalent in the modern game now but so important. He

looks all right though. Evans is in 12 and Rey Lee-Lo has

gone 13. Some rejigging so Danny Wilson will

be behind. The Blues need to score first hero

to have any opportunity of getting back in. That scrum has been so

dominant and no surprise that John Lacey's arms indicate a penalty.

Everything for Edinburgh has been built around their tight five. That

has brought them the ability to get the penalty and play big game plan

they play and look to dominate teams physically. It looks as if the

Ospreys' attempt to get to the top six is getting increasingly hard.

Ulster have a ten point cushion now a way to the Ospreys. That isn't

good news for the Scarlets either. Edinburgh setting up as if they will

go to their driving line-out and there will probably be Sean Kennedy

as well which they have had success with all season. Two listen

initially the source of possession in the line and his brother is on

the bench as well. Good from Turvey. -- Tovey.

He just put the defender in the hole.

Edinburgh have men here and half a chance.

Edinburgh have a lot of their backs in that wide area. They need to

allow the backs to regenerate and get back on their feet. Kennedy to

Sutherland. A tie would give Edinburgh at least a bonus point.

Half a chance here, but it hasn't been executed well at all by

Edinburgh although it has gone forward. John Lacey plays advantage.

A bit laboured here. Josh Turnbull is receiving treatment

as well now. The Blues worked well in defence.

They've won a penalty in the tackle area. Edinburgh piling and go off

their feet. -- pile in. Here's the handiwork.

Strauss, a couple of times today, important today. One small movement

when the defender is on top of you and your playing close to the gain

line... He's had lovely touches today has Strauss for Edinburgh.

He's off as well. Let's get a quick update from Sean Holley. A crucial

try at Dublin for Leinster. It's the bonus point try, the fourth try.

Leinster approach close to the line and it's the loosehead prop who gets

the crucial try. Presuming there is a a loser in the Glasgow game,

Leinster will finish in the top two and get a home semifinal.

Thank you. The Scarlets just missing out and Ulster will bag the fourth

spot in the top four. What will Danny Wilson be thinking

seven minutes into the second half. It hasn't been the best Blues

performance but there is still plenty of time for them to get back

into it and that's what they need. They need gain line and bring their

dangerous runners back to give them opportunity to create quick ball.

Fish provides that and the forwards drive on with a shout up the middle.

Trying to tie defenders in, but you have to be physical and tackle the

second and third defender. Slow for Williams and Jenkins take

responsibility. Filise is isolated. He tries to get the off-load their

and... Rey Lee-Lo looks dangerous every time he gets the ball. He was

relatively quiet at the start of the season but he's got better with the

amount of games he's played and especially in the last few weeks.

He's been one of their on form players. He just needs to get the

ball as much as possible. Lucky for Jason Tovey there. Strauss was

covering the inside. He managed to drag Rey Lee-Lo into touch.

Three Edinburgh attracted trying to remove him. But he was so low and

strong over the ball, that is what he is very good outcome he knows

which break down to attack and which to leave alone.

Hopefully that turnover has given Blues a chance to get straight back

in. Let us see if that would work will

inspire his side, Jenkins in the thick of things.

half, Cardiff Blues, looking for the short carry.

Trying to orchestrate things, Jenkins, almost went pear shaped

there. They have lost territory, the Blues

stagnant with no momentum. The Blues attack is flat because the

ball is so slow. They need to try to quicken it up a touch.

A lot of work for the Blues forwards to do.

A chance behind the Edinburgh defensive line.

A chance in the corner for Smith, has he done enough?

Good defence from Matt Scott on Tom Brown. I don't thing he has grounded

that ball. A scampering cover defence might

have just done enough to deny the Cardiff Blues. That was better.

Let us seek if Smith has squeezed in, in the corner.

Tom Brown has done just enough. Fantastic work by Matt Scott. Just

managed to not allow Smith to ground the ball.

Still a chance for the Cardiff Blues. Smith denied. Because of the

combination of Tom Brown and Matt Scott.

They will probably want to try and get that ball in and away from that

scrum. If they can send Rey Lee-Lo off the middle, to try and tie those

Edinburgh players in. Seven apiece in Galway between

Connacht and Glasgow. Both teams playing some pathetic

rugby this season, especially over the last month.

A battle now to gain home advantage. Again, the Edinburgh scrum had taken

it. They have been brilliant throughout.

Here they are again, doing what they know they are very good up, fronting

up physically, getting it over the gain line, not allowing Cardiff

Blues any decent ball. It could work for Edinburgh. It is

messy, very scrappy. A great kick.

Let us get a latest update from Sean Holley.

As if we needed confirmation of Leinster, a fifth try.

Watch the follow-on, on the inside. Brilliant for Leinster. An emphatic

drive from the winner securing Leinster into the top two as it

stands. Just the final spot which is unsure

but it looks like Ulster. Looks like they will have done enough to get in

that fourth position. A chip and chase, the bounce evades

everyone. Dacey has been really affected since

he has come on. Cardiff Blues need to hold on, go through a few phases

and hopefully finish up with a try. Dacey gets the tap on the back from

his team-mates. Plenty of possession for the Blues. And territory as well

in the first 15 minutes. They need a score.

They have to act now. A bit more willingness to play this half. The

key players getting their hands on the ball a lot more but looking to

manipulate the Edinburgh defence and kill that line speed.

A few changes for Edinburgh. On comes Alex Toolis. Brother of Ben

Toolis. John Andrade coming on.

-- John Andress. They can ill afford to make those

mistakes. Fish firing a long pass to Tom

James. Through the first man. Asking for defenders on the far

side. Blues spotting that. Lee Lowe is so slippery -- Lee-Lo.

He has got his dancing shoes on today.

The ball is built again, it has gone forward I think from an Edinburgh

hand. The first knock-on, it will be a Blues scrum.

Definitely an end of season feel. Let us go back to Sean.

It is Glasgow the champions who get on level terms in a tight encounter.

It means they will move into second, ironically, if it stays like this,

Glasgow would play Connacht again in the semifinal.

Very tight. Two very clinical, well coached

teams, Glasgow and Connacht. The standout teams over the last couple

of months in the Pro12, no doubt they should be in the top four.

Chris Hendry, the latest try scorer in that one for Ulster. Connacht

suddenly as well would have benefited at the start of the season

during that World Cup period. In that period, the season can be

defined, as the Ospreys found out. They also have star quality with

players who have stood up to them this season. They are playing well

week in, week out, that is all you can ask for.

Dacey has been busy since coming on. No way through. That defensive line

is very organised. So secure. They are finding it hard

to break it down, the Cardiff Blues, so many numbers on their feet, and

coming with the line speed. Every contact is being made behind the

gain line. Making life difficult for Williams.

We have seen his work offensively, and defensively there, Damien

Hoyland. Worth a punt from Anscombe, nothing seemed to be working.

They have to start being a little more inventive to break down this

Edinburgh defensive line. At the moment they are not having much

luck. The key is creating that quick ball. They have brought on a few

fresh legs. They have been lively since. Hopefully the remaining 20

minutes of the game, we can see a bit more of them.

Let us go back to Sean Holley. For all my prophecy of an Ospreys

comeback, Henry Iddon controversially diving through the

ruck, the ball is in goal, it is playable. It went to a TMO, a fourth

try for Ulster, they will qualify in the top four. Scholar will not be

able to get into the top four as it stands.

-- Scarlets. Disappointment for Scarlets and Ospreys fans, it all

order. Looking at proceedings in the other

games. Hidalgo-Clyne comes on.

He burst onto the scene last season. Very good, very intelligent. He

attacks the fringes, his consistency hasn't been there so far this season

which is why Sean Kennedy has had the nod. The perfect player to bring

on and break things up. A man of the match showing against

Dragons last year in the semifinal. Sean, what is happening in Glasgow?

Another twist at the top of the table, leading with the head, and

they are down to 14 men in Glasgow. Thank you, that game out at the

sports ground in Galway. Back here, no change from the

scoreline at half-time. Into the final quarter. A scrappy

start to the second half. Hopefully the Cardiff Blues can get back over

this try-line. And up the tempo for the remaining

19 minutes. This is better, more effective.

There will be another penalty. I am sure John Lacey will be having a

word with Edinburgh, we have had a few penalties in the last few

minutes. Anscombe will go to the corner.

Going for their 10th driving line of the game.

Dragons losing out in Zebre. They are down by 40-10, in northern

Italy. It must be a tough 60 minutes for

the Dragons. They did make some changes as we mentioned earlier. You

would have thought they could have come up with a more favourable

result. It will be a try in the end. It is

the American Cam Dolan who gets the all important touchdown. And the

Blues are right back in this one. A scrappy one. Smith brought urgency

to it. Anscombe tosses it back to Lee-Lo, managing the off-load. This

is where the urgency comes in through the gain line.

A lovely off-load from Jenkins, only the second time Cam Dolan has had

the ball. He managed to get over the try line.

That has turned the game on its head. They had been threatening,

they have had a lot of possession with no reward before that tried by

Cam Dolan. It will be interesting to see the

territory stats. It has been all Cardiff Blues, everything in the

Edinburgh half. A long time coming. Cardiff Blues got there in the end.

Another two points. They are within three, all to play for, with 16

minutes to go. Just need to keep the foot on the

accelerator, the intensity, Blues. They need to come with a little bit

of line speed and force a turnover, forced the error.

They have slowed it up, it has gone forward. A chance to counter.

When Lee-Lo is on the ball you sensed something will happen.

This is what not to do from a turnover, five men on the outside.

Carrying it straight into contact, slowed the game down. Given the

opportunity for Cardiff Blues. Likely this game will get more loose

as it goes on. A chance to stretch his legs, Fish

on the inside ball. It hasn't gone forward. It is another one, Smith

goes over. The Blues find themselves in front.

For the first time. To be fair to Cardiff Blues they thoroughly

deserved this in the second half, it has been all Cardiff Blues second

half. Pressure after pressure on the Edinburgh defence, something had to

give. A poor kick from Hidalgo-Clyne, Fish spotted it

midfield. He went through the gap, 45 metres. A little bit of luck on

the inside ball. Another easy try. Explosive burst

from Dan Fish who was streaming through the Cardiff Blues. It could

have been easier. However, Smith was on hand for an easy walk in. And

now, these scoreline has changed the conception of the game totally.

Thoroughly deserved, the second half has been all Cardiff Blues. Dan Fish

did well, spotted it. He has gone straight at him, running on the

outside, Dan Fish always likes to take that.

A successful conversion. Anscombe slots over the conversion.

Let us head back to Sean Holley. Disappointing news, out in Zebre, a

Schreiber idea replacement hooker. Since then, the Italian outside-half

has got another. 47-10 which means Zebre will qualify above Treviso for

next year's Champions Cup. That is a drubbing and a half in

northern Italy for Kingsley Jones's men.

All Blues in the second half. They can't afford to give anything away,

they need to keep concentrating in the final 12 minutes.

They have come to life, and put pace on the ball. Their willingness to

play has been rewarded. Hopefully we will see the same in the remaining

12 minutes. Don't need to give any silly

penalties away. Right on that halfway line.

Exactly that. Hidalgo-Clyne digging for it. A slow

ball for Edinburgh. Those Cardiff Blues fans have perked

up in the second half. They won the corresponding fixture

back if every 10-3. -- Back in February.

No room on the far side. Ellis Jenkins again, good defensive work.

Working hard here, the Blues. Good effort by the forwards.

Bradbury spotted a gap. The Edinburgh carriers need to be

careful. Blues trying to get their hands on

the ball. Still, phase after phase for Emma but they are not doing

anything with it. -- Edinburgh.

It could work out extremely well for Cardiff Blues. A great kick from Dan

Fish. No one back there for Edinburgh, a great result for the

visitors. He looked as if he pulled a hamstring there.

A carbon copy of the first half, just Blues going from side to side

not getting forward momentum. Exactly what Edinburgh did for the

last seven phases. They didn't really go anywhere. At the end of

it, the turnover has been forced. They are now 40 metres back from

where they started. Reid about to come on.

An unsung hero for the Blues, Dan Fish.

He is very useful to have around. He can play 15, winger, he has stepped

up at ten where needs be. Tactically he is a very good player, you knows

what to do and when to do it. He will have Matthew Morgan to deal

with next year who will arrive from Bristol.

Lou Reed is coming on. A change from Danny Wilson at second

row. It is the try scorer.

Jamestown is coming off, he has played quite if you minutes for the

Cardiff Blues this season, I am sure he will be happy with his six and a

half minutes of rest until he gets a couple of weeks off.

A second time Cardiff Blues have used that starter, hitting into

midfield, with a return play coming back. Breaking play, let us go back

to Sean. Sam Davies had a great year, players

Player of the Year. Through he went. A lovely pause -- a lovely pass

over. Missing the conversion. Yet another

try for the Ulstermen. Sam Davies creating an impression.

Both Welsh sides will miss out, desperately disappointing there will

be no Welsh percentage than in that top four.

Edinburgh will be going for broke. They have two charts their arm which

they haven't in the second half. Very little possession. Very little

territory as well. An end of season Bill, a scrappy half. Anyone looking

to play a little bit. The off-loads rather than being 70-30 in your

favour, it has been 50-50, not coming off most of the time.

Munster lead 19-12 in Thomond Park, the latest score.

They had a quite couple of weeks, the scholar is. They came back into

it last week, they showed a lot more form last week, their key players

were back, Scott Williams. A tight one for them.

If you are wondering what the break in play is, I would have thought

someone is on a stag weekend having a good time and needless to say the

cameras would be bringing him up. He is wearing very little apart from a

hat. Let us head back to him or news.

There has been an error here. It is gleefully accepted by the

replacement winner who takes Munster to 19-12. If the Blues and the

Ospreys stay the same with Ulster, as it stands, the Blues could finish

with this Scarlett lets in faith and Munster in sixth. -- Scarlets.

That's the table as it stands and all change with all the games

kicking off at the same time. Six minutes to go so who knows?

Scott Andrews on the far side has come on in search of Taufa'ao

Filise. -- instead of. The Blues seem to be under pressure

but it is play on. He gets over the gain line but he was held. That's

the last thing they wanted as it was a nothing penalty really. Those are

the ones in the middle of the park that infuriate the coaching team.

This crappy scrum. He went right and got a bit isolated. He's so big and

hard to move. Unfortunately for the Cardiff Blues they conceded a

penalty and now they have two defender and Edinburgh line-out 30

metres from their try line. There will be defensive work for the

Blues in the final three minutes at Murrayfield. It has been all the

Blues in the second half. We've seen no play at all in their 22.

Desperate not to give anything away. A final flourish from Edinburgh, but

they've won it back. Turnbull did some great work in that tackle area.

The Cardiff Blues need to be careful, not concede any territory.

The kick should have gone out to take another minute of the clop --

clock. If the defence can stand firm and they match up man on man and get

their technique right, hopefully they won't get close enough in

kicking range. Again, they've won a crucial ball. That could be it.

The good work could win them the game. They will be more than happy

with that, the Cardiff Blues. We have about a minute and a half to

go. Who's your man the match? Ellis Jenkins has had a very good game at

the breakdown for the Cardiff Blues. First half, Jason Tovey, but the

stand-up man is the guy you see on your screen, Rey Lee-Lo. He's

probably been the start -- spark for the Cardiff Blues and has created

most of the things that have come through. He's my man of the match

and that is there really deserved. And the Samoan international will

only go from strength to strength next year. Let us be capped on

today's proceedings with Sean. The final nail in the Ospreys

coughing. Not many time you see them concede 40 points, let alone at

home. The Ospreys have scored another try. It lives them back

above Edinburgh in the top eight but no qualification for the Champions

Cup next year. The Blues will finish on seven if they remain at 21-17

with two minutes to go. The Scarlets are the sole

representatives then in the cup. I can't see them getting too far into

the area. They are dropping straight back. They have 50 seconds to play

and they need to make sure they stay on their feet.

Streetwise now in the final minute. If you picked and drives, keep their

discipline and victory will go to the Blues. Williams knows that.

Attacking just around the fringes. It will be a good final effort for

the Blues. It's been a mixed bag of the season, not starting well, but

they had come back strong and they've given away a penalty.

There's still time for Edinburgh to nick this at the death. Edinburgh

need to be quick if they want to put this into touch as there are just

couple of seconds left on the clock. A great touch find from Jason Tovey.

Pressure mounts. What a kick! This is the last chance for Edinburgh. I

can't see the ball going to far away from the driving line-out. What

Newman -- and opportunity. They have the chance to score a try.

The malt is formed. The Blues are trying to drag it down. Edinburgh

had to drive on. It's all or nothing for both sides.

The clock has turned red and it is the final act. The strong man at

number eight. Hidalgo-Clyne and the Blues up very quickly trying to

snuff the attack out. The Cardiff Blues are committing anyone to the

breakdown. Hidalgo-Clyne marshals the troops and orchestrates things.

Driven on here, phase after phase and wave after wave from Edinburgh

but they're not getting anywhere at the moment. This will be it. Fish

bangs it in and it's a memorable victory from the Blues. Two

second-half tries from Dolan and Garyn Smith means they are

successful. It hasn't gone all their way during the course of the season

but they win here and end the season on a high. They finished in

Murrayfield, Edinburgh 17, the Cardiff Blues 21. It is the end in

Edinburgh and the Blues and unlikely victory. Song-macro one of the two

try scorers in the second half getting a victory for them. And in

the Munster game, it is 24-15 with ten minutes to go. It's academic for

the Scarlets because they needed the Ospreys to win if they were to

advance into the semifinals but it hasn't happened. 46-26 the score

there so a big defeat for the Ospreys. And Zebre are winning 47-17

against the Dragons. Glasgow had a red card in the start of the second

half. Lastly, Leinster have coasted to victory against Treviso. 50- life

-- 50-19 is the current score in that one so Leinster finish on top

of the table at the end of the regular season. And the number two

team there are in second place. And the two away semifinalists will be

Glasgow and Ulster as things stand and Ulster will travel to play

Leinster and Glasgow will travel to play Connacht. This Scarlets,

despite their valiant attempts are 24-15 down and they will finish

fifth if things remain as they are which means they are in the

champions spot but not in the semifinals. Munster will bag that

spot. The Blues will finish the season ahead of the Ospreys and

Dragons. You can see the Munster try that has taken them into the lead.

It was from their international number eight. And the number two for

Ireland burrowed them in with his shoulder. But it was kind of

academic because if they were to gain anything from that match they

needed the Ospreys to beat Ulster at the liberty stadium. We talked about

the Ospreys culture and the fact it might be enough to get them through

the game, but Ulster had too much for them. I probably need a change

of glasses. I got it wrong. It's a surprise, the score, but Ulster have

been a strong squad for a while now and maybe a bridge too far for the

Ospreys at the end of the season. Credit to Ulster. They've come

strong and overtaken the Scarlet -- Scarlets. I think we can see another

try from that game. 24-15 remains the score. No, it's from the Ospreys

game. It is 46-26 but it is still ongoing. The result is way beyond

doubt. It means, Martin, the Blues will finish above the Ospreys. Given

the fact the Blues came 10th last season and they have had a period of

flux fraught quite some time, they'll take something from that. I

think it's short-sighted to think you've had a good -- good season

because you've finished above the Ospreys, but it's definitely an

improvement for them. What the Ospreys did in Europe was

sensational. That took a lot out of them post-start of the season. They

will be back next year. World Cup year, I think the league table is

skewed. They will be desperately disappointed to finish below the

Blues, but when everyone is back at the start of next year, we'll see

where everyone lies. For the Blues is definitely a step forward.

Probably the only Welsh region to win in the final weekend of the

season. We talked about Edinburgh dominating and they barely got a

look in. I was surprised the Blues were winning. Edinburgh looked in

total control. The Blues totally dominated territory and possession

and rightfully came up with a win. Can Dolan is thought highly of. Yes.

This was 20 minutes into the second half when it had been all Blues. A

good carry there by Smith. They were battering away but couldn't get over

the line. Treviso have been condemned to the

Challenge Cup next year. Brian O'Driscoll played with a good deal

of confidence this season. Going back to the Blues, I don't know how

much you managed to absorb but it was a bizarre turnaround. Credit to

the Blues. There has been a shift in culture. It shows at crucial times.

When you are down in Scotland it is tough and Edinburgh were chasing the

game. Credit to Danny and them. It's been a relative success. From an

Ospreys point of view, they will be devastated they finished third and

had a poor season by their standard. For Danny and cope, they are looking

up. They have something to hold onto and they've finished strong.

It was a great starting point and they need to click on next year.

Nick Williams was top of the list as well. And Rey Lee-Lo was great

today. Ball in hand, there's no problem. It's without the ball. This

is a good example. You kicked loose to someone like Fish and he will

find the mismatch or day long. A great line by Garyn Smith. He's been

an unsung hero. He's done his work in defence and is a strong and

committed player. They have got a good partnership going together.

When the try was scored, Edinburgh didn't look like getting back into

the game. It goes to show, very dangerous with ball in hand, the

Blues. They can move forward next year. Let us hear from a man whose

celebratory drink will taste sweeter tonight. Danny, well done. Not a bad

way to end the season? I was pleased and we've finished seventh if I've

done my maths right. We've achieved the targets we set ourselves. Credit

to the group of players and our leaders. A real dig in from the

likes of Anscombe and Garyn Smith today. Really pleasing for us. How

pleasing was it the fact that you closed out the game, which you

didn't do last week? The difference was we had a slow start away from

home and we weren't really looking like we could do the job. Then we

came out and showed fight and the conviction to go out and win a game

of rugby. They've finished strongly. Disappointingly perhaps couldn't

have nicked it last week. What would you say about the season as a whole?

We've put platforms in place and picked up three away wins now. We've

had a good home record, we've climbed the league 27 so there are a

number of things we've done that sets a to build on. In Italy, do you

think what might have been? Probably the Treviso game. We couldn't finish

at we will look back at that one. Tight wins we've had as well and we

will tap ourselves on our back for some performances. Had a good

summer. Thank you. We were talking about how they've evolved this

season and Danny Wilson and I guess the critical thing is continuity.

We've seen implement before when they have started to reach a

promising place. Critical to enact his vision. Not an easy job for

Danny. They had to go to all the Irish provinces away from home. He's

guided them through nicely. The expectation of this first season,

he's reached. As Martin says, with the capital region, expectations

will improve and more signings will come in. Finishing above seventh

last -- next year and in the Champions Cup? Because that's where

you need to be. How will they respond and bounce back? Next year

will be really interesting and no World Cup on the back of New Zealand

tours. Like Sean says, when you look at the mix of the teams and the

Scarlets backline next year, that's mouthwatering. The Blues will be

stronger so it is fascinating. Danny Wilson has done a brilliant job

going from five wins last year to 11 this year with predominantly the

same group of players. A fantastic job. The first time the Ospreys

won't be dining at the European table. Isn't that a travesty? You

look at the type of things they may be facing, Gloucester and Bath and

teams quite close geographically who provide travelling support. The

money is the same so it's a tournament they could win. In terms

of getting back into a groove, you might not be bad for them? That's

one way of looking at it. As an aspiring coach, you want to be in

the top competition. They are used to dining at the big table and

attracting signings for the following year. For recruitment,

it's huge. To recruit the best you need to be in the top tournaments.

They had to take it on the chin. And they have strong need to ship so I

have every confidence they will bounce back. Put it into confidence

-- perspective, if you can. You've mentioned the fact it's World Cup

year. And they've had key injuries. Put it into context. They had a

really bad start in the World Cup. They were chasing the top six ever

since and haven't quite managed to get it out. We know they have the

core of Dan Biggar and other world-class players. When they are

on the part they can beat anyone. And they've found young players this

year so that's a bonus. They will regroup and come back stronger next

year. What Sean touched upon is critical.

When you are used to being at the top end, it is hard. I am sure

they're focused next year will be to get in the top six and the tops for

to make sure they're in the Challenge Cup for the next season.

Four of the six games are now at full-time. The Blues won and the

Ospreys and also score is 26-4 to six adults comfortably. The Dragons

score is 47-22 and victory for Zebre confirming their place in the

Champions Cup next year. And Leinster, Treviso was 50-19 which

means Treviso will not compete at Europe's top table next year. The

other to date -- games are still going and we will bring you the

scores as soon as we get them. But let us look back at the Ospreys

against Ulster. Wonderful attacking option. Man of

the match against the Blues last weekend is a metre short. First

blood to the Ospreys! The half-backs in tandem. There are plenty of

options here. This is Henderson, the flanker. A great drive from the

blindside flanker. Plenty of room and the inside pass and they are

level. Smith out to Dan Biggar. He decides

to go on his own and just about reaches the try line. The second try

for the Ospreys. A little chip kick into the box and

Trimble is their outside his own 22. Fortune favours the brave! A great

drive for the international winger. -- try. The all-important fourth try

is what they are after. Gilroy is about a metre out. I think the

Ospreys might have stolen it and recycled the ball back on their own

try line. Can they clear? Rhys Webb holds the ball and looks for the

options. One of the Irish flankers and has reached out. Do you know

what? I think that is a try. It could be the all-important score and

that's exactly what they came for. The bonus point is theirs.

That's what happened at the liberty stadium. And Munster Scarlets is

full-time and 31-15 was the final score to Munster.

The inside centre scored the final try. Ultimately, it was a fairly

comprehensive defeat for Scarlets and Munster are in the European

Champions Cup next season. Like the Ospreys, they were in danger of

dropping out of it for the first time so it's good news for their

fans. Let as reflect on the Scarlets season then. We talked about it

being a disappointment if they didn't qualify for the semis. As a

fan and disappointed the season has finished and they should be in the

semifinal. It was a strange one. Once they beat the Ospreys, they

thought everything else would come is illegal. As a young team they

would have learnt a lot about keeping going to the end. The league

is so tight. Looking at their backline next year, Scott Williams

fit and Davis coming back. I still think they need to recruit a front

and get real big ball-carriers in the front five really. They were

poor in Europe so they have to be competitive there. The only Welsh

team in the Champions Cup, but it is ultimately they haven't got into the

semifinals. And Glasgow have been in the play-offs for five consecutive

years. They didn't make it through and then they got a final and lost

it and then they got to a final and won it. You have to be used to being

at the big occasions and get used to winning them. Is it indicative of

where they are now. Not quite a champion team? A couple of years ago

they made the play-offs and lost in the semifinal but there's been no

constituency. The Blues in recent years... No Welsh team is

challenging for silver ware. The Scarlets last silverware was in

2003-2004 so it's a long time for support is who have a proud heritage

over the years and the Ospreys will have to bounce back.

I think we need to see that come through. The Scarlets recruited well

and the Blues have strengthened so next year should be more of a

challenge out of World Cup year. And it brings a competitive edge in at

the end of competitions. The Scarlets players will be devastated.

They desperately would have wanted to go to the semifinals. They were

top for a long part of the season. The home semifinals will be

difficult to beat. There's nothing worse than your season petering out

like it has for the Scarlets. Trying to back up after the big win against

the Ospreys, you have two back it up at home and they failed to do that.

I think there are no excuses any more. Have other regions improved? I

don't think they have. You always give someone the benefit of the

doubt in World Cup year, but next year is key. Thank you. I can
