currently second, just have to keep on winning. And they are heading to

I am delighted to say this evening I am not only joined by a Robert

Jones but also Sam Warburton. Welcome. Thank you. We will talk

Steve, tell us about the philosophy of Steve Tandy when it comes to

rugby. What can we expect in terms of style from the Ospreys? We are

going to be quite correct and we have got a game plan. For me, it is

about the same as in defence. We will be very physical in the

breakdown. What about going forward in this tour and beyond? We are not

going to change everything at this moment in time. We have sat down

and had a lot of discussions and we will do so for next season. A lot

ranks, so how important is it for personal development? It is very
