Just be glad to be # Good evening. What the date it has

already been in the Betway UK Championship the Barbican Centre in

York. This afternoon Neil Robertson, the cool, classy Australian knocked

in a maximum break, the first ever in a UK final. His opponent,

China's Liang Wenbo, one of the game's extroverts and enthusiasts

has not wilted under the pressure and if anything it has fired him up.

Many people put tonight would be a foregone conclusion. It's not, hold

tight, there could be a few twists and turns coming your way this

evening. COMMENTATOR: He's got nothing to

lose today, he is the underdog, who knows what could happen?

That's a delicate shot he's played, what a pot that is. Fully

stretched. Great effort. The only chance he has of winning this match

is if he can take these chances in one visit. Absolutely brilliant from

Liang Wenbo. This is the proper way to respond. The standard in this

final is starting to get better and better. Neil Robertson will be

managers and friends around and gradually the number significantly

gets reduced. At first I was a bit like, wow, there is never the left

now, it's just me. I'm used to it now and it doesn't faze me. The UK

Championship is a big tournament, second ranking tournament. This time

it's just hotel, dinner, practice. You know, this is it, this is the

last push, you are just doing everything you can to get rid --

ready for the moment. I don't want to talk, I just want to concentrate

on playing the game. You are here now, what down the

frame to keep himself in this match tonight. We were blessed with that

wonderful 147 break as well. When Liang Wenbo left the arena you would

think he had just won a match at his reaction to winning the last frame

to keep himself right in it. Red immediately to the left of the black

is put out of commission. Neil Robertson immediately... What a

fluke. I think he played to free up the black, but it was a bonus.

Unluckily he has not dropped nicely on a colour. What a fluke that was

to start off the evening session. It is just too thin a cut on the

brown. Here we go. It freed up the black as well. I'm a little bit

surprised Neil didn't take the brown on. OK, he may be thought middle

pocket, possibly in-off. He's got to be careful here if he plays that

escape, if he hits the red to the right of the pink he will leave the

one onto the middle pocket. That is what he is concerned with. He would

have to be very precise to slip past that red that I mentioned. But I

think there is precious little else available unless he went off to what

precautions to get into the back of the reds -- unless he went off two

or three cautions. I don't know if you can get enough side to come off

two cushions. He's playing for the one behind the black. Is it going to

reach? Not quite. He will play the shot again. The line I had up, if he

didn't get it right, he would leave the red to the left middle pocket.

Just a slight readjustment. It was a good line, at least. He

would have to hit it just a touch harder. He will have to be careful.

If he goes by the red he could still leave the red to the left centre.

That's the sort of line he was after. The first time he had the

right line. Good shot and he's covered the red

to the left centre as well. The longest frame of the match was

the opening frame. It was quite tactical, simply because of the way
