German police are looking for up to seven Syrian and Iraqi men

after the New Year's Eve terror alert in Munich.

They say they received "concrete" information that extremists

from so-called Islamic State were planning attacks

New guidance on safe drinking levels, expected to include

recommending no alcohol at least two days a week.

A gunman has opened fire at a restaurant in Israel,

killing two people and wounding several others.

Hundreds of police are searching the area in Tel Aviv

but detectives say the motive for the attack is unclear.

Video cameras captured the moment of the shooting, the killer calmly

raising his weapon and opening fire. In an area of Tel Aviv filled with

packed bars and cafes, it was a terrifying moment. And I hid myself

under the bar, and I heard and I waited until it finished. But it was

gunman escaped on foot and a huge manhunt began. The security forces

suspect, deepening suspicions that this attack was linked to a recent

increase in tension in the long-running dispute between Israel

Firefighters in Dubai have spent the day dousing a blaze

which engulfed a 63-storey skyscraper last night.

At least 15 people were injured, although none of them

seriously, at the Address Downtown hotel.

letters in support of a bishop under investigation over allegations
