Good evening. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of

attempted murder after a 28-year-old man was stabbed in North Belfast

this morning. A local councillor says the incident has caused concern

in the local community. Kevin Sharkey reports. Glenbryn Park this

Hours after an incident which left a man in hospital and another in

police custody. The exact details of what happened or not clear but it

happened this morning and the victim was stabbed in the chest. He was

taken to hospital and is life is not in danger. A city councillor says

the community is concerned. We are working to regenerate the area. We

do not want any bad news stories. Every time an knife is pulled you

are risking death and risking long prison sentences. It is both carrot

and stick, the police had to be out there and searching, but the dangers

and education needs to be out there as well. Police are still trying to

find out more about what led to the stabbing and want to hear from

anyone in the area at the time. Two men in their twenties have been

arrested in Strabane in connection with an armed robbery in the

Republic of Ireland on Friday night. It happened at a bookmakers in

Ballybofey in County Donegal. The arrests followed a major police

operation in Strabane today. Over 100 people have attended a

candle-lit vigil in north Belfast to mark the 25th anniversary of the

murder of Pat Finucane. The event took place on the Antrim Road close

to the Finucane family home where the Belfast solicitor was shot dead

in front of his wife and children. In 2012, the family rejected a

review by Sir Desmond de Silva which found that agents of the state were

involved in the killing. They continue to call for a full public

inquiry into the murder. Every significant landmark in our

campaign, have all added further weight and momentum to what I think

is an inevitable outcome, which is a full and public enquiry because I

think people realise that the full truth about the murder has not been

told and the British Government promised to have that enquiry and we

want them to live up to that promise. A call for the Prime

Minister to meet the Ballymurphy families has been backed by the

Shadow Secretary of State. Eleven people were killed in Ballymurphy by

soldiers from The Parachute Regiment in August 1971. Ivan Lewis told

Sunday Politics he's due to meet the relatives himself in Belfast this

week. There are questions to answer, I will certainly be meeting with

them, engaging with them, and clarifying what our position is on

the nature of any enquiry. But, of course, if they have requested a

meeting with the Prime Minister, of course he should meet them. MPs in

Westminster are to vote tomorrow, on legislation to ban smoking in cars

carrying children. The proposal has already been passed by the House of

Lords. Any ban would only apply in England initially, but Northern

Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke is calling on the Assembly to take

action as well. There was disappointment at the Winter

Olympics on the slopes in Sochi this morning, for local snowboarder Aimee

Fuller. The 21-year-old from Bangor was competing for a place in the

Slopestyle finals. But despite high hopes, she failed to land her double

back-flip for the second time and missed out. I am smiling,

unfortunately I didn't land. Like I said in the first run, I thought I

might as well put all my cards on the table and go for it. If I had

gone down, we would have been on the money. But it is a great experience,

the first time I have competed in the Olympics. A building block for

the next one. Now, just time for a look at what's happening on the

weather front for the coming weeks. Barra Best has the details.

It is turning chilly. It will be a frosty night. There may even be ice.

There is a weather warning for ice in untreated areas as temperatures

fall to freezing and below. Most towns and cities should stay above

freezing, but it will be colder in the countryside. Some of the wet

weather in the West tomorrow could be falling as wintry weather on high

ground. For Monday, not a bad day, plenty of dry and bright weather,

but it will be cold. Tomorrow morning will be unsettled with rain

pushing east words and some of it will fall as wintry weather but it

will clear the coast by lunchtime. Elsewhere across Ireland it will be

dry and bright for many places with sunshine. Elsewhere, showery rain

stretching from Scotland into the north-west of England and Wales,

some showers for the East of England, but in between it will be

largely dry and it will brighten up later. If you're out and about back

home tomorrow, you will not need the umbrella, it will be dry and bright

and sunny, but quite cold. For a while tomorrow evening, a frost will

develop because of clear skies, but eventually we will see a weather

front move in and into Tuesday it will bring stronger winds and rain,

but most of the rain will clear Ireland by Tuesday morning,

eventually pushing across Britain and it will clear later in the day.

Behind it, it will turn quite chilly. Some of the stuff we see

falling out of the sky on Tuesday will fall as sleet and snow will

especially on high ground. There could be some snow as well. It would

be a bitterly cold day. For the rest of the week, it will stay cold. We
