firepower in military exercises. That is all from the BBC News at | :00:00. | :00:00.
six. It Good evening. The headlines on BBC | :00:00. | :00:20.
Newsline. Tough new hurdles to jump if you want a mortgage. | :00:21. | :00:27.
They are asking me how I went out. How much I spent, how often I went | :00:28. | :00:32.
out. I thought why did they need to know that? The police | :00:33. | :00:39.
investigator... A deal has been tabled to buy Northern Ireland's | :00:40. | :00:42.
biggest entertainment venue, the Odyssey Pavilion. | :00:43. | :00:46.
The County Down family played by dozen's of rats. | :00:47. | :00:58.
Can Khan -- can Dr Cancer -- Brendan Rodgers lead Liverpool to the title? | :00:59. | :01:02.
Overall there should be more dry and wet. I will be back with a full | :01:03. | :01:04.
forecast. New tougher rules are being | :01:05. | :01:14.
introduced to try to stop the kind of lending that contributed to the | :01:15. | :01:18.
recent financial crisis. It a move that could affect thousands of | :01:19. | :01:21.
people here trying to secure a mortgage. From midnight, you are -- | :01:22. | :01:25.
your lifestyle will influence the chance of you getting a home loan, | :01:26. | :01:30.
with questions being asked about spending habits. With the details | :01:31. | :01:35.
BBC Newsline's Mark Simpson reports. Can you really afford a mortgage? Be | :01:36. | :01:40.
prepared to be asked about how much you spend on childcare, transport, | :01:41. | :01:46.
holidays, what about gambling, gym, toy tris? And even milk deliveries | :01:47. | :01:49.
and haircuts. These are the questions which | :01:50. | :01:54.
according to the new rules mortgage providers should ask, but how much | :01:55. | :01:58.
of a change will it be? What they are looking at now is what you can | :01:59. | :02:04.
afford in two years from now, it used for very much up until now it | :02:05. | :02:12.
is what are your outgoings, now they like at what they might be and they | :02:13. | :02:16.
will add a bit on for if the interest rates rise, that is what | :02:17. | :02:21.
they will look at, can you still afford the mortgage if two or three | :02:22. | :02:25.
times. It Is part of the mortgage market review. It's a legacy of the | :02:26. | :02:30.
credit crunch and the idea is to try to ensure there isn't another | :02:31. | :02:33.
financial crisis. Because of the last crisis, lenders | :02:34. | :02:37.
are already asking a lot more questions than they used to, and | :02:38. | :02:44.
that is without the new rules. Jade recently went to a bank to try | :02:45. | :02:48.
to get her first mortgage, she says that rather than an interview, it | :02:49. | :02:54.
ended up being more like an interrogation They were asking me | :02:55. | :02:57.
how I went out. How often I went out, how much I spent, and I thought | :02:58. | :03:02.
why did they need to know my personal details, But they wanted to | :03:03. | :03:08.
know more Gym member sip. Cinema, how much I spent on food, you know. | :03:09. | :03:12.
And if I had any like commitments, if I wept out with friends and | :03:13. | :03:15.
stuff, and cinema, and if I entertained at home, buying stakes | :03:16. | :03:21.
and stuff. It was crazy, they wanted to know ins and outs. Those who work | :03:22. | :03:25.
in the mortgage business are worried about long delays and fewer loans. | :03:26. | :03:31.
But the new system isn't all bad news. The positive impact is it will | :03:32. | :03:36.
ensure appropriate lending. That people are only borrowing what they | :03:37. | :03:41.
can afford to pay back. That means beg -- being prepared to answer more | :03:42. | :03:45.
questions, and if necessary, to make cut backs. | :03:46. | :03:51.
Our economics and business editor is with me. Remind us why has the | :03:52. | :03:55.
Government brought in these rules? We can hardly forget the enormous | :03:56. | :03:59.
housing bubble and crash we had here, which caused misery to | :04:00. | :04:02.
thousands of people, and continues to cause misery to people, so this | :04:03. | :04:06.
is be lately the regulator saying we need to do something about this to | :04:07. | :04:10.
stop it happening again. It wouldn't be a good idea if we went to the | :04:11. | :04:14.
lenders and banks and said you need to be more responsible about | :04:15. | :04:17.
assessing whether or not people can afford mortgage, and the regulator, | :04:18. | :04:23.
the FCA is scathing about some of what went on in 2007, 2008, that | :04:24. | :04:27.
period. But they were saying learneds were coming into the market | :04:28. | :04:31.
with the expectation that the full expectation that people wouldn't be | :04:32. | :04:35.
able to afford the mortgages they got and what, those rogue lensed | :04:36. | :04:43.
were doing, they were saying we don't care, we can repossess if they | :04:44. | :04:48.
can't pay them. That sound like a mad business model, which it was. | :04:49. | :04:53.
But the lenders were saying we can repose sez, sell on, we might make a | :04:54. | :04:57.
profit. What the reforms are about is driving out that reckless and | :04:58. | :05:03.
irresponsible lending. So, new yes, new hurdles to jump, in particular | :05:04. | :05:07.
first time buyer, how will it impact on them? I think probably the impact | :05:08. | :05:12.
on first-time buyers will be the least, we saw the lenders are asking | :05:13. | :05:16.
these question, so if you are in the market at the moment trying to get | :05:17. | :05:19.
your first mortgage you will have been used to getting these | :05:20. | :05:22.
questions. It is probably for people who are remortgaging, they are going | :05:23. | :05:25.
to now face questions they didn't face in the past, the banks will be | :05:26. | :05:32.
asking to see three months worth of salary slip, maybe a look at your P | :05:33. | :05:37.
60. That will feel more intrusive. So everybody will feel this. Thank | :05:38. | :05:40.
you. The police are appealing for | :05:41. | :05:45.
witnesses to a hate crime in South Belfast yesterday. When a | :05:46. | :05:48.
23-year-old man was stabbed. He was attacked as he walked into Fane | :05:49. | :05:52.
Street off the Lisburn Road round 10.30 in the morning. Two men in | :05:53. | :05:56.
their 20s shouted racist abuse, one of them stabbed the victim in the | :05:57. | :06:01.
leg with a small knife. The police in North Belfast are | :06:02. | :06:06.
investigating a pipebomb attack as a house on Carlisle ask square late | :06:07. | :06:11.
last night. It's the second time it has been hit. -- Square. Minor | :06:12. | :06:16.
damage but this was a serious attack. The explosion went off just | :06:17. | :06:21.
before 11 o'clock last night, lighting up the front rooms of | :06:22. | :06:25.
houses opposite, and filling the alleyway with thick smoke. Police | :06:26. | :06:29.
believe it was a pipebomb. It is the second time the house has been | :06:30. | :06:34.
targeted, this is August last year, when another bomb exploded after | :06:35. | :06:38.
being posted through the letter box. Neighbours hoped then the attack was | :06:39. | :06:43.
a one off. Now, after last night's explosion, they are asking what | :06:44. | :06:47.
next? I have been speaking to people who live here, they tell me they | :06:48. | :06:50.
were shocked by the explosion, which was strong enough to rattle the | :06:51. | :06:55.
windows of houses two streets away. One woman said she fears for her | :06:56. | :06:59.
safety after this latest attack, another man told me he is caring for | :07:00. | :07:03.
his wife, currently, who has cancer, she has not been able to sleep since | :07:04. | :07:08.
it happened. Police say this wasn't a hate crime, or a race related | :07:09. | :07:12.
attack, they are trying to work out a motive and are calling for | :07:13. | :07:15.
witnesses to come forward with any information. The man, in his 20s, | :07:16. | :07:19.
who lives at the house wasn't injured in the explosion, but he has | :07:20. | :07:27.
been left badly shaken. There is a lot more to come this | :07:28. | :07:32.
evening, including why electricity pylons in the republic is a top | :07:33. | :07:36.
issue in next month's local and European elections. | :07:37. | :07:46.
Our children's inheritance has gone. A deal has been tabled to buy | :07:47. | :07:52.
Northern Ireland's biggest entertainment -- venue the Odyssey | :07:53. | :07:56.
Pavilion in Belfast. The buyers are the cinema operators Omniplex so say | :07:57. | :08:01.
they would make it less geared towards bars and nightclubs. Here is | :08:02. | :08:07.
our business correspondent. The pavilion part of the odyssey has | :08:08. | :08:12.
a sale tag of ?10 million. This offer from Omniplex is believed to | :08:13. | :08:17.
fall short of that. But the company is also willing to commit | :08:18. | :08:22.
much-needed funds for refurbishment. The family owned Irish firm operates | :08:23. | :08:27.
cinemas on both sides of the board e and in Northern Ireland is on | :08:28. | :08:31.
something of an investment splurge which could involve a prime piece of | :08:32. | :08:37.
Belfast real estate. . Want to ir-I have rate. We are not going in to | :08:38. | :08:41.
sit round, we want to make a move on it and make it work, it is a | :08:42. | :08:46.
destination that started off as a destination for people of Belfast | :08:47. | :08:50.
and people beyond Belfast even, and we really want to ignite that again | :08:51. | :08:55.
and get stuck into it and get it working. The Odyssey Pavilion has | :08:56. | :08:59.
been up for sale for two years but its problems stretch back even | :09:00. | :09:04.
further. In 2010 it was placed into administration, the bank stepped in | :09:05. | :09:08.
and took control because of financial problems unGeoffing its | :09:09. | :09:11.
original developer. The Pavilion with bars and clubs is a popular | :09:12. | :09:16.
nighs spot, but it has had its share of negative headlines. | :09:17. | :09:20.
The Omniplex saying it would change things We are not in this business | :09:21. | :09:26.
of nightclub, and we are not in the business of 2am you know at the end | :09:27. | :09:29.
of the street, that is not us, we want to achieve a family friendly | :09:30. | :09:34.
environment. But this requires an important signatory, the Odyssey | :09:35. | :09:38.
Trust, the board that manages the complex has yet to agree to it. A | :09:39. | :09:42.
statement said the trust continues to monitor the sales process, it is | :09:43. | :09:47.
most concerned this important element of the Odyssey is | :09:48. | :09:52.
regenerated as soon as possible. The Odyssey Trust is due to consider | :09:53. | :09:56.
the offer next month. Only then will it be known if the Odyssey's long | :09:57. | :10:06.
search for a buyer is finally over. A 50-year-old Prison Officer has | :10:07. | :10:09.
been released op bail after she was arrested on suspicion of possessing | :10:10. | :10:15.
an supplying Class A and B drugs at Maghaberry jail. She was detain on | :10:16. | :10:18.
Monday and released pending further inquiries. | :10:19. | :10:22.
The union NIPSA is threatening industrial action as Belfast City | :10:23. | :10:27.
Council votes to outsource its leisure service, a committee | :10:28. | :10:30.
rubber-stamped the proposal. The union has warned round 300 jobs | :10:31. | :10:35.
could be affected if the full council agrees to change when it | :10:36. | :10:38.
meets next month. A car belonging to two missing Dublin men has been | :10:39. | :10:42.
takenia I for forensic examination after it was found abandoned near | :10:43. | :10:49.
mall gash. Eoin O'Connor and Anthiny Keegan disappeared on Tuesday. Garda | :10:50. | :10:54.
divers are searching a lake in Westmeath that is part of a search | :10:55. | :11:05.
to find them. A County Down family who have been | :11:06. | :11:10.
played by an infestation of rats say they are at their wit's end. They | :11:11. | :11:14.
have told Newsline some of them are the size of small dogs. The couple | :11:15. | :11:19.
and their four children were aleathered to the rodents by sounds | :11:20. | :11:23.
in the attack between the joists of the ceilings. There are pictures of | :11:24. | :11:30.
the vermin in our next report. Nobody wants a rat in their house, | :11:31. | :11:37.
this family have had nearly 60 since their infestation problem began four | :11:38. | :11:40.
years ago. It got to the point where I said get | :11:41. | :11:47.
a torch. Go up to the loft and a rat, or my opinion chur dog. And | :11:48. | :11:53.
several more since then Yes, I have caught 59 to date. Yesterday was the | :11:54. | :11:58.
last one. That was the 59th. Used the poisoned for a while. I found | :11:59. | :12:02.
they were in the cavity, the house was since ing, you are talking two | :12:03. | :12:08.
weeks longer and blue bottle, the place was infested. So last resort I | :12:09. | :12:12.
took a hammer to the cavities in the bathroom and was able to extract two | :12:13. | :12:17.
rats from there, dead one, nothing seems to work. Constantly trapping | :12:18. | :12:21.
them. Even the family's dog has done her bit but still the problem | :12:22. | :12:27.
persists. Despite extensive searches round | :12:28. | :12:30.
this garden area, no obvious rat holes have been found, so so far the | :12:31. | :12:36.
main suspect in all of this is this extension to the house marked by | :12:37. | :12:39.
this line from there to the front. This was built over ten years ago, | :12:40. | :12:44.
on top of the existing sewer manhole covers, and it is thought that | :12:45. | :12:49.
perhaps that is how they are getting in accessing the cavity walls of the | :12:50. | :12:56.
house, and going up into the attic. The housing executive has been out | :12:57. | :12:59.
to take a look at the problem. In a statement the executive says: The | :13:00. | :13:06.
statement goes on: An environmental health expert is | :13:07. | :13:17.
due to visit the home next week. As the search for an answer to this | :13:18. | :13:21.
rodent problem goes on, all the family can do is to continue laying | :13:22. | :13:28.
traps. Still to come on the programme: A special look at | :13:29. | :13:32.
Carnlough's Brendan Rodgers as his Liverpool team edge closer towards | :13:33. | :13:34.
winning the Premiership title. There have been warnings recently of | :13:35. | :13:43.
possible electricity blackouts unless the north-south | :13:44. | :13:47.
interconnector is built. The Republic's energy company, Eirgrid, | :13:48. | :13:50.
has yet to seek planning permission for the development. But as our | :13:51. | :13:57.
Dublin correspondent Shane Harrison reports, the issue of overground | :13:58. | :13:59.
pylons versus underground cabling has become an issue that is | :14:00. | :14:02.
featuring in next month's local and European elections. | :14:03. | :14:12.
This electricity pylon overlooks several houses. The nearest is 50 | :14:13. | :14:21.
metres away. It overhead wires can carry 400,000 volts of electricity. | :14:22. | :14:25.
The homeowners, Paul and Mike Sheridan, both keen gardeners, say | :14:26. | :14:29.
the proposed north-south interconnector will double that | :14:30. | :14:33.
capacity. Paula, who regularly monitors the pylon, says it is a | :14:34. | :14:38.
monstrous tombstone hanging over their home. What price of we paid | :14:39. | :14:43.
for electricity? Our house is worthless. Our health has been | :14:44. | :14:47.
destroyed. Our children's inheritances gone. Nobody has | :14:48. | :14:53.
considered that in the equation. What price of we paid? Paula was | :14:54. | :14:58.
treated for cancer last year, and her husband three years ago. And | :14:59. | :15:03.
while they accept it cannot be proven that the pylon caused their | :15:04. | :15:09.
illnesses, they believe it did. Those opposed to overhead cables say | :15:10. | :15:15.
that pylons are ugly and ruin the landscape, lower property prices and | :15:16. | :15:18.
health risk. The Irish government disagrees about health. Expert | :15:19. | :15:24.
advice internationally and nationally asserts that there is no | :15:25. | :15:30.
reason to be concerned in terms of the health risk. And that advice | :15:31. | :15:35.
comes from the World Health Organisation. It is a fairly | :15:36. | :15:39.
fantastic proposition to allege that any government or any state agency | :15:40. | :15:48.
would engage in infrastructure that posed a health risk to people. The | :15:49. | :15:53.
overhead /underground argument will go to the planning process. The | :15:54. | :15:57.
Government says that going Underground would put 3% on | :15:58. | :16:00.
electricity bills for the next 50 years. But those opposed to pylons | :16:01. | :16:08.
and see the issue differently. We've estimated using detailed research | :16:09. | :16:11.
that we believe the total cost of the average bill payer of | :16:12. | :16:16.
underground will be less than 70 cents per month, 50p. The need for | :16:17. | :16:24.
more electricity is not in doubt, but the issue is, what price | :16:25. | :16:29.
progress? Next to the eclectic mix of music and dance of the Pan Celtic | :16:30. | :16:32.
Festival being held in Londonderry. People have been packing the streets | :16:33. | :16:37.
all week to be entertained. To tell us more, here's our north-west | :16:38. | :16:38.
reporter, Keiron Tourish. There was a distinctly Celtic | :16:39. | :16:57.
feeling in the square as a host of nations showcased their unique | :16:58. | :17:01.
cultural offering. Around 50 dancers and musicians from Brittany and | :17:02. | :17:04.
France are here taking part in this festival. We are traditional group | :17:05. | :17:11.
of Antony, and we are here to celebrate the festival. We wear the | :17:12. | :17:21.
traditional costume of Brittany. We want to preserve the culture show | :17:22. | :17:23.
the festival our culture. Now in its 43rd year, the Pan Celtic | :17:24. | :17:39.
Festival has welcomed visitors from Scotland, Wales, Cornwall and the | :17:40. | :17:43.
Isle of Man as well as home-grown talent. Lovely atmosphere. The | :17:44. | :17:51.
weather helps. It does your heart good. It is great to have all of the | :17:52. | :17:58.
Celtic nations here so that we can appreciate their music as well as | :17:59. | :18:05.
our own. The Pan Celtic festival is part of the year-long programme | :18:06. | :18:09.
called music city 2014, a legacy event after UK City of Culture year. | :18:10. | :18:18.
As well as giving people a wonderful spectacle of culture, dance and | :18:19. | :18:21.
attainment, it encourages visitors to our city and gives citizens | :18:22. | :18:24.
something to go out and enjoy, so it is a big event for Derry. | :18:25. | :18:31.
Well, the weather has been magnificent all week, and many | :18:32. | :18:36.
people will be hoping that that continues, as the music will, over | :18:37. | :18:41.
the next few days. It will be mellow, and lively, too. | :18:42. | :18:49.
Good stuff. Last night we heard from some Liverpool legends backing | :18:50. | :18:51.
Carnlough's Brendan Rodgers to lead the club to league success. This | :18:52. | :18:54.
evening we hear from the man himself. Stephen Watson tell us | :18:55. | :18:59.
more. It's been almost a quarter of a century since Liverpool football | :19:00. | :19:02.
club won the English League title. On Sunday, Brendan Rodgers will try | :19:03. | :19:06.
and take a huge step closer to Premier League success. Standing in | :19:07. | :19:09.
his way one of the world's top managers, who Rodgers knows very | :19:10. | :19:14.
well. Jose Mourinho gave the County Antrim man his big break in | :19:15. | :19:19.
management. Now the pair go head-to-head. Nial Foster reports. | :19:20. | :19:27.
Alan Hansen, lead Championship whenever the eighth time, fantastic | :19:28. | :19:31.
record. These scenes used to be a common sight for Liverpool fans, but | :19:32. | :19:35.
24 years on, the wait is almost over. We want to win, of course. We | :19:36. | :19:44.
are in a brilliant position. But the focus is only on Chelsea. And that | :19:45. | :19:52.
is a big game for us. After that, we will get hopefully over that hurdle. | :19:53. | :19:57.
As long as we get over it, that is important. And then we will take the | :19:58. | :20:01.
next one. We must enjoy it. We are not going to not enjoy it. As for | :20:02. | :20:07.
his old mental, what credit to see gift of the Liverpool manager? | :20:08. | :20:17.
He is one of the responsible is when things go wrong. So if the strain is | :20:18. | :20:27.
starting to show at Stamford Ridge, there is nothing to lose a | :20:28. | :20:32.
downfield. I think the pressure is on Manchester City or Chelsea, you | :20:33. | :20:35.
spend that money and you expect to win the league. I don't think there | :20:36. | :20:40.
is pressure on ourselves, only what we have from within. All players are | :20:41. | :20:46.
really enjoying their football. I am enjoying being at the top of the | :20:47. | :20:50.
league. It is absolutely wonderful. There is no pressure with it. People | :20:51. | :20:56.
say, you must not sleep at night, and I haven't slept better. It is | :20:57. | :21:05.
absolutely great. It is why we work. Rodgers can sleep, and the fans can | :21:06. | :21:10.
dream. There won't be too much sleep if | :21:11. | :21:13.
they win it! Cliftonville will be presented with the League title | :21:14. | :21:16.
tomorrow at Solitude following the game against Crusaders. Today, | :21:17. | :21:18.
though, the club's record-breaking striker received an individual | :21:19. | :21:21.
honour - rather reluctantly. Thomas Kane was at Belfast City Hall to see | :21:22. | :21:24.
Joe Gormley named Ulster footballer of the year. Thank you very much. | :21:25. | :21:38.
Joe Gormley prefers to do his talking on the pitch. His strike | :21:39. | :21:41.
partner became his spokesperson for the day. Getting him to speak for | :21:42. | :21:49.
his acceptance speech, which was only a thank you, was an achievement | :21:50. | :21:55.
in itself. Obviously a lot of people want to know what you think, because | :21:56. | :22:01.
you are playing football. There is a lot of attention around the game. | :22:02. | :22:08.
For him, it is a bit longer than anyone else, but it takes awhile get | :22:09. | :22:14.
used to it. He is out of contract this summer, and has set his sights | :22:15. | :22:18.
on full-time football. For the last two years, we want to have quality | :22:19. | :22:26.
on the pitch, so hopefully someone can realise it and take a shot at | :22:27. | :22:30.
me. As Cliftonville get ready for their championship party, they will | :22:31. | :22:36.
be bidding farewell to their most successful manager ever. There is no | :22:37. | :22:44.
question that we will be sad to say goodbye to David Jefferies. He is an | :22:45. | :22:49.
outstanding motivator. Tomorrow will be an emotional day. I wish it could | :22:50. | :22:57.
have been longer. David Jefferies' success with the former | :22:58. | :23:00.
international is said to be installed in the post next week. | :23:01. | :23:05.
Tributes have been paid to one of Glasgow Rangers' greatest ever | :23:06. | :23:10.
players, who's died. Sandy Jardine, who played over 600 times for the | :23:11. | :23:13.
club, lost his battle with cancer aged 65. He was part of the club's | :23:14. | :23:17.
European triumph in 1972, and also played 35 times for his country. | :23:18. | :23:20.
Here, local fans have been remembering a Rangers legend. | :23:21. | :23:24.
Derry's Gaelic footballers will try and land some silverware this | :23:25. | :23:29.
weekend. On Sunday they play Dublin in the Division One final of the | :23:30. | :23:32.
National League at Croke Park. But according to one of Derry's star | :23:33. | :23:35.
players, it's a different trophy they'd really like to win this year. | :23:36. | :23:41.
We beat Dublin earlier in the year, yes, but beating them here on | :23:42. | :23:49.
national final day is part of what we want to do. We are all about | :23:50. | :23:53.
improving, and so far this year we have improved, but the championship | :23:54. | :23:57.
is the main aim, as it is for many teams. There are no easy games, and | :23:58. | :24:04.
we have a very hot date with Donegal at the end of May, so we are all | :24:05. | :24:11.
gearing towards that. There is no better preparation than playing | :24:12. | :24:18.
division one. Finally tonight, it is the start of | :24:19. | :24:22.
the local road racing season tomorrow. All motorcycling fans will | :24:23. | :24:30.
be hoping for some dry weather. So are we. Here is Cecilia with the | :24:31. | :24:32.
forecast. It has a bit of bit of -- it has | :24:33. | :24:47.
been a bit of a strange one today. The cloud lingering in the Easter | :24:48. | :24:50.
semi just started to thing in the last hour. It eases away later, but | :24:51. | :25:06.
then more rain sweeps into Southern counties later. Fortunately, it is | :25:07. | :25:12.
going to get better as the day goes on tomorrow, but they will be a | :25:13. | :25:15.
spell of rain moving northwards tomorrow morning, quite cool macro, | :25:16. | :25:23.
cloudy conditions tomorrow. It is already brighter in most places | :25:24. | :25:26.
tomorrow, and although there will be one or two showers around, there | :25:27. | :25:29.
will be a lot of dry and bright weather. We still have the wind in | :25:30. | :25:34.
east, so it will be cooler towards the East Coast, particularly when it | :25:35. | :25:39.
is cloudy. Temperatures rising as you come further west, 14 or 15 | :25:40. | :25:43.
Celsius. And any showers over parts of Tyrone should move away. So | :25:44. | :25:49.
hopefully some dry weather tomorrow afternoon. Ending the day on a | :25:50. | :25:53.
bright note just about everywhere, and tomorrow night, if you are | :25:54. | :25:56.
heading out, it will be fairly dry, the odd shower, and a little cooler | :25:57. | :26:02.
once again. For Sunday, we are looking at a mix of sunshine and | :26:03. | :26:05.
April showers, but for most of us, there will be more in the way of | :26:06. | :26:08.
sunshine compared to showers, and those that do come along will mostly | :26:09. | :26:13.
be across parts of the West, where again we will see higher | :26:14. | :26:18.
temperatures. Into next week, it is fairly settled to begin with on | :26:19. | :26:21.
Monday, but rain looks like affecting us for the middle part of | :26:22. | :26:23.
the week. Our late summary is at 10.25. You | :26:24. | :26:29.
can also keep in contact with us via Facebook and Twitter. From | :26:30. | :26:30. |
