Good evening. Police and social workers in Oxford have spoken to

around sixty girls at risk of sexual exploitation since they began their

investigation into child grooming in 2012. And 20 criminal investigations

have been carried out. It's a year since seven men were jailed for

their role in a paedophile ring. Peter Cooke reports.

by a gang of seven men for eight years. ? We have listened to the

young women and girls themselves and learning lessons from working with

them. Since a special unit which includes the council was set up in

2012, 180 cases of vulnerable children at risk of being `` have

been reviewed. 40 abduction notices have been issued given to men seen

hanging around with young girls and they can be arrested for abduction.

The team are involved in over 20 Cronulla investigations around

issues connected to sexual exploitation. We have put resources

into this and children are safer. We are not complacent. Despite ongoing

work with pubs and hotels to spot signs of grooming some community

leaders think more needs to be done. I hope we will begin to have more

joined up work with the county council, police and community. It

isn't happening at the moment as much as it should. A Serious Case

failings of different authorities is due to be published in the next 12

months. The chairman of Reading Football

club, Sir John Madejski, has dropped to the bottom of the Sunday Times

Rich list. He's lost more than three hundred million pounds in the last

six years. Our business correspondent, Alastair Fee has this

rich and famous, a taste for the high life. Since he made his

fortune, his interests have been varied. He became chairman of

Reading football club in 1990, ?37 million on the stadium, a conference

centre and hotel. We have looked at 21 companies. According to the last

set of accounts, three have gone bust, 17 are making losses and one

is turning profit. The majority of the companies have negative net

worth. They are worth less now than when he invested. The ventures have

included the Sackville Property Group which had losses. There have

been no accounts since. Reading football club lost to 3p last year

and there is the hotel and conference centre which recently

turned a corner recording a profit of ?378,000. The Sunday Times Rich

list estimated it was worth ?400 million, last year the figure had

fallen by 300 million. This site in Bicester explains where much of the

lost millions went. In 2012 they took over the printing company. When

it went under, he lost at least ?80 million of his own wealth. It isn't

known how much Reading football club has cost. He thought he'd found the

perfect buyer in a Russian but deal went sour and he said he was keen to

leave the burden behind. The voracious cost of running a football

club is immense. And we have people with that sort of money few and far

between. He is still a rich man but nothing like as comfortably off as

he once was. If the commercial property market makes big games, it

will help but ?300 million is still a lot to lose however wealthy you

are. Cotswold Airport has been fined
