Hello. It is going to feel warmer over the next few days with

temperatures getting back to where they were earlier this week.

Cambridge managed 22 degrees, as a contrast that with a much cooler 14

degrees in Glasgow under the cloud. The reason? The position of this

area of pressure. We have a westerly flow of air with patchy

rain going overnight, particularly through Cumbria. Not as cold as it

has been overnight but some mist and fog through the morning.

Sunshine developing more widely through England and Wales but still

that westerly airflow and a weak weather front will keep the cloud

and drizzle in some places through the afternoon. The south-west of

England should be lovely for the most part with plenty of sunshine

around. A bit of cloud coming into the West coast, as it will in Wales.

for much of the day. But for the North and East of the Pennines, the

cloud will break and it will feel warmer with the sunshine.

Noticeably warmer through the Midlands and especially the south-

east of England with more blue skies and temperatures at 25,

possibly even 26 degrees. It stays warm for a lot of places through

the weekend, the best of which will be in eastern areas. After a misty,

foggy start, no cloud in areas and it could take a while to break in

north-west Scotland and northern England. Temperatures will climb a

little bit in the south-east but things change on Sunday. The

precious stars to fall and this comes in from the Atlantic. As the

breeze picks up in the West, it introduces more cloud with a patchy
