Start of a new week and it feels much milder. Last night we got down

to minus six in the north-east of Scotland. But we have cloud coming

our way. That figure cloud is taking rain from East Anglia and

the South East. -- Decca cloud. Then as the wind picks up the next

built of thick cloud brings rein back into Northern Ireland and

Scotland. The North East could dip to two Celsius but elsewhere,

temperatures or not change much from where they are now. It will be

a mild you might tomorrow, despite that for many, it will be cloudy.

Tomorrow morning, some low cloud and drizzle in Cumbria and to the

east of the Pennines. Some sunshine developing. Through the Midlands

and East Anglia. To the south, in the sunshine is going to be

fleeting. There is going to be more cloud and some light drizzle. It

will be a mild start across Wales. Cloudy across most areas with

drizzle on the hills, but some sunshine in the Welsh marches.

Across Northern Ireland, rain for the rush hour, but the wettest

weather will be in western Scotland. A glimpse of sunshine in the east.

It should be dry for eastern Scotland, and dry for most of

England and Wales. Sunshine is going to be at a premium. Most

likely in sheltered eastern parts of England and Wales. Even under

that cloud, temperatures around 12 Celsius. We still have the rain in

Scotland and Northern Ireland. This area of low pressure is going to

stick around for a while, been blocked off by this high pressure

in at the near Continent. Looking ahead to Wednesday across the north

of the UK, we have rain and drizzle moving south across Scotland and
