Good evening. Our weather is set to remain cold across the UK this

weekend. Saturday, the more benign day of the two. Grey with outbreaks

of rain. By Sunday, wintry weather could look more lively and

potentially caused us some problems. More on that in a second. As we

look at tonight, there is the risk of wintry showers across East and -

- East Anglia and Kent. The possibility of snow but more likely

the legacy of ice on Saturday. There will be a mild end to the

night across the western half of the UK but further east, where we

have the cold air, there will be a widespread frost. Between the

weather front and the cold air, the possibility of a wintry feel on

Saturday. We're not forecasting any significant accumulations of snow.

The story for Saturday, plenty of cloud and temperatures continuing

to struggle. The best of the sunshine will be found along

eastern regions, where, even with the brightness, it will be cold.

Further west, expect the odd flake of snow. East Anglia and Kent,

faring rather well. It will be grey and dank across will share at

Hampshire, with many since no for a time. Across the south-west of

England, a little milder than in the east, but it will feel cold.

Perhaps some breaks into westernmost Wales. The gaps of the

cloud will not last. This next weather system is moving into the

back of our weather front across the UK on Saturday, coming together

and meeting with cold air. That will bring an increasing threat of

disrupters know. The rain could be pretty nasty across Northern

Ireland and southern areas of England and Wales on Sunday but it

is the snow that could cause the biggest problems. If anything, it
