Clearer skies have pushed their way across the receipt into Blackpool in

Lancashire. It has been sinking southwards into England and Wales.

Tomorrow could start cloudy across South Wales and southern England. A

little bit misty and murky through the English Channel. Some of that

could get drawn on to the south coast at times. Head northwards into

the Midlands, North Wales and Northern Ireland, it will be a

cooler, fresh appeal to the morning but lots of sunshine. A similar

story across Northern Ireland and Scotland as well. The winds easing

down and the rain should be clearing away from Shetland as well. A lovely

day for many northern parts. Further south, the cloud in Wales and

southern England should break up. It might lead to one or two isolated

showers but it should be a dry day. Temperatures should be a bit higher

inland as well. Probably peaking around 24 Celsius. High pressure is

building in the UK at the moment. Filling up the Atlantic we have this

big area of low pressure threatening to push in a band of rain. Ahead of

that we are sucking up some warmer air again from the near continent.

Temperatures will begin to rise ahead of that rain. That rain pushes

into Northern Ireland into Thursday, western Scotland as well. Eastern

Scotland may be dry. Rising temperatures across England and

Wales. Look how slowly this band of rain just creeps across Scotland and

Northern Ireland. The rain pepping up for a while as it heads into

western parts of England and Wales. Further east, some warmth and

sunshine. That will get swept away and over the weekend we should all

season sunshine. There will be scattered showers
