Good evening and welcome to BBC Look North. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Yesterday the one show so far and right now it is a Scunthorpe, the | :00:00. | :00:20.
Prime Minister 's election road show comes to Northland Pincher. This | :00:21. | :00:26.
steel town has not had a Tory MP since the iron Lady was in power. Is | :00:27. | :00:29.
Theresa May for turning voters here? Her visit comes as Lincoln's Karl | :00:30. | :00:32.
McCartney is told he will face no action over who paid for a big blue | :00:33. | :00:35.
bus - he says "heads should roll" If there is anything that they value | :00:36. | :00:47.
it is the reputation and that was thoroughly trashed by the Electoral | :00:48. | :00:51.
Commission, which was obviously a witchhunt. | :00:52. | :00:52.
In other news, reunited - the driver from Hull | :00:53. | :00:54.
who blacked-out at the wheel - and the mystery woman | :00:55. | :00:56.
Why you shouldn't speed near Grantham - more drivers | :00:57. | :01:03.
are caught on camera there than anywhere else in the country. | :01:04. | :01:08.
East Yorkshire's newest teaching assistant, offering a helping paw | :01:09. | :01:10.
We have had 19 degrees in Hull, and it looks another cracker tomorrow. | :01:11. | :01:23.
Join me for the very latest. The Conservatives have today made it | :01:24. | :01:39.
clear that Scunthorpe is one of the top targets during this general | :01:40. | :01:44.
election campaign, with a visit from the Prime Minister. | :01:45. | :01:46.
Theresa May has been in North Lincolnshire this afternoon | :01:47. | :01:48.
It's the first time she's visited the town and she's the first | :01:49. | :01:52.
of the main party leaders to visit East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire | :01:53. | :01:55.
The Scunthorpe Telegraph was there and this is a photo from Calvin | :01:56. | :02:03.
Robinson showing the PM there in the canteen. | :02:04. | :02:06.
Our political editor is outside the steelworks at the moment. | :02:07. | :02:15.
Why Scunthorpe? As you say it is no secret that Scunthorpe is a | :02:16. | :02:17.
Conservative target seats ahead of the general election on June eight | :02:18. | :02:21.
is Theresa May bid to increase majority in parliament. Now Mrs May | :02:22. | :02:26.
arrived here late this afternoon to little fanfare, earlier she was in a | :02:27. | :02:31.
campaign visit in Mansfield and only selected media outlets were allowed | :02:32. | :02:36.
to film her visit to Scunthorpe, she was not meeting voters here. Very | :02:37. | :02:42.
much a controlled visit as has been the case with many of Theresa May's | :02:43. | :02:47.
campaign visit so I understand, some would say stage-managed, but she's | :02:48. | :02:54.
still in British Steel yet tonight. We were told it would be a small | :02:55. | :02:57.
employer she would visit but instead that is the largest employer. In our | :02:58. | :03:02.
click on the council is in with a chance of unseating Labour's Nick | :03:03. | :03:07.
Davies, the man who represented Scunthorpe in parliament since 2010 | :03:08. | :03:10.
and if we look at the election results in 2015 year Labour came top | :03:11. | :03:15.
of the pole, just over 3000 votes ahead of the Conservatives in second | :03:16. | :03:20.
place and Ukip in third. The Tories hope they can take those Ukip votes | :03:21. | :03:24.
and that could give them the chance of gaining Scunthorpe. | :03:25. | :03:30.
The visit is being seen as a boost to the party's campaign, and there | :03:31. | :03:33.
has been other goodies for the Tory party today with the end of an | :03:34. | :03:37.
investigation into election spending during the 2015 campaign. Tells | :03:38. | :03:45.
about that. Yes, this is the long-running | :03:46. | :03:49.
collection battlebus expenses investigation, it involves a number | :03:50. | :03:53.
of Conservative candidates from the 2015 general election two years ago, | :03:54. | :03:58.
and clothing Lincoln's Carl McCartney who was investigated by | :03:59. | :04:02.
Lincolnshire Police over his election expenses. Today the CPS | :04:03. | :04:05.
said they would be bringing no charges against Mr McCartney or his | :04:06. | :04:10.
election agent, however, he believes he has been the victim of a | :04:11. | :04:14.
political witchhunt and said that heads should roll. During the last | :04:15. | :04:20.
general election campaign in 2015 the Conservative Party bust | :04:21. | :04:25.
activists across the country to marginal constituencies including | :04:26. | :04:29.
Lincoln. What has caused controversy is that the cost of those trips were | :04:30. | :04:32.
declared as part of national campaign expenses, not local | :04:33. | :04:39.
campaign. Expenses That led to 14 police forces investigating, | :04:40. | :04:45.
including Lincolnshire Police. Today the Crown Prosecution Service | :04:46. | :04:47.
revealed that a number of Conservative candidates and their | :04:48. | :04:50.
agents including Lincoln's Carl McCartney would not face charges. | :04:51. | :04:55.
Very relieved and happy and certainly all of my colleagues who | :04:56. | :04:58.
are in a similar situation, I think many of us hoped and expected this | :04:59. | :05:03.
to be the eventual result but it has taken far too long, nearly 12 months | :05:04. | :05:08.
since we were first told it would be investigated and that certain | :05:09. | :05:11.
allegations had been made. Mr McCartney is critical of the | :05:12. | :05:15.
watchdog the Electoral Commission which began the investigation into | :05:16. | :05:22.
gaudy expenses. E commission decided to be partisan against Conservative | :05:23. | :05:28.
candidates. The commission said the commission 's investigations team | :05:29. | :05:31.
carry out independent robust and impartial investigations acting | :05:32. | :05:34.
filly in accordance with our enforcement policy and with complete | :05:35. | :05:39.
impartiality. Meanwhile the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn expressed | :05:40. | :05:42.
surprise that no charges had been brought against conservatives. Our | :05:43. | :05:46.
election laws must be enforced and adhered to, there are strict | :05:47. | :05:51.
spending limits for a reason, so that money can't buy power, only | :05:52. | :05:54.
votes in the ballot box should be able to get power and that is why I | :05:55. | :06:00.
want you all to register to vote. It is unlikely we have heard the last | :06:01. | :06:03.
of this matter but Lincoln's political candidates will now turn | :06:04. | :06:06.
their attentions to fighting the forthcoming general election. | :06:07. | :06:15.
That is the latest on the battlebus election expenses investigation, | :06:16. | :06:18.
here and Scunthorpe the union and presenting Steelworkers have accused | :06:19. | :06:22.
Theresa May of a shameless -- of shameless electioneering by coming | :06:23. | :06:25.
here, they argue the Prime Minister shows little interest in the steel | :06:26. | :06:28.
industry until now, so a war of words going on in Scunthorpe but it | :06:29. | :06:32.
is unlikely we have seen the last of Theresa May in this part of the | :06:33. | :06:36.
world because as well as targeting Scunthorpe the Tories also believe | :06:37. | :06:40.
they could take Great Grimsby from Labour but clearly there is a long | :06:41. | :06:43.
way to go in this campaign. Thank you very much indeed. .Biz to | :06:44. | :06:49.
moderate programme when we will reveal the People's manifesto, the | :06:50. | :06:52.
issues that you have told us are important in this general election. | :06:53. | :06:56.
Still time to get in touch and tell us what you think should be the one | :06:57. | :07:01.
top priority for the next government. Plenty of ways to get in | :07:02. | :07:02.
touch, there they are on screen. In a moment, it's twice | :07:03. | :07:06.
as long as normal - today experts have been looking | :07:07. | :07:08.
to see if this super lorry is safe You woman from whole was reunited | :07:09. | :07:26.
with the good Samaritan hooking to 820 20 have a seizure while driving. | :07:27. | :07:32.
Sarah has no memory of the incident and said it could have been much | :07:33. | :07:34.
worse if nobody had stopped to help. It was a chance to say | :07:35. | :07:36.
thank you that Sarah Just thank you from the bottom of my | :07:37. | :07:52.
heart. For intervening. And bad he is feeling better, she is looking | :07:53. | :07:58.
better anyway! Last week teaching assistant seller was travel home | :07:59. | :08:03.
from work when something went wrong. And a member turning to St George 's | :08:04. | :08:10.
Road from other street. Sarah was having a fit, she could not move and | :08:11. | :08:12.
had no way of calling for help. But help | :08:13. | :08:13.
was not far behind. Kim Pythian got | :08:14. | :08:15.
caught up in the jam. I am thinking what is going on? Why | :08:16. | :08:22.
is the will to traffic? I looked at the fit car and realised he was | :08:23. | :08:25.
having a fit, turned my car off and ran to the car. | :08:26. | :08:26.
Kim helped make the car safe and staid with sarah | :08:27. | :08:29.
I kept calling her sweetheart, you are all right sweetheart, in here, | :08:30. | :08:35.
and ambulances on its way. When Sarah woke up in hospital | :08:36. | :08:36.
doctors told her she'd been So she put out an appeal | :08:37. | :08:39.
in the Hull Daily Mail before I wanted to meet them face-to-face | :08:40. | :08:50.
and say thank you personally because it meant a lot, could not have been | :08:51. | :08:56.
here any more. King said she would do it again. She needed help I was | :08:57. | :08:57.
glad to be the at the right time. But the story isn't quite over - | :08:58. | :08:59.
both Sarah and Kim are hoping to track down another person, | :09:00. | :09:02.
a man who also stopped to help that day - | :09:03. | :09:05.
who they'd also like to thank. New figures show that the cameras | :09:06. | :09:07.
which have caught most speeding drivers in the UK | :09:08. | :09:10.
are in Lincolnshire. More drivers have been called on the | :09:11. | :09:23.
A1 near Grantham than anywhere else in the UK. The second most | :09:24. | :09:30.
profitable camera was on in 180. Crispin Rolfe is near that | :09:31. | :09:33.
Motorway this evening. Well Peter according | :09:34. | :09:35.
to figures put together by an independent insurance company | :09:36. | :09:39.
the two top speed camera hotspots are at the A1 just south of Grantham | :09:40. | :09:43.
at Great Ponton, and on the M180 The figures show just over six | :09:44. | :09:47.
thousand drivers were caught on the A1 and just under six | :09:48. | :09:56.
thousand on the M180. So if they all received ?100 fine, | :09:57. | :09:59.
that's a total of ?606,000 at Great Ponton and ?583,000 | :10:00. | :10:02.
at the M180. Critics claim such cameras | :10:03. | :10:10.
are nothing more than cash cows, People do say that but if you | :10:11. | :10:25.
actually look at the number of vehicles that travelled that section | :10:26. | :10:29.
of road, in excess of 12 million vehicles a year, we can't just under | :10:30. | :10:35.
6000 saw in that sense a majority of people can actually abide by the | :10:36. | :10:39.
speed limit quite well and we congratulate those drivers and wish | :10:40. | :10:42.
that the other 6000 we do catch would actually just not speed on the | :10:43. | :10:48.
first place. So the M1 AT which we're looking at right now, critics | :10:49. | :10:55.
say that Mobile safety cameras are a distraction, as can the average | :10:56. | :10:58.
become as they maintain places such as the A1. They have just been | :10:59. | :11:01.
installed in the last year to replace a fixed point but the | :11:02. | :11:05.
authorities say that if you take a look at the accidents across a | :11:06. | :11:08.
stretch of road here in the areas with the most accidents are the ones | :11:09. | :11:10.
without the cameras. We will be asking for your views on | :11:11. | :11:19.
just the moment but first John settle this year. I asked him why he | :11:20. | :11:23.
thought there was still hostility to cameras will stop I think it really | :11:24. | :11:31.
stems from a misunderstanding of them, it is quite easy on social | :11:32. | :11:36.
media and the like to call them cash cows and it is revenue revenue | :11:37. | :11:40.
revenue. They are cash cows aren't they? This one making 600,000 a year | :11:41. | :11:45.
in revenue, it is unlikely to be taking up -- taken away because it | :11:46. | :11:48.
is good for the different partnerships involved. That camera | :11:49. | :11:54.
has been taken away, and replaced by an average speed, system which | :11:55. | :11:58.
covers a longer stretch of tarmac on the A1. Hopefully for us it will | :11:59. | :12:07.
bring cattle the reduction. What do you set the Alliance of British | :12:08. | :12:11.
drivers saying given how lucrative speed cameras are designed with | :12:12. | :12:15.
surprising that the camera and other financially involved in vested | :12:16. | :12:19.
interest groups continue to misrepresent the reporting of cattle | :12:20. | :12:21.
pay data trends. They're not happy about it and many people watching at | :12:22. | :12:26.
home are not happy about it. The data trends are going down, why | :12:27. | :12:31.
would we invest so much more money in a new system, better system that | :12:32. | :12:35.
makes drivers more compliant and reduce the revenue that cameras | :12:36. | :12:40.
bring in? A simple question, would the road to be less safe if we | :12:41. | :12:44.
switched off the speed cameras tonight? Yes, the word. Are you | :12:45. | :12:49.
embarrassed that we have two speed cameras in this latest that is | :12:50. | :12:55.
published and we are talking about tonight in Lincolnshire? Not at all, | :12:56. | :12:59.
it means that we have identified an area where death and injury has | :13:00. | :13:05.
occurred and we are unable to get an engineering solution to that area | :13:06. | :13:09.
and as a last resort we will place a speed camera there to try and reduce | :13:10. | :13:14.
those casualties, so it is not about revenue. What do you say to the | :13:15. | :13:17.
people and I can almost hear them from here watching TV moaning about | :13:18. | :13:22.
speed cameras as they listen to this tonight? What do you say to them? | :13:23. | :13:26.
The ones that are mourning are more than often the ones who have been | :13:27. | :13:30.
caught, the only person to blame when the Epcot by a speed camera is | :13:31. | :13:34.
the person whose foot is on the throttle. If you don't want to get | :13:35. | :13:38.
caught, don't speed, it is simple. Thank you. | :13:39. | :13:43.
Anything you're saying you can put on TV in ten minutes. Do you think | :13:44. | :13:48.
these speed cameras and others like them are doing a good job? Do you | :13:49. | :13:54.
think they make journey safer? You have heard the story and the answer | :13:55. | :13:59.
from Mr Siddle. If we removed all the cameras, your views, either good | :14:00. | :14:00.
or bad thing? Thank you for watching this | :14:01. | :14:25.
Wednesday, still ahead, the Hull church that has been given a | :14:26. | :14:27.
makeover ahead of a special service this weekend. At a school in | :14:28. | :14:34.
Beverley where Sharon the dog is helping children feel confident when | :14:35. | :14:45.
reading aloud. Tonight 's photograph is of Bridlington, taken by Andy. | :14:46. | :14:50.
Thank you very much indeed. Other out tomorrow at the same time. | :14:51. | :14:57.
You are top of the pole on this vote for your favourite weatherman. | :14:58. | :15:05.
You have taken an unhealthy interest in this. | :15:06. | :15:10.
I just don't want you to win. I think they will drop all far better | :15:11. | :15:15.
newsreaders. You're the only one there so let's have a look at the | :15:16. | :15:19.
next federal errors. -- next 24 hours. | :15:20. | :15:24.
We have had 90 degrees in Hull, six Fahrenheit. A bit of a | :15:25. | :15:32.
south-easterly wind picking up that the whistle up the numbers or | :15:33. | :15:34.
perhaps it is not human quite as warm as it has in whole but it will | :15:35. | :15:40.
get the tomorrow afternoon. Things will turn more unsettled later | :15:41. | :15:44.
Friday, there is the area of low pressure that will take over and | :15:45. | :15:47.
looks as though the showers will be hit and miss on Friday it will be | :15:48. | :15:50.
further scattered local heavy showers on Saturday and Sunday but | :15:51. | :15:54.
temperatures will still be only one side of average and there will be | :15:55. | :16:01.
around. This is the really start this evening, clear blue skies and | :16:02. | :16:06.
lots of sunshine around, and talk amongst yourselves because nothing | :16:07. | :16:09.
will happen tonight. A light breeze with mist and pettifogging places | :16:10. | :16:13.
and we seal was temperatures coming in at four or 5 degrees, 4 degrees | :16:14. | :16:19.
is 39 Fahrenheit. So the sun will rise in the morning just after five | :16:20. | :16:25.
o'clock and high water Bridlington at 5:41am. There will be another | :16:26. | :16:34.
beautiful morning, blue skies all around and sunshine and some | :16:35. | :16:38.
Fairweather cloud of helping inland. Just the chance of an odd shower but | :16:39. | :16:43.
very much the exception to the rule, many of us will remain dry and as I | :16:44. | :16:47.
say that south-easterly wind will pick up through the afternoon. | :16:48. | :16:52.
Feeling cooler along the coast, 16, 1718 in whole. Friday and that we | :16:53. | :17:00.
can someone sunshine to come there will be a risk of heavy showers. | :17:01. | :17:04.
Peter that the forecast. I cast my vote last night, there | :17:05. | :17:10.
wasn't even a category for Darren, I had to start when! | :17:11. | :17:17.
There is, it is for dullness. He has a sympathy vote. If his | :17:18. | :17:24.
family are watching we only joking! See you tomorrow. | :17:25. | :17:31.
Well, it looks like nothing else you'll see on a UK road. | :17:32. | :17:34.
The very long Super lorry isn't even legal in this country. | :17:35. | :17:37.
But the company in Lincoln that's developed it, | :17:38. | :17:39.
claims it could reduce pollution levels and improve traffic flow. | :17:40. | :17:41.
Our Environment Correspondent Paul Murphy has this. | :17:42. | :17:43.
It believes a super lorry carrying more will mean fewer | :17:44. | :17:51.
lorries on the road, less congestion cleaner air. | :17:52. | :17:59.
In one word, productivity. We are currently sending for lorries up and | :18:00. | :18:06.
down all of her trunk roads and motorways where three would do very | :18:07. | :18:08.
The proposed Super Lorry is - that's the same size as the length | :18:09. | :18:12.
of a regular swimming pool, and longer than the entire | :18:13. | :18:15.
In comparison, the maximum length of an articulated | :18:16. | :18:25.
It would also have a greater capacity than a regular lorry, | :18:26. | :18:31.
The maximum limit in the UK is currently 44 tonnes. | :18:32. | :18:38.
This delivers far more efficiency but there are concerns about its | :18:39. | :18:43.
interaction with other road users, how it articulates around | :18:44. | :18:46.
roundabouts and people's awareness of that, what position that might | :18:47. | :18:50.
put them in from a safety perspective. | :18:51. | :18:53.
The twin problems of emissions and congestion are never far | :18:54. | :18:55.
from the headlines, but some campaigners believe bigger | :18:56. | :18:57.
I don't think it would make any difference in congestion, in fact it | :18:58. | :19:05.
might make it worse, those lorries could get stuck, especially in towns | :19:06. | :19:12.
and cities where the streets aren't made for them. | :19:13. | :19:13.
Lorries of this size already operate in parts of Europe. | :19:14. | :19:16.
This company has lobbied for years to get the super lorry | :19:17. | :19:19.
legalised in the UK, and that campaign will continue | :19:20. | :19:21.
Last night, we revealed that the owner of a caravan park | :19:22. | :19:37.
in Skegness is being told to pay tens of thousands of pounds | :19:38. | :19:40.
Roy says "a developer seeking to build 500 houses is required | :19:41. | :19:48.
to fund health and educational facilities to cope with | :19:49. | :19:50.
It is only right a holiday park of this size on the east coast | :19:51. | :19:54.
provides a similar level of infrastructure support." | :19:55. | :19:56.
Ann says "my idea would be that when a patient from another area | :19:57. | :20:00.
visits a GP at their caravan, the GP should be able to bill | :20:01. | :20:03.
the patient's local health service for reimbursement." | :20:04. | :20:12.
And Peta says "The council should increase the park owner's business | :20:13. | :20:18.
tax to contribute to surgery and hospital costs accrued | :20:19. | :20:20.
from the 10 month a year holiday dwellers spend on their sites." | :20:21. | :20:28.
It's a 700 year old building that can currently claim to be | :20:29. | :20:31.
But on Saturday Holy Trinity will become a minster - | :20:32. | :20:36.
making it more important than other churches in the city. | :20:37. | :20:40.
Volunteers have been helping prepare the church for Saturday's ceremony. | :20:41. | :20:43.
And as you've heard the honour will be bestowed by the Archbishop | :20:44. | :20:46.
of York, who'll arrive in Hull by boat. | :20:47. | :20:48.
In less than three days time, this 700 year old building will be | :20:49. | :20:57.
And Holy Trinity , currently the largest parish church | :20:58. | :21:03.
in the country, is busy preparing for its special rebranding. | :21:04. | :21:08.
The though it is a very busy time this lead up to the historic day. | :21:09. | :21:17.
We're all looking forward to it. We had all apprehensive. We have | :21:18. | :21:20.
everything in place but we are sure that is going to be so successful on | :21:21. | :21:22.
the date and the future of whole. The minster status | :21:23. | :21:26.
will be bestowed by the Archbishop Although it won't change the day | :21:27. | :21:28.
to day running of the church, it's hoped this honorary title | :21:29. | :21:32.
will mean more people Most of Saturday's | :21:33. | :21:34.
ceremony will be carried out by the Archbishop | :21:35. | :21:37.
of York John Sentamu at the church itself, | :21:38. | :21:40.
but it'll start here, as he arrives by boat | :21:41. | :21:42.
into the Humber dock. His journey by boat will mark | :21:43. | :21:45.
Hull's maritime history, as well as create a bit | :21:46. | :21:47.
of an entrance. We have managed to acquire for | :21:48. | :21:57.
Teller of nearly 25 boats ranging from police force, the Humber | :21:58. | :22:02.
rescuing books, a lot of residents and businesses. | :22:03. | :22:04.
Holy Trinity is also undergoing a multi-million pound | :22:05. | :22:06.
renovation, the most significant upgrade since Victorian times. | :22:07. | :22:08.
And although the contractors won't be finished before | :22:09. | :22:10.
Saturday's ceremony, volunteers are helping | :22:11. | :22:11.
There has been a lot of that behind the scenes because you can imagine | :22:12. | :22:21.
with all the work that's been going on there is an off a lot of dust so | :22:22. | :22:26.
people have been coming in and cleaning. | :22:27. | :22:28.
It's hoped the church's new minster status | :22:29. | :22:30.
will bring more visitors, and Holy Trinity says | :22:31. | :22:31.
as a minster it wants to be more community focused. | :22:32. | :22:34.
It's hoped the change will have an impact well beyond 2017. | :22:35. | :22:42.
The lockgates at Hull Marina have now been fixed | :22:43. | :22:44.
She's been praised for making school feel "less stressful" and for giving | :22:45. | :22:55.
children "more confidence" when reading aloud. | :22:56. | :22:57.
The newest reading assistant at Longcroft School | :22:58. | :22:58.
in Beverley is proving very popular amongst students. | :22:59. | :23:00.
Our reporter Jill Archbold has been to meet her. | :23:01. | :23:05.
Amelia is thinking very carefully about which book to read aloud... | :23:06. | :23:13.
I have picked any champion of the world by Roald Dahl because it is | :23:14. | :23:21.
quite a fun book and she will probably like this. | :23:22. | :23:24.
She thinks a book by Roahl Dahl will keep the attention | :23:25. | :23:27.
The caravan in the small field behind. | :23:28. | :23:36.
The library at Longcroft school has become Shara | :23:37. | :23:38.
It makes me more confident, it is common relaxing. Sometimes school | :23:39. | :23:47.
can be a bit stressful but then when you're reading to a dog and you can/ | :23:48. | :23:50.
could you just feel like you can relax a lot. It will prove once and | :23:51. | :23:53.
Pupils like Robbie say reading to Shara is less intimidating | :23:54. | :23:57.
Sometimes you can hear people whispering about if you made a | :23:58. | :24:08.
mistake but she just sits there and listens to you. She can't judge you | :24:09. | :24:11.
like other people can when you're reading out loud in the classroom. | :24:12. | :24:19.
The kennel club say that dogs are the perfect attentive listeners and | :24:20. | :24:22.
reset says that by reading aloud to dogs children can improve literacy. | :24:23. | :24:27.
I'm keen to get children reading out loud because it builds confidence, | :24:28. | :24:32.
anyway that we can do that that is a little bit different, hopefully will | :24:33. | :24:37.
help, and this really does seem to have a positive impact. And Shah is | :24:38. | :24:40.
a real talking point of the school. of the school's technicians - | :24:41. | :24:42.
who brings her to the library I think she is fantastic and she is | :24:43. | :24:53.
so loving, so why does have that with me when other students can | :24:54. | :24:57.
appreciate it as well? A lot of students don't have pets at home | :24:58. | :25:00.
over them to see her and spent time with, they love it. | :25:01. | :25:04.
Although Shara isn't always a fully | :25:05. | :25:06.
attentive reading partner - she's helping these children | :25:07. | :25:08.
She is the star of the shorter night. Let's have a reminder of the | :25:09. | :25:19.

Graham says Peter we need more speed cameras, too many people are | :26:05. | :26:07.
