Hello, good evening.

A 51-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man

in Catterick Garrison.

34-year-old Craig Guy was found stabbed to death on Thursday

night at The Beacon, a centre for homeless veterans

where he was a resident.

The man accused is due to appear in court tomorrow.

The family of a seriously ill girl from Newcastle,

who turned to social media to locate a vital piece of medical

equipment, say they've been overwhelmed by public support.

Seven year old Molly Grace was in desperate need

of a special feeding tube after a national shortage left

the RVI in Newcastle without any.

Phil Connell has the story.

Hi, everyone.

This is Molly and she'd like to say thank you to

everybody for the likes and shares of my Facebook appeal...

Molly Grace has severe cerebral palsy and last week

was in desperate need of an important piece of

medical equipment.

A feeding tube attached to her bowel was too short and the RVI

in Newcastle, where Molly's being treated,

didn't have one big enough.

Increasingly concerned, her parents decided to embrace

the power of social media.

It made us feel better,

by putting the appeal out we felt like we were doing something

in the meantime, not expecting at all that it was going to work.

But with 30,000 shares, it did.

At a hospital in Glasgow the right sized tube was found

and a charity volunteered to drive it to Newcastle.

We don't often get to see the long-term impact of what we have

achieved so yesterday, yeah, it was something really

special and the fact that, you know, we knew we had made

such a great difference.

The RVI says the problem was caused by a national shortage

of feeding tubes and was not specific to Newcastle.

And along with Molly's family,

they were grateful to NHS colleagues who acted so positively.

My phone's sort of pinging and pinging and

pinging with all of these messages and shares and requests to help.

Really unbelievable.

It's gone to, like, Australia and everywhere, it's amazing.

What does Molly make of it?

She's just really, like, happy, I think she likes all the attention.

Molly's family now hopes to raise ?1000 for the charity

that helped, overwhelmed by the public support

in their hour of need.

The Archbishop of York has spoken about courage and hope this Easter.

But it wasn't exactly a traditional sermon that Dr John Sentamu gave

to a packed congregation at York Minster.

He surprised worshippers by playing the Animals 1960s song,

We've Got To Get Out Of This Place.

The whole thing of that song for me is saying never,

never see death or trouble or problems

as having the last word.

The last word is God who, in Jesus, always is remaking things

and giving us fresh starts and I have seen this so much

in my own life that that song really did tell me, yeah, yeah.

I mean, I had to get out of Uganda in 1974.

So you've got to get out of here, babe,

because there is a better life.

The father of missing York woman Claudia Lawrence has performed

on a TV talent show to raise awareness about his daughter.

Peter Lawrence was part of a choir of people who are trying to find

loved ones who have vanished.

They sang a song called I Miss You on ITV's

Britain's Got Talent.

Claudia vanished on her way to work at the University of York in 2009.

Cricket, and play was abandoned for the day at Chester le Street,

in Durham's first match of the County Championship season

against Nottinghamshire.

Rain disrupted much of the day with less than 12 overs possible

during the afternoon.

With one day left, Durham lead the visitors by 58

runs with three wickets of their second innings remaining.

Notts have an innings to come.

Football, Middlesbrough don't play in the Premier League until

tomorrow night when they entertain Arsenal at the Riverside.

Boro are second bottom, six points from safety

with seven games left to play.

But caretaker boss, Steve Agnew, says his players still believe

they can avoid relegation, despite their precarious position.

I couldn't ask any more from them in terms of all the work that we've

done in recent weeks.

It's just that, as I keep saying,

little bit of loco, the bounce of the ball, a goal,

a chance, pushing the opponents back

but I sense that the players feel that we're almost there with it.

The weather's been a mixed bag today

but will Bank Holiday Monday fare any better?

Hope you've had a good Easter so far.

If you're off tomorrow, OK, it's a little bit of a mixed bag.

It'll be quite cloudy and we do have a fair few showers in that

forecast as well but there is room for some brightness.

More on that in just a second.

Back to tonight.

So, this band of rain clears towards the south.

We will see plenty of dry weather around then, just a few showers

creeping down from the north, maybe turning a bit wintry

on the fells, maybe the Cheviots.

Lows of three or four Celsius with a light breeze.

OK, tomorrow morning is quite cloudy for most of us.

You can see these showers really piling in

from the north, it is like a pipeline of showers.

Top temperatures of 11 or 12 Celsius.

But we will see things brighten up.

A very cold night tomorrow night but actually the outlook for the

next few days is pretty settled.
