There's double promotion joy for two of Yorkshire's

Sheffield United have secured their promotion

to the Championship, after a 2-1 win against Northampton,

while Doncaster Rovers are up to League One after their 2-0 win

A short time ago, Shamir Masri sent us this report.

Well, fantastic scenes here at the Keepmoat Stadium today.

Jubilation for Doncaster Rovers fans, who came through today's game

with a 2-0 win against Mansfield, which secures promotion

for them from League Two back-up to League One,

which they were relegated from last season.

Now, it's a great achievement from Darren Ferguson, who came down

He's rebuilt the squad and he's achieved promotion

We'll enjoy today and we'll enjoy tonight, because these things,

you have to enjoy moments like this, you just never know when you're

The players fully deserve a good night tonight,

and obviously we'll concentrate on Colchester when we need to.

Now, Doncaster Rovers weren't our only team

Sheffield United were travelling down to Northampton earlier,

knowing that a win would secure them promotion from League One back

into the Championship, and Chris Wilder's men achieved it

Now that ends a reign of six years in League One for the Blades,

so I'm sure they'll be partying in Sheffield as well
