Dramatic CCTV footage has been released of supermarket staff

Sussex Police say it was an "alarming and violent robbery."

was assaulted, sustaining several broken ribs.

It is unusual to get attacks of this type in

Brighton so when we get two in very close succession,

both targeting Co-ops with men of similar description,

With the raids here in Patcham and Saltdean

taking just three minutes and two minutes respectively,

police believe there was a degree of preplanning in both.

They say the men involved are dangerous

and they want the public's help in bringing them to justice.
