Easter Day has been celebrated by Christians across the region -

but one particular service was perhaps more poignant than most.

It's the first major festival at Guildford Cathedral

since the bishop there gave a warning two months ago

The council refused planning permission to build homes on land

owned by the cathedral, which would have secured

This morning worshippers celebrated amidst building

The bishop says he remains anxious about future funding.

Lawyers are now considering a new planning application or an appeal.

Meanwhile, today's congregation remained optimistic.

There is no doubt about it, the cathedral will be here for many

All the scare stories about the cathedral are simply that

The cathedral has been built for the future

generations, as you can see from the building works inside.

Lots of work is going on and hopefully everything will be

complete and back to its former glory very shortly.

Forensic investigators have been combing through the ashes

of a stately home in Dorset after a serious blaze yesterday.

The fire at Parnham House broke out early in the morning,

causing "extensive damage" to the Elizabethan home.

Dorset Police are treating the fire as suspicious and the area

Many farms across the south are busy lambing at the moment.

But a few sheep farmers have the added complication

There's a small but growing number of sheep dairy farmers -

Sheep's milk costs around ?4 per litre but claims health

Forget the roast leg of lamb - how about a pint of sheep's milk?

There are only 50 sheep dairies in Britain and most of their milk

But this farm sells mainly bottled, pasteurised milk that is naturally

homogenous, ordered online and posted out frozen.

The majority of our customers are people who may struggle

with other milks but find the digestibility of

Certainly, I think there seems to be a growing trend

And the other people that seem to gravitate towards sheep milk

would be people that suffer from eczema and asthma

The sheep here only produce milk seven months of the year

and currently the family-run farm is busy milking and

My bedroom is right next to them so if I hear a lot of noise,

Not much sleep happens in the three weeks of lambing.

We keep most of the girls because we take them

A lot of the boys go to market or into the meat industry

but they stay with us for a year so that we know they have

had a nice, long life and they are outside.

After their service of milking over the years,

we retire them onto the farm in a very sentimental way.

They keep their lambs and they have a happy

But the key question is, does sheep's milk pass the taste test?

Yeah, I've tried goat's milk before, which I never particularly liked,

It actually is very creamy, it's like gold top dairy milk.
