We've got the films you don't want to miss in 2017.

And introducing the cutest orangutan we've seen this year.

But first, Dippy's days are numbered.

The famous Dinosaur which greets visitors

to the Natural History Museum will be dismantled tomorrow.

Dippy's been at the museum in London for more than 100 years.

On Thursday a team will take Dippy apart, starting with the tail.

The delicate process will take around three-and-a-half weeks.

So lets find out some dippy facts from these guys...

Dippy is 21 metres long and is made up of 292 bones.

Dippy is a plastercast replica of a skeleton found

in Wyoming in the USA in 1898.

Dippy has been viewed by more than 90 million visitors.

Dippy will be going on a two-year tour around the

UK and will be replaced here by the skeleton of a blue whale.

Now say hello to one of the first babies of 2017.

He was born in Iceland at 3 mins past midnight.

But that's not the whole story - say hello to his mum, Katrin.

She was ALSO a first baby.

She was the first child born in Iceland in 1980,

so they share a record and a birthday!

Now loads of exciting

movies to look forward to.

From fairy tales retold to teenage superheroes.

But what's worth a watch?

I've been chatting to the BBC's entertainment man,

Colin Paterson, to find out.

2017 is going to be brilliant for films, isn't it?

One of the ones I am looking forward to is Pirates Of

The Caribbean.

This has been going on for years years but we've got

a new one out, haven't we?

Aaarrghhh!

The first Pirates of the Caribbean film for the first six years.

Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow.

There's a baddie.

Javier Bardem plays him,

he's done a Bond baddie and as you can see he looks really scary.

Guys...

There's something in there.

Now this is something I used to watch an awful lot

when I was a kid and I used to collect the action figures as well.

Power Rangers.

A brand-new film coming out, they've rebooted this.

When I was a kid it was the Mighty Morphin

Power Rangers, now it's just the Power Rangers.

Looks a bit classier than the one that came out when we were kids.

You must leave here.

This castle is alive.

Disney have turned classic animations into a live-action

movies.

We have Cinderella.

Jungle Book.

And now we've got Beauty and

the Beast.

You can talk.

Of course he can talk.

When this trailer appeared it was the most watched trailer

in one day online ever.

That's how excited people are about this film.

Emma Watson, you know from Harry Potter and the important

thing is, the original songs are

back.

How are you?

Monster Trucks.

This is monsters in a truck, hence called Monster Trucks.

You see what they've done?

They live in the grille of the monster trucks.

I really hope you have your seat belts on.

I think many people who watched the Lego movie, Batman is

back in.

They decided to give him his own film.

He even filmed his own trailer which contains scenes which

won't be in the film and its truly funny.

This is going to be big.

Now take a look at this baby orangutan being shown

off for the first time at a zoo in America.

She hasn't been named yet, but her birth is really

important, as her species is considered critically endangered.

Mum and dad Sophia and Ben are keeping their little one very close.

Now it's time for a quick round-up of some of the day's

top sports stories.

It's good news for Arsenal fans as the Gunners came back from 3-0

down to draw 3-3 at Bournemouth in the Premier League.

They looked destined for a third away league loss before the goals

started flooding in.

This stoppage time goal by Olivier Giroud's completed

an exciting game.

Arsenal stay fourth in the table.

Swansea City won 2-1 at Crystal Palace moving them off

the bottom of the table.

The win comes after they hired new head coach Paul Clement.

Hull City are now bottom and last night they sacked

their manager Mike Phelan.

He only took over last summer but the team hasn't won

a game since November.

Hull said they were already searching for a replacement.

Sir Andy Murray keeps on winning.

The world number one beat his French opponent Jeremy Chardy in straight

sets to reach the second round of the Qatar open.
