We meet the nine-year-old girl going into battle on Robot Wars.

on your smartphones, tablets and the internet today.

Well, new research says adults are spending too

One-in-three say they're missing out on family time because of it.

Well, experts reckon too much tech isn't great.

Kids and parents are not spending as much time talking together as a

family, whether that is the parents with their phones bleeping away with

messages from work, or the kids on the dining table trying to catch

Well we've been out and about asking "are you addicted to tech too?"

I think I am on my iPad more than outside. When I get home from school

I always on her bed I spend a lot of time on my phone text thing and

playing games. I have a lot of games on my iPad, as well. I spent quite a

lot of time online. I find it hard to stay off my iPad. I still have an

Xbox so I can use that. I play on it when I wake up in the morning. I

think my mum is on her phone the most, then my dad and then me and my

most, then my dad and then me and my sister.

like me can make big old men cry! Brilliant! We need girls in this, as
