First today, then - a spacecraft that's been chasing

a comet across the galaxy for the last ten years is expected

The European Space Agency probe, Rosetta, will become the first

man-made object in history to travel round the 10,000 mph comet,

Very soon the Rosetta spacecraft will begin to orbit this, and then

spend the next months analysing what it is made from. Its mission is to

find out whether the, kick start of life on planet Earth. Comets

scattered across the early Earth 4.5 alien years ago, bringing water and

possibly some of the ingredients for life. Scientists believe those

ingredients mixed to create the chemicals from which life may have

emerged. The biggest question we are trying to answer is where it did

life on Earth come from. Did it start, how did life get going? Was

it will ding blocks of life that were brought here? Rosetta will

spend the next few months taking pictures of the,. It is up close and

personal. We will be able to understand everything about the

Comet, its chemical composition, whether life on it was the source of

oceans on earth. In November scientists plan to land a probe to

see what it is made up and whether comets hold the key to how life

began on Earth. Well, sticking with space,

first country in 40 years to land And now the scientists

behind the project say removing a rare lunar gas called helium-3

could help provide enough energy to Scientists here say it could
