And hundreds of chefs create this record-breaking feast.

They say dogs are man's best friend but on Middle Island in Australia,

dogs and penguins are even closer than that.

Some specially trained Maremma dogs have the job of protecting local

These guys have a very important job to do. They protect the Penguins.

They are called little penguins and are the smallest in the world. Foxes

have been attacking the colony, living on the middle Island in

Australia for years. The problem became so bad in 2006 that there

were only ten penguins left. Then a local chicken farmer came up with an

idea to use his Maremma dogs that protect his chickens to protect the

Penguins. The thin story is that the Penguins are just chickens in dinner

suits. So we have trained them to take care of the Penguins. The two

dogs started work. Over the last ten years, they have done a fantastic

job. Penguin numbers on the island are now more than 180 but lately

they have been getting too old for fox chasing, so now there are new

recruits. It will take a lot of training to get him up to speed, but

it should prove to be worth the effort. Imagine made in heaven. -- a

Championships finished yesterday with Great Britain at the top

of the medal table. Sir Chris Hoy sent Newsround his

crossed that Great Britain will dominate, as they have done in the

last two Olympic Games. Hopefully this will inspire you to get out on

your bikes and right. Cheer on your favourite stars when you watch them

on TV at the Olympic Games. After this weekend's fixtures

in the Premier League, Leicester City are five points clear
