Hi, this is Newsround. On today's show: What happened when Prince

William tried out his bowling skills. And Liverpool edge closer to

the title. First, to Ukraine, where pro-Russian

protesters have been warned to leave government buildings they've taken

over, or face military action. Demonstrators have targeted cities

in eastern part of the country over the weekend. But Russia has urged

Ukraine not to use force against the protesters. Ukraine is a country

divided over whether to be closer to Russia or to the European Union. BBC

correspondent, David Stern, is in Donetsk and says the situation is

worrying. This situation seems to be stable.

It is very tense. The president said last night they would launch a

full-scale operation involving the army against these activists and

militants if they do not hand in their arms and vacate the buildings.

The question is, what they are going to do and what will be the reaction

by Russia because they have warned them not to take this action.

over on the Newsround website. More than 10,000 people have now

been evacuated from their homes in Chile to escape a huge fire.

Firefighters are battling the spreading blaze in the port city of

Valparaiso. The fire has destroyed hundreds of homes since it started

on Saturday and at least 12 people have died.

Next, to Glasgow and Commonwealth Games organisers have scrapped plans

to demolish part of a high-rise estate in Glasgow, as part of the

opening ceremony. Five of the Red Road flats were to be demolished but

concerns over safety and security has stopped the decision.

Mo Farah missed out on his bid to win the London Marathon after

finishing eighth on his debut. World record holder, Wilson Kipsang, won

the race - his second title in London but Mo was glad to have

completed his first marathon in the city he grew up in and said he'd be

back. It was a BIG cup weekend. Hull City

will face Arsenal in the FA Cup after coming back to beat Sheffield

United and in Scotland St Johnstone reached their first Scottish Cup

final after a 2-1 win against Aberdeen. In the Premier League,

Liverpool edged closer to winning the title with a 3-2 win over Man

City. However Chelsea kept the pressure on Liverpool with a 1-0 win

against Swansea. The Vamps entered the charts

yesterday at number two with a new single last night. We caught up with

them backstage at a recent gig and ask them some of your questions. We

are The Vamps. A question from Manchester, how did you become a

band? About three years ago. I was putting covers on the Internet. We

got together and started writing songs. Then we found Tristan about

six months after that and then he joined and we got signed to a record

label. Then we found, , again online and then we became The Vamps.

Christina says, will you tour America? Thank you for your

question, we would love to tour America. We just came back from a

couple of states up there and we really enjoyed it. We played our

first headline show in New York. Definitely, we are so up for that.

Lolly inches gesture says, I love The Vamps, and what was your

funniest moment on stage? Well, we don't really... It is funny when

Tristan wanders round from his drums because I never know what he is

going to do. , fell offstage. That wasn't very funny at times but he is

fine. Luckily he wasn't hurt so occasionally we do have a bit of a

laugh when we watch that. Thank you if you sent in a question.

After taking each other on in yacht racing last week the Duke and

Duchess of Cambridge have been playing a bit of cricket in New

Zealand. Kate, batting in high heels, had to duck to avoid this

wild bowl from her husband! The duchess managed to survive three

more deliveries without getting bowled out.
