The Paralympic Games in Rio have come to an end,

:00:10.:00:14.

with a colourful and musical closing ceremony last night.

:00:15.:00:18.

ParalympicsGB finished with a massive 147 medals,

:00:19.:00:22.

putting them second in the medal table behind China.

:00:23.:00:25.

Martin sent us this final round-up from Brazil.

:00:26.:00:32.

The Paralympics finished how it started, with a closing ceremony

:00:33.:00:34.

packed full of colour, music and dancing.

:00:35.:00:39.

It has been a truly special Games for Great Britain,

:00:40.:00:42.

who won 64 gold medals, the most won by a British

:00:43.:00:45.

Kadeena Cox carried the British flag at the ceremony, capping off

:00:46.:00:52.

a fantastic Paralympics, where she won gold in

:00:53.:00:56.

After a rocky build-up to the games, organisers said the ceremony

:00:57.:01:03.

was a final chance to celebrate Rio de Janeiro and Brazil's hosting

:01:04.:01:07.

80,000 people inside Rio's famous Maracana Stadium also held

:01:08.:01:14.

a minute's silence to remember the life of an Iranian cyclist

:01:15.:01:17.

who passed away at the games during a race.

:01:18.:01:25.

All that was left to do was hand over to Tokyo in Japan,

:01:26.:01:29.

So there you have it, the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games has

:01:30.:01:34.

come to an end and I've got to say, it has been amazing.

:01:35.:01:38.

I've seen some great sporting moments, I've met some

:01:39.:01:40.

of the world's best athletes, but for me the true star of these

:01:41.:01:45.

They've really made it special and they've taken

:01:46.:01:49.

So I suppose there's only one thing left to do and that's

:01:50.:01:53.

And a short while before that fab closing ceremony,

:01:54.:02:04.

Martin caught up with one of the biggest ParalympicsGB stars in Rio -

:02:05.:02:07.

wheelchair racer Hannah Cockroft, who won three golds.

:02:08.:02:10.

No wonder she's nicknamed Hurricane Hannah!

:02:11.:02:14.

Obviously, came for three gold medals.

:02:15.:02:17.

I never wanted to aim for anything less than that.

:02:18.:02:20.

I'm confident sprinter, so coming here to do a 400 and 800

:02:21.:02:24.

as well was a little bit far out of my comfort zone,

:02:25.:02:28.

We've had fantastic crowds, big crowds, lively crowds.

:02:29.:02:35.

It's been so much fun that you just wanted to get out there and show

:02:36.:02:40.

To be sharing the podium with a 15 and 16-year-old and being told that

:02:41.:02:45.

you're old at 24 is a little worrying!

:02:46.:02:49.

If you want to see proof of the London legacy,

:02:50.:02:53.

One of the girls on that podium has beaten me,

:02:54.:02:59.

the other has broken one of my world records this year,

:03:00.:03:02.

and it just shows that I'm not unbeatable.

:03:03.:03:05.

And that makes me feel even better about these three gold medals.

:03:06.:03:10.

My friends and family know the work that goes into these and they know

:03:11.:03:13.

that they're not easy to win and they know that it was going

:03:14.:03:17.

to be harder than ever for me to come out here and actually do

:03:18.:03:20.

what I've done, so, yeah, expecting a bit of a big welcome

:03:21.:03:23.

Did that help you to go on and do what you did?

:03:24.:03:30.

I think it took the crowd a little while to warm to me.

:03:31.:03:33.

Obviously, I was in the race with an American,

:03:34.:03:35.

If there was no Brazilian in the race, they'd

:03:36.:03:39.

And for me, that was a strange feeling.

:03:40.:03:41.

I'm so used to being the favourite on the line and suddenly I wasn't

:03:42.:03:45.

So for the first 100 metres, I felt a little bit

:03:46.:03:51.

But the last 100 metres of my 800 metres, I actually wanted to sit up

:03:52.:03:58.

and look around because the whole of the home straight

:03:59.:04:01.

I feel like Brazil have really taken me in a little bit

:04:02.:04:06.

What advice would you give to anybody watching who fancies

:04:07.:04:10.

getting into wheelchair racing or just becoming

:04:11.:04:12.

My advice would be, go out and just take every opportunity you get.

:04:13.:04:19.

Try everything, because I guarantee you will find something you fall

:04:20.:04:22.

We want to know what your favourite Paralympic moment is. Go online to

:04:40.:04:42.
